I'm a huge fan of PF Changs even though I recognize it's overpriced and hyper-trendy. Nevertheless, the dry ribs, combo rice, combo noodles, and wonton soup will have me coming back. On this occasion at this location (that I've never visited before and probably won't again) the food wasn't quite up to its usual high standards. A couple of the dry ribs we lacking much meat and probably shouldn't have been served. A couple of others (the more substantial ones) were actually cold inside. I really should have sent them back but didn't bother. I should have expected more from PF Changs, especially for the price. Again, I WILL return, just probably not this one. read more

I pretty much always enjoy myself at PF Changs. The food is high quality, but with high quality comes a high bill. It's a nice place to meet up with family or have dinner for two with your main squeeze for a semi-elegant dinner. Lol, I like how they give a personal touch by boxing up your food (it feels fancy.) PF Changs is a nicer high end Chinese food restaurant experience. You won't find any buffet here. We ordered the 40 dollar dinner for two. It was a heck of a lot of food. Absolutely terrible service. I mean ABSOLUTELY. TERRIBLE. Used to love this place, ordered $200 worth of food for Mother's Day TWO DAYS in advance and had to wait over 2 hours for my order. Not to mention when we got the food it was awful as well. Only apology I received was being told at least I did not have to wait as some others (apparently 3 hours). Do not recommend this restaurant. Did a pickup after the LSU game. Ordering was easy and the pickup process was fine, but the food was so bland. First, the shrimp fried rice tasted burned. Even though they were generous with the shrimp, there was little else besides the rice. It was just boring. We also got wonton soup and again, while they were generous with the "dumplings" the overall taste was like they had just thrown the dumplings into a can of chicken broth and handed it to us. The last item that we ordered was fried egg rolls. You could taste the grease so strong you could hardly taste what was inside. Honestly, picking up from the frozen section and cooking ourselves would have been an improvement. So disappointing. read more

Worst Chang's I've ever been to. Food was oversalted. One dish was overly charred like they cooked it twice. My husband couldn't even finish it. And the dish that I had was not worth eating. The tofu in the dish was runny and undercooked...so gross. I will never go to this location again and it makes me not want to go to any other PFC's when previously I enjoyed them. read more

I always heard great things about this place. Today I was craving Chinese food. I stopped stopped in and had some of the best food ever. The lettuce wrap tofu was outstanding. It was a very savory dish. The Mongolian stirfry was off the chain. The food is served family style so everyone gets a portion. I would definitely recommend this place. The food was the usual quality I've come to expect and I often choose to sit at the bar when traveling. What is unique about this PF Chang is Kareem who is an outstanding bartender and is quick to take care of you and creative with his bar tending skills. We arrived late in the evening- we were passing through. Sat in the bar. Bar staff was excellent, service lovely. Table was sticky, tho. We ordered the ginger chicken and the coconut curry veggies and I added chicken. We ended up taking our food to go and when we arrived at the hotel and started to eat, we realized how gross my dish was. The actual dish was great- a little bland- but the tofu was an atrocity. We had Egg Drop Soup, Dynamite shrimp, Mongolian Beef, Miso Salmon, Chicken lo Mein and Mai Tai's. Love this place but today's visit was a complete disappointment. The waitress forgot our miso salmon bc she asked if there was anything else we needed after bringing out everything else. She was clueless when I asked where the salmon was. Everyone at the table was 15 minutes done with their meal before the salmon arrived. Sweet tea is still empty and she's passed by a few times. I've kept a smile on my face every time I was able to wave her down but after she dropped the salmon off she was walking away mid sentence and that was unprofessional. I had to ask her if I had a desert option. She was not very attentive to our table. She apologized when giving us the tab saying she's not sure what's going on in the kitchen but that doesn't explain her shortcomings tonight. Will be back but probably not anytime soon. read more

This used to be a favorite of mine; however, portions have been reduced and prices have elevated over the past year or so. The portions would be fine but at a much reduced price. Quality seems to be slipping as well although I continue to eat here every few months. My loyalty however is coming to an end. read more

Always love my meals here, although it's hard to choose between the lettuce wraps and the crispy green beans as an appetizer. Beware, if you get the green beans, it's a LOT of food. Yum, Yum, Yummy! This place is consistently great. The dynamite shrimp appetizer is an absolute MUST. It's one of my favorites. I've never had anything here that I didn't like. And I've pretty much tried it all. It's great to come with big groups because they put everyone's order on a big spinning lazy susan thingy and you get to sample what everyone ordered. read more

Yes more expensive then your typical Chinese but not too pricey and its worth it to know the food is good quality. The ambiance is great and staff is friendly. I'm not a fan of Chinese food in general so I had the salmon with asparagus. Nicely executed and a fair value. Also at the table we had some sort of chicken with peanuts and sesame sauce that was really good. The dessert offerings were all very good and of great value; you may choose smaller portions of various items (blueberry cheesecake was great!) for $3 or $4 (and the portions are not really all that small!) Service was great, atmosphere was noisy. This was only my first trip here but it seems to be a solid place--I probably won't go out of my way to dine here, but if I receive a gift card I definitely won't dread using it here. read more

The restaurant is hip and modern. However, the food is often over salted and or over cooked. I have been to this establishments 3 times and was not impressed with my menu selections either visit. Our server on the first visit was horrible. This visit ended with the manager comping all of meals because we waited over 35 minutes for our orders. We only had 1 hour for lunch. The second visit they got our orders wrong so we just ate it and didn't make a stink. Episode #3 ended with our server over charging us by $10. However, she did realize it before we left the parking lot and returned the $10. On a lighter note, the egg drop soup, is delicious but not good enough to return. read more

Wow! Walked in - plenty of parking and empty tables. Told it would be 15 minutes. After 10 minutes and watching several people walk in after us and be seated immediately, we asked the hostess why are we still waiting. She says, "I can seat you in another 7 minutes." What?! "We have a lot of call-ins and reservations." Didn't know you can simply go online and reserve a table, and probably would have gotten seated if we had gone online while waiting!! But we are standing in your lobby with our wallets and ready to eat and pay, and you actually tell us we have to wait for someone that might or might not show up... and while we listened to a customer complaining that his to go order wasn't ready... Took our business elsewhere and won't be back. read more
