The original needed a long awaited makeover during Covid they re did this entire restaurant moved the bar and made the windows more comfortable to sit in during the day or night and the menu has been updated a few times but the prices and portions have remained the same. read more

First time here very welcoming staff and EXCELLENT service. The bartender Lainey with the red hair was super friendly and nice! Alexis showed myself and friends to our table and had a great friendly vibe. Colton recommended the black pepper steak and was very friendly. Chad, our server was focused and professional I would call him a total pro! And Conor landed our appetizers and immediately offered us more sauce for both items. Came here for Friday night dinner. It was fairly full of patrons but we were able to get a seat right away. One side note is the other 3 tables around us were not cleaned almost the whole time we were there so maybe they didn't have a bus boy that night? We ordered the lettuce chicken wraps and spring rolls which are probably my fav whenever I go to PF Changs. We also ordered the Apple Spice cocktail which was well crafted and tasty. The dragon roll had battered shrimp on top which was different. We also got the Mongolian beef with noodles. Both were good! Lastly we got the butter cake with vanilla ice cream dessert. Ordered the black pepper beef, they said it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, they reported back that it was still frozen. Had to wait for a different dish. There was one female employee who was just yelling and screeching frequently, no idea what her issue was but she was far too loud for an indoor restaurant to be behaving that loudly. We ordered the butter cake, and it was still frozen in the middle. Next time I think I'll just use my microwave instead of going here since it seems I can reheat food better than them... read more

We have been regulars at this P.F. Chang's for nearly a decade, and it was almost always excellent. However, the last three visits have been a disaster. It feels like management has completely changed, and not for the better. Today was the final straw. We called twice to confirm a reservation for nine to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, they had no record of us. After waiting for a table to be setup, the service was just as disorganized. Multiple orders were wrong; one was sent back twice. By the time the final three people received their corrected meals, the other six were already finished. A birthday celebration is about eating together, and this experience completely fractured our evening. It's a shame to see a former favorite fall this far. We'll be finding somewhere else to celebrate from now on. read more

Okay, what happened to PF Chang's?!! The Lettuce Wraps have a totally different (subpar) recipe, we chewed and chewed the Beef and Broccoli dish, all while tasting a new sauce that was way too sweet. The Spring Rolls at Panda Express are better than the ones we purchased tonight, but the worse thing was the Orange Chicken! I'm not even sure it was chicken we were eating! It had kind of a wood texture. I imagined them finding the oldest bird alive and using it for my dinner tonight. Lots of other bad reviews, so I know I'm not the only one. Just wish I had read them before ordering $100+ in food! Bleh! Never going back! PS...Look up the CopyCat recipe for PFChangs Lettuce Wraps. That is close to the original recipe and is yummy! My husband and I hardly ever eat out 2 maybe 3 times a year I was in the food and beverage industry from the time I was 13 till I was 36. Most of the time in management. Today we went for lunch app 1;30. As soon as we were seated we order the 9 ounce glass of wine. we then ordered lettuce wraps, they were good. We were seated near the bar, I watched all the bar tenders standing around talking. I saw our wines poured after about 10 minutes, they then sat there for another 10 minutes before someone brought them to us. They were 6 ounces not the nine we ordered. Sent them back and it took a lot more time for someone to bring them to us. When we were first seated I told our server we did not want to be rushed! Our soup came out and it was egg drop not the hot and sour we had ordered. back it went. It was replaced. When the soup came out so did our entree. They took the entree back. I am sure it sat under the heat lamp the whole time! it was awful. Where we were sitting, I could see the ordering machine, there was never less than 3 wait staff standing and talking same with the bartenders. When our check came out we were charged for an 2 soups when our entree cane with one soup and we were charged for the dinner portion not the lunch portion! I had never been to any PF Changs before and was excited to take my son for his birthday dinner. Unfortunately this was without a doubt the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I saw as soon as the chicken they set down I could tell it was overcooked/heated far too long, dry and hard. And I was right. My husband said his shrimp overcooked as well - tough and rubbery. Neither protein had any flavor other than the sauce they swam them in. This was bad enough I'll never try another. I've had random buffets with far fresher food and better flavor/flavor layers. Food quality is not good. The white rice was not cooked all the way. The fried rice was flavorless and the bean sprouts yo put in the fried rice tasted off. I recommend you do not use bean sprouts in your food at all as this food can easily spoil and cause tummy issues. Several of us did not feel well after eating this food. On a side note, I would prefer if you had the option for the tofu not to be fried. There was no tofu just the fried crust and it seems this item is frozen and you guys just heat it up. Would not return. Want healthier and fresher foods prepared correctly. read more

