The other fellow came out, was as polite and friendly as could be, and I told him I just wanted to fix it enough to be able to close, could not afford a big fancy repair right now. He went inside, came out with a tool/device, had the other fellow help him and pulled the dent from my car, smoothed it out with a mallet and said " there you go!" I was thrilled and when I asked how much I owed he said, " Don't worry about it. Have a merry Christmas." I was stunned. It looked like the titanic and I thought it could never be repaired to look factory. But 2G assured me they would have it back looking brand new. They jumped on the paperwork right away and by the time I was off the phone with AAA they were ready to go. I didn't have to deal with my insurance at all after dropping it off (which is a godsend in itself) and it was ready in just a couple weeks. The results were incredible!
