I'll try to keep it short to make the review easy to read. We took our car to P&J for a minor dent and paint job on rear bumper. After receiving the quote, we dropped off the car and was told it would be finished in 4 days. We got a call two days later saying the car was ready for pickup. Not a problem, who wouldn't want their car back earlier than expected. When we got there, our car was parked outside so we took a look at the job and walked around the car. First thing we noticed were scratches all over the car which looked like it was from a dirty car wash. Not something to freak out about but more importantly we noticed there was a little chip of missing paint on the bumper that was supposed to be painted. Anyways we step inside to try and ask about it and was told the owner was out for lunch. Okay fine, so we step back outside and took a couple picture of the car. Soon the owner (Steve Pepsny) comes out guns blazing and is already visibly angry. We mentioned there were some scratches on the car not there before and that's when everything went downhill. He immediately got offensive and was extremely rude. Said about 5 sentences worth of vulgarity before turning his back to us and walking back inside. Not only was he extremely rude but he had the nerve to claim that WE had scratched our OWN car! We were unable to speak with him afterwards even though there was unfinished work on the paint job. Left with no other recourse, we resorted to calling the police and having the officer resolve the issue for us. Not only did the owner refuse to say anything to us after his rant, he was extremely rude to the officer as well. He tried to snake his way out but saying he feared we were refusing to pay when all we wanted to do was discuss a few minor details with him. To wrap up, we would not recommend P&J to anyone. The actual work done was sloppy and careless and management was extremely rude. read more

Between me and my family we have had many cars worked on and fixed at P&J. The quality of work is like no other. Steve and the rest of the staff take such pride in their work. Our vehicles always come back looking like we just drove them off the lot. I would recommend that everyone bring their cars here for any kind of work. I would never trust anyone else with my car. Recently, I was hit in an accident and brought my car to P&J. The adjuster from the other drivers insurance company wrote an estimate for all used parts. Steve personally went over the estimate and rewrote everything for brand new parts to ensure my safety. I am always so blown away by the amazing level of customer service here. If I could give higher than 5 stars I most definitely would. read more

Took my car back to P&J, car acciden, and once again did a excellent job. My car looks brand new. I would highly recommend them.

We have always taken our cars to P & J for body work and they've done great. However, I wouldn't trust them with any other repair. I took my car in after it had been rear-ended in November and when I got it back the car was noticeably pulling to the left. As I drove it further warning lights started coming on. I took it to a VW dealer to let them look at it. My car had a broken axle that P & J apparently didn't realize was broken in the accident, among other things. I had to have several thousand dollars worth of work done to fix all the damage that they missed. According to the repairman that ultimately fixed my vehicle, he didn't know how they could've possible missed it. I will never trust them with a vehicle of ours again. read more

Great place. I went in for a rust repair on an older car that is in otherwise good shape. Their repair estimate was reasonable and when it came time for the repair itself, it was really a good experience. I was able to schedule it for a convenient time, the car was done on time and for the estimated cost, and the quality of the work was just really great. As an added bonus, the car was returned cleaned inside and out! Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and professional and the place is spotless. It was really a pleasure doing business with them and if the need arises, I'd do so again without a second thought. read more

Not sure what happened to Elizabeth, but I have had to "sadly" use the expertise of P&J Auto on far too many occassions. There was a time when my poor Jeep was attracting dents and damage like a magnet, and luckily since it was all due to the error of other drivers their insurance covered all of the work. Steve always gave a reasonable estimate and worked exceptionally well with the insurance adjusters, even those who seemed intent on down-playing the level of damage inflicted by their insured party. My vehicle always left the property looking as if it was never involved in a contact, even a severe head-on impact when someone crossed the double-yellow to drive through my truck. I didn't think it would ever come back from that one, and yet Steve gave me years of further use as the frame was untouched. His team always responds to anything I questions or concerns I have, and Steve himself has always provided the most professional and friendly service. I finally retired my Jeep and within a year of owning my Honda Ridgeline it was involved in a serious front-end impact again, and as in the past...you would never know the truck was so severely damaged. As I watched them flatbed the truck from the scene I felt that fate was determined to have drivers use my vehicle as a crash-dummy...yet once again Steve and his team worked their magic and it looks untouched, unblemished and brand-new. My wife was recently involved in an accident and naturally it will be Steve and the crew at P&J who we'll trust with the project of returning her car to appear like new. The work has always been completed in a timely manner, and their staff has guided us through the insurance claim process without any stress or worry on our part. I can only recommend them based upon my own experience, so judge for yourself...but realize I have used several of their competitors in the past, and it's based upon his performance and service that have made me a loyal client. read more

I have been coming here for many, many years and the quality of work is only out shined by the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Steven Pepsny, the owner, personally assessed the damage on my vehicle and took all my concerns into consideration. The girls in the office worked directly with my insurance and kept me updated throughout the repair. I got my car back in a timely manner and it was beautiful.
