What I found here? A training ground that fuels muscle, mindset, and motivation. The coaches bring nonstop energy and crystal-clear instruction. Even if you're new, you'll learn exactly how to jab, cross, and kick your way into a full-body workout. Every class leaves me drenched, heart pounding, and closer to trimming my big snuggly belly. Now, I'll admit, the workouts can be tough enough to melt a polar bear's fur, but scaled so anyone can keep up: burpees, climbers, lunges, and more. But strangely... not a single bear crawl across the studio. Were they sparing my feelings? Afraid of offending the only bear in the room? Because honestly, that's my favorite move. The best part? The community. No judgment here; whether you're an adult cub just starting out or a seasoned beast, everyone's cheering you on to push harder, sweat more, and roar a little louder. These paws might be built for snow, Coca-Cola bottles, and belly rubs, but here they've learned to glove up and unleash on the bags. This is a workout that bites back and pushes you past what you thought possible. 10/10 would recommend. S&J Fitness is the rare den where even a polar bear feels at home.

Coach Josh, Jazzmine, Kevin and Brenda have their own style and structure which is awesome to experience in the week. They each demonstrate the techniques and sets before you begin and assist if they see you need some adjustments. There was never a moment where I felt intimidated regardless of the gibberish (KBXC language) they write on the white boards. You learn to make sense of it all while watching your neighbor or reciting the code for yourself. I am always motivated and engaged and keep coming for more. I've been learning new ways to train and kickboxing has been keeping my mind and body agile. Another huge plus is the flexible schedule. With both morning and evening classes available, it's easy to fit workouts into my lifestyle.

I signed up and have been a member ever since. I love the more personal setting compared to a typical gym. It's great for all fitness levels, and most importantly, I've felt a real difference in my strength, mobility, and overall workouts. If you're tired of the same gym routine, these classes are a great option--they include strength training, cardio, coordination, and balance. Highly recommend!

We had an American kickboxing champion and a women's Olympic Taekwondo champion training there. The standard was high, the discipline was real, and the expectations pushed us to become better every single day. Master Ferrer was truly special. His leadership, patience, and passion for the art left a lasting impact on me. I trained in Taekwondo, kickboxing, and kali, five hours a day. It was demanding, exhausting, and sometimes painful, but I loved every moment of it. Those years were more than just training. They were about growth, character, and brotherhood. They taught me resilience, humility, and respect. These lessons stayed with me long after I left the mat. Master Ferrer, thank you for the memories and for the guidance you gave me during such an important time in my life. I was genuinely happy there, and I will always be grateful. My name is John Kim. I hope you remember me, but whether you do or not, please know that I have never forgotten you.
