Robert Ferara the Operating Partner told me it would be an hour and a half wait and maybe sooner if someone didn't show.... So We WAITED the hour and a half and then was told it would be another hour and then we may not get in.... First of all I am a diabetic and thought ok that hour and a half will be ok but when your blood sugar is 80 and you're expected to wait another hour or more.... That's not going to work..... it was so unprofessional to give us false info and just let us sit and wait... when we were TOLD we could get in if we waited the hour and 1/2. Flat Irons location. The sushi rolls were hard and rubbery; seemed like they were coated with some preservative and made the day before. Lettuce wraps chicken portion was quite small, hardly enough to fill up the lettuce. the lettuce was the best part of the meal. Construction all around the place; Google maps not aware of the many street closures so very difficult to find the darn parking lot. Once parked, the large banners with an arrow pointing to the entrance sent us thru the back alley, stepping over shovels and past the trash cans and construction trucks. the view was of giant yellow earth movers moving dirt around. I know they cant control the surrounding construction, but there is an alternative way to get to the entrance, which is by way of the AMC Theatre...so why do the signs tell us to walk thru the back alley? This place has seen better days. It's a bit run down. The bench seat in our booth was warn through to the stuffing. The table was pretty beat up. The concrete floor is miserable looking. Our waitress never bothered to bring us napkins or silverware. I had to get it myself from another table for our party of four. We had the Kung Pao Chicken. Whoever made this dish was a big fan of peanuts. There must've been 200 of them. I like peanuts, but that was a bit much. The chicken was thin sliced meat with thick overcooked breading. One piece of chicken must've been floating around in the fryer for a few days before being served to us. We won't be back. read more

I took my boyfriend because he had never been to a PF Chang's before. I knew what I wanted to order Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Kung Pao Chicken & Teriyaki Chix. The food was great! And to add to all that we had the pleasure of Isabella (our server). She was lovely and made my nervous boyfriend at ease. P.F. Chang changed the sauce served w/Chix Lettuce Wraps, when I mentioned that to Isabella she said "I'll happy to make you the "Original dipping sauce" which she did. Brought my grandson in tonight to celebrate his birthday, the food was amazing but the SERVICE! EXQUISITE! Jonah took excellent care of us, food made it to the table within minutes and our waters were never less than half full. He was so helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and made sure that my baby boy had the best birthday ever. I have been here a few times. Once with a friend, once to grab lunch at the bar, and once with my kid. The service has always been good and the food has been tasty. It's a chain, so nothing earth shattering but the menu seems to change a lot. It seems to me that this chain tries to adapt. We went to a PF Chang's in 1993 and they wouldn't serve family style. My in laws had a conniption. Good times. But now, family style all around! If they have the red sangria, get it. Mine were super yummy. That's right, plural sangrias. The kids menu was a nice surprise. For less than $6, my kid got a ton of rice, lots of tasty chicken, and a lot of milk. Typically I enjoy their food, but lately they've been dropping the ball ALOT. We usually order a variety of things ranging from egg rolls, lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, ginger chicken, fried rice, lo mein, and wonton soup. Sometimes we get sushi. The flavor has always been spot on even though the prices are exorbitant, but the last 3 times we've ordered from here it's been bland and watery. The ginger chicken had virtually no flavor and tasted like it was boiled and then a little flavoring was added in. The soup wasn't great either. We went there recently for the 2 for under twenty dollar each 3 course meals menu. The tofu and also the chicken sesame entrees we're both excellent. Fried green beans, brown rice, house salad and hot and sour soup were also very good. Service was also excellent. We even got a free comp chicken and noodles plater from the manager for no apparent reason. We also enjoyed the background music. It is hard to understand how this place is rated so low. The only problem in the past was generally high prices but that is not longer the case with this special menu. Somehow we seem to come here a lot for work birthday lunches and such. The food is okay, but it's over priced. Not sure why they get so much hype. The pad Thai is decent, the bibimap is good (if they get your order right), and last time I got the curry noodle dish I enjoyed. I much rather make the