I expected someone to come in with a bunch of chemicals and I would have asthma issues for a few days but a cleaner carpet. NOPE! Lance uses a purified water method and very mild ingredients. I had ZERO ASTHMA/ALLERGY PROBLEMS!! Lance takes such pride in his work!! He took the time to tell us more about the methods he was using. It wasn't just a sales pitch because he knows all about the traditional chemicals use vs. what he brings into your home. He trains other people on how to use this purified water method and the company that creates the equipment asked for his input on improvement. Long story short- he knows what he is doing! Lance also took the time out to tell us how to care for our granite counter tops and tile floor. One patch of carpet in the living room was dirty and stained. Instead of just taking our money to clean it he confirmed our suspicions that it was dead and needed to be replaced. We are moving in so we didn't think it would be possible to get anyone to help us in the next month! Lance called Scott who was there within the hour to give us a quote! Since Lance sees what happens to carpet after it is installed and lived in he had suggestions about they type of carpet that will wear better over time. (Nylon) I was not even going to get the tile cleaned professionally because I thought it wouldn't make enough of a difference to spend the money. I was wrong! My husband wanted to do it so I said ok. After Lance was done, the grout was a totally different color! I had no idea! Also I need to add Lance is a super nice person that is respectful while he is in your home!

It was extremely difficult to connect with a representative and have an appointment set up to have the rug looked at it again once I communicated that it looked like something went wrong and at one point, I was no-showed for a follow-up appointment. I was told a possible refund for services could be provided but that would be all they could do. It has been weeks since I last spoke with this company and no communication has been made to me regarding a refund for just the cleaning itself. The rug damaged was over $3,000 when we bought it. The dog urine stains were still visible, and basic foot traffic looked untouched!! he was in & out in under an hour and the results were underwhelming. Paying $120 for a single staircase and no results, I truly regret hiring this company & wish I could get a refund or at LEAST a discount for cancelling and being over 30mins late?? A former owner of the property had not only used the wrong sealer, they had also coated it on so thick that it made resolving the issues even more difficult. My tile floors are a year or so old, but we never had the grout sealed after having them installed. With two German shepherds and all that they can do to floors, it did not take long for my tile to become too dirty to handle. Daniel did a great job cleaning them and sealing the grout for us for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use GTRS again for that deep cleaning process. I highly recommend him and his company. Very nice, professional guy.
