He had to order them and was told to come back at 1pm they would be delivered to the store. Somehow, the order was mixed up and my delivery wasn't there until 4:30pm. John made it " right" for me. He and Danai both apologized saying they have never had a mix up in delivery times before. They had a tv and coffee machine so I sat watched two movies and waited. Once the tires were delivered, John had a technician put them in right away. I walked out of the store at 5:30pm, 4 hours later, but understood that " things happen" and it was ok. I was treated very well and I will go back, because their customer service was so good! Thank you John & Danai.

It was strongly recommended that I try to sell it. When I took it to Morgan's I was looking to see if I could trade it in although I couldn't really afford even a used car. But, Mr. Morgan took one look at it and said he could fix. 4 days later the damaged metal underneath the car had been welded and fixed. At half the price. Morgan's is the best. I've brought it back a couple of more times for far less extensive work and had the same great result. They are very responsible, professional and pleasant.

He then stated that he is refusing to service my car.. for an oil change, nothing else.. because it's making a "noise" which I didn't hear anything out of the ordinary, I've had my car for 12 years. He said he won't change the oil cuz something else could be wrong with it and he didn't want me coming back and saying they did something to it. He spoke to me like a bully just because I was a women by myself. I had never seen this guy before so he must be newer since my last oil. change. I was so absolutely flabbergasted. Never has anyone there ever spoken to me in that way. He was so rude and condescending, definitely NOT the type of person you want working with the public. My husband just so happened to get his oil changed the next day at a different location and relayed the situation to them, they couldn't believe it either and said they were going to look into it. Whether they do or not makes no difference, as I will not be returning to the Elkton location again. As a follow up, I did take my car to my regular, local, reliable mechanic and he looked at it and could not find anything wrong, or hear any odd noise. Smh. The services on my car are solid. I changed my 4 tires here and got them aligned and this time fixed the slow leaking tire. I would recommend just drop off the car for any services. I am dropping 3 stars for the encounter.

Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet).
