I booked this company 2 days ago. They said they would be here by 9. I called at 9:45 to get an update. They placed me on hold and then proceed to tell me that the technician is sick and won't be servicing today. That's not the problem, the problem is that they kept saying a call was made and voicemail was left. Which is absolutely untrue. "And then the woman says well he's the owner so..." so no true attempt was made to send someone else or to continue calling until contact was made as a true professional would. The worst part is the lying part. People took off work to make sure we were available for them. Horrible experience! read more