It's just ok. I mean, it's a chain restaurant that has a very large menu that can serve up just about any Asian cuisine which usually means it's not very good at preparing any of those items. Our waitress was very sweet and patient with our large group and even bought us a lettuce wrap appetizer to try since we were back and forth on ordering it for awhile. This is their claim to fame and well, I guess, I wasn't that thrilled with it. I liked the idea but I don't quite understand all the hype over these lettuce wraps. I ordered the egg drop soup which was very tasty especially on a cold Colorado night. My kids devoured the wontons which was insane because they never eat anything anywhere unless it's a chicken nugget. I did order them some chicken dish off the kids menu which neither would even try... it didn't look that appetizing. I used to come here all the time when I lived in the Boulder area. I was out here visiting and I had a little bit of a craving late night for some chicken wraps. I was by myself so I didn't want to order a ton of food I knew ordering a full entrée and I would never be able to finish it as I had an early flight the next day. So I went with the chicken wraps and some spares which are pretty decent. The server was pretty attentive, but the food was pretty mediocre to me this night. I still love this place a lot, and I'm sure I would enjoy it if I came with more people, but I was also very tired when I came in and it was late. The signs to park are there but the phone number 0n the signs is disconnected. I had hit my foot so was not so great I had to walk around the RedRobin to the back of the building to get I the door. Anyway got in the door at 6:20. Was greeted immediately then waited another 20 minutes before someone else came to help me. He told me I had great timing and the food had just been packed. Since it was 6:50. I asked if the food was cold since they told me it had been ready since 6:05, he insisted it had just been made. After I got back to the car I realized it had been all sitting I. The bag for a while. Cold cucumber salad was lukewarm. Spring rolls were not warm and very soggy. Pork potstickers were cold. I polled the fam and we got a solid "good" rating on our food. This was the kids' first time here. We had not been in several years. We were greeted by a friendly hostess when we entered. There was no wait for seating. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on selections. Even to the point of knowing they might be out of what my daughter ordered and offering a substitution if that turned out to be the case. They weren't out, but I appreciated the proactiveness of the server. The decor is standard PF Chang chain. The restaurant was clean and well lit. They have a QR code to scan so you can see the most up to date menu. My daughter ordered a cup of Wonton soup and shrimp dumplings. She said the soup was ok, but the dumplings were really good. My son tried Singapore Street Noodles which was thin rice noodles, light curry sauce, chicken, shrimp, onion, julienned vegetables. He said it was good, but he probably wouldn't choose that again because the noodles were "kind of rubbery." My husband had Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. He advised the chicken was good but the rice was a little bland. I had Pad Thai with shrimp and chicken. It was good. Very disappointed. Restaurant was in the Flat Irons Mall, Broomfield. The food was sweet and greasy and overcooked. We had a coupon for their lettuce wrap, so we went to check it out. The wrap was sweet and greasy. It was so bad, After two bites, that was enough for me. $15.00 had it not been free. I got the super expensive salmon. $30.00 for a nice large piece, but it was overcooked and rubbery. It came with a small amount of broccoli with mushrooms in some kind of sweet sauce that was greasy. A huge amount of dry brown rice that was tasteless. MY husband had the chili chicken, it had a bit of spicy taste. He said it was okay. Just sweet and greasy. His came with a bowl of dry brown rice. He did not eat most of it. FOR sure we will not be back. The cost was over $50.00 and what a waste it was. You want good food? DO NOT go there. :( JUST awful, awful. read more

We love everything here and have always had good food and service. It's always clean and this location is remodeled with a nice vibe. The one draw back is that the portions have gotten smaller and prices have increased. What was once a regular place to eat out 2-4 times a month has now become a 2-4 times a year. My husband and I went here for a FRIDAY NIGHT "date night" last night. This is the half-empty restaurant we saw at 8:00 PM - the hostess, who was incredibly rude, told us there was a 20-minute wait for a table despite the restaurant being half empty - and we were told we should sit at the bar. As you can see in the photo - the bar itself was packed, and there were not two spaces for us to sit together. I explained we were a couple, on date night, and asked if we could sit at one of the several open tables IN THE BAR rather than AT the bar so we could have more privacy and the rude hostess told us no, that we couldn't table, and that "table sections are closed now"... This restaurant is supposedly open until 10 PM - there were (according to all sources information) serving food for two more hours - and yet we were told both there was a "20-minute wait" and that "all table sections" are closed. They apparently had also retired the menu for the evening and moved to a limited "bar menu" printed on white copy paper. We are DONE with PFChang. We are also contacting the corporate complaint line. The male bartender didn't seem to want to serve me, I sat there quietly as the other patrons st the bar started getting uncomfortable.
