I do not post reviews but this horrible experience through this company deserves to warn people before they even think about using this company. If I would have known about the other reviews I definitely wouldn't have even called them. I have experienced the same type of treatment as the other complaints, this is how they do business. I have already consulted with a third party to pursue numerous formal complaints with all the correct outlets to make sure something is done to the fullest extent especially when there are laws in place to protect people from predatory businesses. Formal letter will be sent to them as well for deceit and theft of money charged.
The ONLY reason I called this company was due to a personal rave review that they were the best do not use anyone else and this individual knows them personally and had full confidence in his referral. Wow is all I can say and my experience was incredibly the worst. I have already expressed my concern for the unprofessional and below grade referral numerous times to this person and will once again.
I first called the referral, Rick, who happens to be the owner of the business. Off the start seemed like a nice guy and understood what was needed. Was told that someone would reach out to schedule an appointment to come out. Received a call from Zach who seemed ok as well.
Zach came out to look at the job and stated he will speak to someone else in the company and get an estimate for two separate concerns I had discussed. Weeks later two guys come out to fix the initial problem. No estimate was ever received. No signed contract to approve the work was given. I received nothing at all from them.
Then I get hit out of left field with a ridiculous invoice. I question the invoice of course for such a small job I was charged at least 50% more than a local company. IF A PROPER ESTIMATE OF SERVICES WAS PROVIDED I WOULD NEVER AGREED TO IT!!!!! They tried to give excuse after excuse without any valid point, none of which was properly and professionally communicated.
It gets better, I have 9 security cameras on my property that records constantly. I have saved the footage when the workers arrived to the actual minute and when they exactly left. THEY LIED ABOUT HOW LONG THEY WERE THERE!!!! I am sending this footage with the formal complaints to each third party I have consulted with. They billed me for false time and think they are going to steal money from me. I come home on lunch and saw their work truck parked illegally in private condo spots behind my home which police live there and saw their vehicle. I left almost an hour and a half later and their work truck was still parked in the same illegal spot and sitting there trying to think I am stupid and bill me for this time, nope not going to accept lies and deceit.
When questioned on this lie, received numerous different excuses and their story changed at least 4 times. The manager is a complete piece of work to say the least. He verbally abused my boyfriend over the phone in a horrible manner when he tried to speak to someone about this situation. The despicable attitude of the manager which I will post an update with their name. So everyone that got screwed from this place call them directly to voice your bad experience with the owner Rick!!! 847- 276-5683. Over flood their line I will post so they can see how disorganized and corrupt his company operates.
Rick the owner in the end was a joke. He said his son was the person out on the job hahaha he is a dam straight up liar. I am not backing down and will pursue charges against them through these third parties to make sure they are held responsible for their corrupt ways and deceit. They steal money from people and think because I am a woman that I am stupid, no no no that will not be tolerated. This place deserves to be shut down and investigated for fraud. They operate under false pretenses and I am not the only victim. Read the other reviews very similar to mine.
I am posting this on every media outlet and getting the word out any way I can. Businesses who operate like this are criminals. I have yet to get a call back with the numerous attempts to be given the proposal and estimate signed to approve the work. Someone will contact them on my behalf to address this soon so everyone who has read this be aware you were warned of their deceit and lies and move on do not use this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
