I had recently had an unplanned meeting between my raised hatchback and a tree, resulting in nasty dent in the hatch rendering it unable to close, so I was looking for some estimates to repair it. I walked in the office and was immediately greeted by a polite fellow who said he'd send someone right out to look at it. The other fellow came out, was as polite and friendly as could be, and I told him I just wanted to fix it enough to be able to close, could not afford a big fancy repair right now. He went inside, came out with a tool/device, had the other fellow help him and pulled the dent from my car, smoothed it out with a mallet and said " there you go!" I was thrilled and when I asked how much I owed he said, " Don't worry about it. Have a merry Christmas." I was stunned. It looked like the titanic and I thought it could never be repaired to look factory. But 2G assured me they would have it back looking brand new. They jumped on the paperwork right away and by the time I was off the phone with AAA they were ready to go. I didn't have to deal with my insurance at all after dropping it off (which is a godsend in itself) and it was ready in just a couple weeks. The results were incredible! Not a single shortcut was taken - if any part wasn't perfect, they authorized replacement. The welds and paint match perfectly with the opposite side of the truck.
