I was able to pit a spare on myself- but was in a jam with my schedule that day- takes to a guy named Luke- who did a great job explaining some options that he thought would work for me. I ended up getting quick service as a walk in that day. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Had a 10:30am appointment for 4 new tires and didn't leave until 1:40pm. Larry check me in and said it would 2hrs max! There was also a giant skid mark on the hood of my vehicle like they threw the tire across and scuffed it. I will definitely be reaching out to the store managers. Never again! The service was horrible and I don't feel comfortable with the work done on my vehicle. I'm going to have the alignment checked at another shop assuming they rushed the service since I questioned how long the service was taking. Not worth the price. read more

I went to Town fair tires in the Westgate mall I went in to check on buying tire for my truck. I was greeted by Larry who was professional and courteous. After picking out a set of tires that I wanted to get and asked if I could get them put on the next day due to not being in the area on Monday. Larry without hesitation said it wouldn't be a problem. Worst service ever.. I got there at 12:05 today 1/6/2022.. I had purchased new tires from town fair in June at a different location. One has a slow leak. They told me about an hour but would try to get me in earlier.. I took a walk .. came back at 1:40 and I saw my wait time was 1.5 hours on their customer queue board. I asked them what it mean and they said they didn't know but I was next. I sat for another 40 minutes asking them twice what was going on since other cars were pulled into the bay. Finally another guy came to the front desk and essentially told me I didn't get there until 1:20 and was behind others. I told him as I told the other guy at the desk that I have been there since 12:05 which other customers their also confirmed for me. They did nothing and essentially was calling me a liar. . I finally just left after wasting my day. There was no offer of apology. no solution. most frustrating is that I asked the guy at the front desk several times what was going on with no response. I am beyond happy with the service at Townfair tire in Brockton. I came here on a whim after being quoted a ridiculous price at a local competitor for tires for my teenager daughter's car. Ovi was attentive, listened to my concerns and was able to help select the best tires for her car that where within my budget but we're also the best option as far as road safety is concerned. We were also able to schedule next day installation which was amazing. I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience and will definitely be back to this location in the future. I made an appointment for 11 am. I got there at 10:45. I wait around for 45 mins. My car is still in the parking lot. I go to check out the mall. Wait around another hour and a half. When I come back at 12:45 it's still sitting in the parking lot. They say I'm up next. Thirty minutes later, it's still in the parking lot. Finally it ready at 3:30. Can someone tell me why I even bothered to rush home from my GF's house in Acton to be on time for them. The hey even sent me a confirmation text the night before reminding me to be on time. Heads up! Made an appointment at Town Faire Tire on Stockwell Drive in Canton two weeks ago for a 1 tire install. Epic FAIL!!!! Never again. Made an 8:30am apptmt 4 days in advance. Took 4 hours off from work to allow time. Arrived 30 mins early for my apptmt to be told they only had one of the 2 tires I ordered 4 days in advance. Tom told me Walpole had the tires so he called TFT Walpole and asked them if they could take care of me right away if he sent me there. They (Dave) agreed. (I listened to the entire phone conversation) Got to Walpole after a 30 min drive to be told by Jesus and Dave that they agreed to take me as a walk in which means they would install the tires at the end of the day. Meanwhile I have a job that I already took half the day off. Now it would cost me an entire days pay plus the cost of the tires! I never would have driven all the way to Walpole from Brockton if I knew they were planning on holding me hostage until the end of the day!!! DaI asked if I could take the tires back to TFT Westgate where my original apptmt was and have them honor the installation. Dave (Walpole)called Tom (Westgate)Tom said I would have a 2 hour wait if I went back there. How much time of mine must be wasted for Town Fair Tire's failures?? Never again. Heed my warning or you will regret it. Their mistakes, your time. Update- Ordered 4 tires from an online Discount Tire store at a much lower price than quoted by TFT. Had them delivered to my house for free. Set up an appointment with a mobile Tire Guy service who came to my house and did the install/balancing/tpms service. They showed up 15 minutes early for a 10am appointment and completed the job in exactly 1 hour start to finish. Never again will I be held hostage by any of these crappy chain tire shops! woohoo! I went to BJ's tire first and got a couple of quotes in writing. When i walked in to TFT i was greeted by Randolph. I think that was his name. He called BJ's to confirm the price and then not only matched it but took 5% off the top! He walked out to my car with me to make sure i had the right size etc. I was so pleased with him. Polite, knowledgeable and didn't try to bullshit me into buying more than i need. I also wanted to get an alignment. It normally cost 89 bucks but after buying 2 tires i got it for 49. It did take longer than i would of liked but to be fair i didn't have an appointment. (Almost 3 1/2 hours. Thankfully the mall is right there so i could kill the time. 2 tires, installation, rotated my other tires to the back, old tire disposal and an alignment cost me 308. Very bad experience and ill never bring my car back. Do not bring your car to any town fair tire and heres why... I brought my jeep grand cherokee to the brockton town fair tire location for one tire to be rotated, one tire replacement and a alignment, quick easy job. JR technician broke a lug nut, completely destroyed it and then they didnt have the correct tools to fix There mistake. Im almost certain the tech was cranking the air gun in the wrong direction but Instead Jeremy the guy at the desk says its my cars fault, there too tight. When any business makes a mistake they should own up to it and fix the issue, not pass it on to the customer. They did reimburse me really fast considering that he said my car was at fault... I also lost a day of work without a vehicle. Well Monro auto service on Belmont st in Brockton fixed it for me and they didnt have any issues with the other lug nuts on that same tire and was able to get the destroyed lug nut off to replace it. Oh and the tire was $10 cheaper at Monro, NOBODY is cheaper huh... And i had to pay an extra $47 to fix this. Brockton Town Fair Tire failed miserably on a really simple easy job from arrogant customer service to bad mechanics. Heres a couple pictures of the this lug nut and yes its actually facing up, it was smashed in that far and the shell came off. If it was that tight then the tech should of stopped and used PB blaster not keep cranking until its complete destroyed. read more