drive up to Busaba in Louisville for similar items than going here. Update: Bibimap messed up again. Please, please, teach your staff to properly cook an egg! I love Chinese food. No doubt about it, it's a staple of my existence. P.F. Chang's has been around for a long time and they have some great dishes. That being said, it is a chain, and I have been disappointed at some of their locations. During this time of Covid, I've been doing take out and overall I've been happy with the food and the service. The food is ready right around the time they say it will be and I get it home and it's still warm. I can personally recommend the hot and sour soup and beef with broccoli. Going to the location itself for dinner is fun too - the decor and atmosphere is nice and above average. With respect to the P.F. Chang app, I use it but I would not call it user friendly. Be patient and it will work. The more you use it, the better it gets but allow for a learning curve the first time. read more

Service is great, wouldn't ask for a better night out. The only things that should be considered is the long wait for food and when food finally makes it to the table it is slightly cold like it has been sitting in the kitchen for a couple minutes almost forgotten. Many people who came in after us were served first and received their food 20-30 minutes before us. Even with those minor inconveniences it was still a great place to hang out with friends, music is loud enough to cover others conversation but still be able to hear the people at your table. First I was in the waiting area to get my food and no one was there working or checking on people for the first 15 minutes I was there. Then a delivery driver who was also waiting went and asked about his order Then a lady that had been standing around near the kitchen yelled at him. We went for the heavily advertised $20 3 course meal. The food was very good and the portions were large. However, the waiter mentioned that the meal (for 2) would have cost $80. At the end of the meal, he presented a bill for $77, quickly apologized, and returned with the correct bill, but leaving the original $77 bill. I placed the $47 bill on top of the $77 bill and added my credit card. When the credit card receipt was returned, the $77 bill was on top with the suggested tip amounts. It appears we were expected to tip based on what it would of cost, not what it did cost. We would have never gone into PF Chang's except for the advertised deal and it was not that we brought in a groupon. It put a damper on the night. read more

Do NOT eat here. I ordered the pad Thai and hours later threw up. I knew something was up. When I ate the food I could taste it. Not really ever experiencing pad Thai, The waiter recommended it. I should have gone to Panda Express. For example, there are more people that eat at Panda Express. The food is probably fresher and it would've lowered my expectations. We ordered the Chef's Feast. What a great value. We started with the hot and sour soup which was awesome. Had the lettuce wraps, which were fantastic as usual. We order the sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken, which were also very good. The cocktail menu is very nice, but a bit expensive ($16-18 each). We decided to have dinner here since their reopening last Sunday. We were quoted a "one-and-a-half hour to an-hour-and-forty-five minutes" of a wait. I get it's a Saturday evening, and I get that the restaurant is pretty busy. So we decided we would try for a to-go order at the rear-left alcove for take-out orders while waiting, just in case it's much faster. The wait for take-out orders was at least 45 minutes. So we decided to leave for hibachi at The Orchard instead, and we were seated there at Mt. Fuji in only 10 minutes, despite them too being slammed busy. What's funny to me is that we checked in here (P.F. Chang's) on their waitlist at around 5:30pm-ish when we were quoted for waiting at least 1.5 hours, but I didn't receive the text that we were ready to be seated until TWO-and-a-half hours after that time! It's a darn good thing we didn't stick around! P.F. Chang's is NOT that special, not THAT great, and not that complicated for a party of two to have waited 2.5 hours for a table. We have NEVER experienced anything like this at any P.F. Chang's chain, ever! C'mon, y'all-- get your stuff together! read more

