The neighbor told me he got his installed by HavePower and so I reached out to them along with a handful of other companies. After several email correspondences, I eventually decided to go with HavePower. Although it was not a simple process to get the HOA's approval, Jason was extremely patient and helpful in getting all of the paperwork for the approval. I myself was not present during the installation, but my parents were around to observe the whole process. The installation started at 6am and finished around 5pm. According to them, HavePower did an amazing job and my parents found them reliable. The end product is exactly what we were hoping for, and the charger works flawlessly. My parents couldn't be any happier! All in all, I highly recommend HavePower for EV charger installations. Even if you live at a place without a garage, HavePower will do a impeccable job. During a later service visit, I received repair and maintenance recommendations that seemed far higher than what I ultimately found elsewhere. While everyone should get multiple estimates, the differences were significant enough that I decided to seek other opinions. The most disappointing part was the customer service. I completed a satisfaction survey, emailed management twice, and was promised follow-up calls that never came. As a long-time customer, I expected someone to take ownership of my concerns. That never happened. The technicians I interacted with were professional and courteous, so this review is not about them. It's about the company's lack of responsiveness when a long-term customer raised legitimate concerns. After 15 years, I canceled my maintenance agreement and moved my business elsewhere. Tech promised to send us a quote that night - the quote never arrived despite multiple requests. The tech who came out for the routine check up verified our observation that the control panel of the humidifier was not working and promised to send us a quote for replacement. Guess what - quote never arrived. We paid $205 + credit card fees for the visit but never received a statement of work or even a receipt. On the plus side the techs come out at the scheduled time, seem knowledgeable, and behave professionally. Too bad they don't have time to send out promised quotes!

I cannot recommend Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning based on my experience…read more I hired the company to perform a refrigerant leak search for my HVAC system and paid over $750 for the diagnostic service. According to the technician's diagnosis, the indoor evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. However, a subsequent licensed HVAC contractor discovered that the outdoor condenser originally tested by Presidential was not actually connected to my apartment. After identifying the correct condenser and testing the correct system, they found no leak in the evaporator coil. The HVAC problem was ultimately resolved by replacing the reversing valve, not the evaporator coil. Because the wrong outdoor unit was tested, I believe the diagnostic conclusions I paid for were not reliable. This resulted in significant delays, additional contractor expenses, and considerable time spent trying to determine the actual problem. I contacted Presidential directly and requested a refund for the diagnostic service, providing an explanation and supporting documentation, but did not receive a response. I understand that HVAC troubleshooting can be challenging, but correctly identifying which equipment serves the property is a fundamental first step before diagnosing or recommending replacement of major components. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case.