I called about a tire. The salesman was looking for it. He never called me back. I called him back and he told me the price. I told him that I would call him right back after I spoke to my husband. I called back to make an appointment and they put me on hold. Then a girl answered I explained the tire that I needed and she told me that they don't carry that model. So I say, he just told me a price. And she said they are morons and none of them know what they are doing. Then she started reading the tires that they do sell to me in a sarcastic manner calling me mame. I called Awon's and the girl was so helpful. They don't sell that brand either but she told me Walmart does. And I can order it and bring it in to be mounted. Town fair was really unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend them. Staff was very well educated and went above and beyond to help me. Came in with some minor damage and the staff was very knowledgeable on finding options for me to pursue. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE. Slightly smaller location which means less mechanics which can mean longer wait time. This isnt fast food tho, things take time. read more

"You get what you pay for!" * I had brand new rims on my car and it seems like they must have thrown them around the shop like they didn't care at all. Now they are all scratched and dented. Go here only if you don't care about how your tires look cosmetically. * They do match prices but will give you an attitude for doing so and on top of that the so called "free" alignment only covers half of the wheels. It's like going to the barber and they only trim half your hair. So in the end you end up paying full price anyhow for a complete alignment for very poor service. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Spend the extra $20 to go to any other real shop with real mechanics. read more

