I like Owl's because they will fix what's wrong without padding the bill with unnecessary repairs. A couple years ago, I had an encounter with a granite boulder while backing out of a narrow, curving driveway, resulting in scratches by the RF wheel well. Owl's price was about half that of two other shops, which would have removed the bumper & painted much more. After the repair, I could not tell where they stopped painting. It all looks good. Last week my wife was pulling into a parking spot at a grocery store when someone opened a RF door. This knocked off the charging port on our Kia PHEV. Owls carefully glued it back on, saving me the exponse of a new charging door. read more

Terrible customer service and experience! I own a new, 2026 Honda HR-V. I had a repair done on the right rear passenger door (a large scratch). Upon pick up, I found two NEW dings in the door panel that were NOT there previously, the door panel that was just repaired. In addition a large scratch on a separate panel above my right rear tire - again, another scratch that was NOT there prior to dropping off my car at Owl's. When I pointed these out to Al, he told me that I was "being way too picky" and that "this is not a Mercedes or Jaguar"! I guess only Mercedes and Jaguars are worth being fixed the right way? Regardless of the make, my car is new and should be serviced the same as any car. When I asked Al to please come take another look, he refused and said, "Sue me!" Lastly, when I started my car, the gas gauge had dropped by 2 bars. I had 6,058 miles when I dropped the car at Owl's and somehow the mileage had climbed to 6076 in two days. Not to mention, there was no calibration needed for my repair (a calibration might explain an increase in mileage IF they needed to drive it to check after repair - say a back-up camera for example). My repair was a simple door panel and no calibration was needed. I suspect my car was driven by someone there to account for the 18 plus extra miles and gas usage. I also suspect that the NEW SCRATCH above my right rear wheel happened while said someone was driving it. Horrible experience! Do yourselves a favor - DO NOT trust Owl's with your automobile! I wouldn't even give it 1 star - I would give it a 0 - but Yelp insists a minimum of 1 star to post a review. read more

We recently used this business to repair the side of my truck and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The first time they stated our truck was ready, we arrived hours later only to find that it wasn't even close to being ready. When we finally picked up truck it was missing pin stripe, rain guards and worse yet it had paint drips, a dent, a nick, and hundreds of imperfections in the paint. After the second return it still had a nick, several imperfections and the entire lower half appeared re-sanded but final polish was MIssing? and still no pinstripe. They even charged our insurance extra money for this inferior job. After our third return we were told by the owner that he will not do any more work on our truck. They have since paid a third party for our pinstripe, but we are extremely saddened by their lack of empathy and workmanship. The owner was so rude to me as I grabbed his card he said " if your going to complain, my name is Al Thompson and I'm the owner here. It was totally shocking, expecting an apology for all of our trouble and inconvenience and then being treated this poorly. read more

They did a great job on my truck. I've been there 4 times in the past 3 years and every time they are friendly, do an excellent job and do it quickly. Well, it doesn't leak in the carwash anymore. (Maybe should be 1 star) Went through hailstorm, over $8000 in damage. Owl Auto fixed (took about three weeks). But the new roof leaked like a sieve. Come to find out, they didn't seal it right (or at all, I think, the way it leaked). Took it back, they kept it for another week. Leak appears to be fixed but here's the catch. We were going to let a few minor problems go unfixed but then decided to have them take a look since we had to take it back for the leak anyway. Issues: - Hood poorly aligned and flopping/fluttering on the freeway. - Windshield lower gasket, same thing, flopped/buzzed on the freeway. - Rear body panel on the roof was misaligned. Here's the thing, ALL of those things are WORSE now then they were before. Plus a few new things: - Roof trim piece was loose and flopping in the wind, it even got bent back a little on the way home, Someone tried to hammer it on instead of using new clips as they should have. The trim piece has hammer dents and a crease where it bent back. I'll have to replace it. - The upper brake-light cover in the rear roof panel looks like a gradeschooler installed it, crooked with a missing trim cover. It just doesn't fit right. - There's glue drips around the roof trim pieces (and that is tough glue let me tell you.) - Stained roofliner where the water leaked in. They said they cleaned it. Nope. the stains are about five times bigger. - Nit picky: They installed a new roof and hood, painted etc. The finish is swirled and lightly scratched. They need to have a lesson on how to buff a finish maybe. I just hope the water doesn't cause any electronics to go wonky later. It was a LOT of water down all the posts, it spouted from the seatbelt adjuster on the pillar out onto my daughter's lap. Oh, I think they broke the bug shield on the hood too but wouldn't admit it. I want it fixed but I'm not taking it back there again. Fool me twice and all that. read more

I was looking for a place to get my car fixed after someone backed into the front end of it. I was afraid that the engine had been damaged, so I wanted a place that could address both body issues and small mechanical problems. I decided to go to Owl's and never regretted a moment of it. When I first walked in I was greeted by the friendly owner who instantly came out and wrote up a quote for me. I decided to go forward with getting my car fixed there and they called the insurance company to get everything confirmed and even arranged for the rental car company to pick me up! Within 3 days of me dropping my car off, I got a call it was done and they explained everything they had found. I went there the next day and was beyond happy with the repairs to the front end and was amazed by how well they were able to match the specific blue color I have on my car. If this ever happened again, I would definitely go back there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get body work done. read more
