They acted mad when I politely declined an add on "cuticle trim" for $30 which they claimed was discounted price. They also argued because I asked for regular polish instead of gel for my pedicure. It was $38 before tip for regular and $10 extra for gel. I felt belittled and very uncomfortable when I declined. I honestly wanted to walk out. I wish I would have. For reference I have gotten pedicures at about 15 to 20 different salons in the treasure Valley area over the past decade. I get them fairly regularly (every 4 to 8 weeks). This may have been the second to worst looking pedicure I have received, however, they win the prize for making the experience, the most uncomfortable and unwelcoming by far. You couldn't pay me to return.