I bought two of tires here a year or so ago. The experience was not good. I had called ahead. When I arrived the person whom I had talked to pretended there was no call ahead by my name. Even though I recognized his voice and name from the phone call I had placed a half hour before. I got my tires anyway. I was told they'd give me a call when they were done. After waiting for a extended amount of time. Finally I called over there from Westgate where I had been killing time. I was told it had been done for a long time. But when they called there was no answer. Unlikely. But others can decide. Finally, I called early about the warranty on one of the tires I bought from them. Because it had a blow out. They said they had no records at all of me ever shopping there. Falls right in line with their other nonsense. After the original bad experience I went to Sears. Or go to Kenwood Tire in W. John was very cordial and friendly. He makes sure you're happy and stands by what he says. Make sure to see John! Sam on the other hand is the reason for the 3 stars. He was rude, wouldn't look at you while he's having a conversation with you, and is very condescending when you don't understand certain processes. I came inside and saw Sam by the counter drinking water, and I stood there for about 2 minutes before he asked if there was anything he could do. I told him I had an appointment, he looked it up and told me my appointment was with John and then he went back to the counter and drank his water. I had to ask him if he was actually going to get John, but John ended up coming inside while I asked. Maybe Sam was having a bad day, but it did not leave a great impression. Recently blew a tire driving nearby on the highway and wanted to replace the tire ASAP. VERDICT: Attentive service, quickly resolved issues I had and worked hard to "make things right" - I recommend After going to several places that did not carry my tires, finally went to Town Fair who does carry the brand. I showed up at about 4:30, explained my situation and it was quickly determined my tires are no longer made and had to pick an alternative. Can't remember name of guy I talked to at desk, an older gentlemen though who was doing a good job handling 5,000 things at once. We picked a few tires in budget and they were quickly put on and was ready within an hour by the time they closed. When I was leaving, the tech told me he switched out another tire we hadn't discussed. Long story short I went back to have it reversed. I wasn't thrilled but the same gentlemen who helped me the night before apologized quickly, made the switch immediately, and went out of his way to make things right for the inconvenience. They get 4 stars for quickly making things right with me - not too many places are great at this. The desk seems to get crazy at time and they may be a bit short-staffed. The guys I heard seemed knowledgeable and they made time to work with different customers one-on-one I noticed. Tips: get quarters for the vending machine if you are waiting for a while, be patient, and don't be afraid to ask questions read more

So I needed to get my tired rotated, balanced, and aligned. I noticed when on the highway my steering wheel was shaking like crazy and I tend to drive really fast! Ed here was so nice and explained the wear & tear on my tires and what needed to be done. After it was done, you get a print out of your tires which is cool and even cooler if I understood it. Town Fair Tire offers really quick service and are honest. The place was busy for a Monday morning, so that is a very good sign! read more

I will start this review by saying I have a tire problem. My husband will joke that I pop tires for a living. Or maybe for a lack of a living. Whatever the case may be, I've had a lot of necessity to visit Town Fair in the Westgate Mall. Great location with a lot to do while you're waiting for your tires to be done. Service is okay and the people are nice enough. They do a good job and get it done in a decent amount of time. My one issue with this place is that I've gotten a lot of mixed information from their staff. As I said, I'm a frequent visitor... so I went in once and was told that one of my tires needed to be replaced (not the one that I had gone in for), but didn't have time to get it done that day, so I went back another day, and the person couldn't figure out what was wrong with that tire. Maybe the first guy was trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman and he wanted to just sell me an extra tire? I can't be sure so I won't make that accusation. But one of the guys who looked at it was wrong. So that doesn't make me feel super confident in their staff overall. Bottom line... I'd go back because the price is right and the location works for me. But if I ever have another issue I'll probably be looking elsewhere. read more

Brought In my 2005 Ford Explorer due to a tire pressure monitor failure . Told me that it was a wrong size rite on the rear , replaced it , didn't fix the issue . $168 Ordered new tire pressure sensors online , ( per there suggestion) came in had them installed , still didn't fix the issue $125 Called the corporate office , told me go back and have there " universal" tpm installed , did this 3 hours of my time gone ,,,, still didn't change the issue . Came to the dealer and they tell me they're the wrong sensors for this vehicle . The next day the front tire is flat because TFT didn't install the sensor correctly . Where to start.... I had the worst experience with this place... Started from when I walked in and the guy at the counter was a MORON, didn't know anything... All I wanted was two cheap tires... When my car got into the bay there was an issue w my lock key for my tire so without my knowledge and permission they went through my glove box and middle console before coming out and asking me where it was... They then proceeded to go through my trunk, IGNORANT AND DISRESPECTFUL A**HOLES... Took them two hours to put on two tires, took my car out of the bay before giving me my free alignment....
