The gym is open 24/7 but staff is only here from 12-6pm which is during regular working hours. The 24/7 hours are the only reason why I even looked into this gym. So it looks like I have to jump hoops & get out of work early again to be able to come back again & finally have the manager assist me with my membership. I'm paying for this gym already but unable to use it because of the access only a manager can provide. I completely understand why the staff member there today was unable to help, but at least have someone who can during the hours that are advertised to have staff on site. It's been two days in a row now of time wasted & gas wasted that no one will return just to join...

This place has lounge water massage machines, which don't fully recline, only place I have seem with this version. Other places have the flat bed versions in a room. Parking is free and easy to find, off of 166th street and not too far from the 91 freeway (Bloomfield exit) or 5 freeway (Carmenita exit). The culture is welcoming, supportive, and encouraging; EJ is easy to relate to and while he isn't my trainer or coach, I feel safe working out there because he still keeps an eye out for everyone there. I've observed EJ with a number of his clients, and it's easy to see that he genuinely cares about what he does and who he is working with. He seems to be able to get the best out of clients of all ages--both younger athletes looking to "improve their game" and those of us who are young at heart who are trying to get back in shape or just maintain. I honestly hope they never change their membership policy. Keeping the gym from becoming overcrowded is what makes this place different. The biggest thing for me is that it rarely feels overcrowded. Even during busier times, I've never had to wait long for a machine or a rack, which was a constant frustration at my old gym. I honestly wish I switched sooner. Completely worth it so far.
