Jary (who helped us when we first moved in) came out on Tuesday and said we had a leak somewhere since the closed-system unit was totally out of coolant. He came back Weds. to do the leak detection and found the leak, recommended a new coil. We had the new coil installed on Friday; this time it was Ricardo and team that did the work installing the coil. They did a great job and a couple hours later our house was back to normal temperature. Gabriel helped us with all the coordination and estimates and seeing if the part was still under warranty (it wasn't, but I didn't expect it would be honestly.) No one likes spending a bunch of money on repairs but I'm very confident that the recommendations Jary made were sound and correct. He did not attempt to upsell me at all, which is greatly appreciated. (The estimates Gabriel sent did include options for replacing the unit, but that wasn't necessary at this time and there was no pressure to do so.) I will continue to call them if we have issues in future with our HVAC system.

The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

The first few calls were because my aging furnace or air conditioning had stopped working. Never a fun experience but Deb tried to help me resolve the problems over the phone. When that wasn't successful, she got me on their schedule ASAP and frequently were able to make it out sooner than expected. Ron provides a fair and honest diagnosis of the problem each time and they worked with me to make educated repair decisions. This past week I experienced furnace problems again, but this time the diagnosis was fatal. Ron and Deb worked with me to determine the most appropriate replacement solution, got me scheduled as soon as they could, and even offered to drop off space heaters at my home to help us keep warm until the new system could be installed. They completed the project on Friday and I couldn't be happier. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. They also bring treats for my dogs, which are highly appreciated by the pups.

Abdul picked up quickly and was so accommodating to fit me in after 5pm. He was able to locate the issue and fix it in timely manner at a reasonable cost too. Update: Aug 7 2025 -- Abdul had to come back and check the unit bc it was definitely working overtime and still doesn't feel cool. It might be the unit but he added what he could and cleaned up what he thinks could be the problem. I did look back on the bill he gave me the first visit and checked to see what I got charged. Everything seemed legit except that he charged me $120 for travel cost, which was a sticker shock to me. I would think most hvac folks gave to travel to homes in order to provide service, so I see that as cost of doing business, but that's just me. Overall he is quick and efficient and is good for saving you a couple hundred bucks,( he works on AC'a big and small)
