I had recently had an unplanned meeting between my raised hatchback and a tree, resulting in nasty dent in the hatch rendering it unable to close, so I was looking for some estimates to repair it. I walked in the office and was immediately greeted by a polite fellow who said he'd send someone right out to look at it. The other fellow came out, was as polite and friendly as could be, and I told him I just wanted to fix it enough to be able to close, could not afford a big fancy repair right now. He went inside, came out with a tool/device, had the other fellow help him and pulled the dent from my car, smoothed it out with a mallet and said " there you go!" I was thrilled and when I asked how much I owed he said, " Don't worry about it. Have a merry Christmas." I was stunned. If I ever DO need a fancy repair or any other work done on my car this is absolutely where I will go. The old fashioned good neighbor small town customer service fairy DOES exist.