This was our first time at a P.F. Changs. We were invited for dinner to celebrate my Father's 79 birthday. None of the 4 of us had been here so we really didn't know what to expect. I didn't really have a chance to look around the restaurant as we were seated in the front but it seemed nice enough. Our server greeted us in a timely manner and was friendly and polite. We brought a birthday cake and kindly explained why we there and she put the cake away while we ate dinner. We tried several appetizers which included " dynamite shrimp ", "pot stickers ", "short ribs", " wontons" and they did bring us a extra plate of "dynamite shrimp with the sauce on the side. None of these really got my attention they were all fair but nobody said that anything was great. Next came our meals, my Father and stepmother both had the Mongolian beef, my Wife had the Sesame chicken , I had the Korean Bolgogi steak. So it was a variety around the table. Both my Father and Stepmother expressed satisfaction in their meals my father so much so that he ate all of his and these days my father doesn't eat all that much so that says something for the entree so definitely put that one on your radar if you go there. Next my wife had the Sesame chicken which is generally her and my sons " go to" Asian dish" her thoughts on the dish were that it could have been a little more sweet and that it was fair but nothing to do cartwheels over. Finally my Korean steak. I stay pretty calm when it comes to Asian cuisine, meaning I don't stray to far off kilter but I did want to try something other than fried rice or your "normal food" that I think society generally orders .so decent size steak that was precut and served on potatoes that were mushy and some onionstraws. The steak was cooked medium rare in my opinion and I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked so maybe that's just the way you get it. It was well enough but I didnt think it was the best steak I've had but it was better than average . Next on our agenda was the birthday cake that we brought. This was kind of a disappointing aspect of our meal. Generally at most places there will be somewhat of a acknowledgment from the restaurant staff to sing "Happy birthday " but not here , our waitress brought back our cake which when arrived to our table had the " Happy Birthday Carlos" that was on the side of the cake smeared and left on the side of the box. Lit the candles some of the 5-6 and said "I'll leave you guys to do your thing and come back and check on you" which we proceeded to sing Happy Birthday to my Father ourselves. So it comes down to this. Nice enough place, decent variety to choose from . Fair prices and decent, not great food. At least from what we had anyway. I don't know that I would recommend it but I wouldn't tell you don't go there either. That's why I gave it a fair rating . Enjoyed my meal until I had to use the restroom and none of the stalls had toilet paper and the water in the sink when I went to wash my hands quite literally burned my hands and even left a red mark and I have to jerk my hands away quickly as it was quite shocking. When I went to kindly let the manger know of these issues I was met with a man that clearly did not care anything about the issues and made it quite clear to me that he didn't care to fix it either. Even told me I wasn't the only person to bring these issues to their attention. His exact and matter of fact words were "we can't do anything about it, the health inspectors want it that way". I then said, "so the health inspectors want the water to actually harm and scald your customers hands?" And his response was "yes". I then said "okay I will never come back here then". He also, to everyone's surprise didn't care not one ounce about that either and never offered to try to improve the issues or offer sympathy at all. He was rude and nasty and did not care at all. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! To treat people that way is completely uncalled for and he should not be in management anywhere. Absolutely awful customer service and mediocre food. My girlfriend and I picked this location for dinner on a Saturday night and were able to get in with no wait. Chad was our server and he was absolutely amazing! Super nice and friendly, very helpful with drink recommendations, very quick with getting our appetizer and food orders in, as well as stopping by every so often to check on refills and to make sure everything was still going good. Chad was so nice and such a great waiter. Great experience here because of the great food and Chad! Food came out quickly, drinks were great, appetizer was great, everything was 10/10 here. Never tried PF changs before. And honestly probably never will go back again. Customer service was good however the food was not, to much sauce and honestly this sometimes never stops from the food being good but their sauces were not good at all I could barely eat my food. Had high hopes since I have always seen it around and people posting so much about it but sometimes you win and sometimes you lose /: this was a miss for me. We also tried their sushi and well let's just say not a good decision for us the sushi was left untouched. 12:00 PM on Saturday and not a single table seated in their empty dining room - red flag. Sat at the bar with 5 other customers. Despite it being so slow, the bartender still messed up the order - forgot an item ordered. While the food was tasty, the PORTIONS WERE RIDICULOUSLY SMALL for the price of the entree. I will never be back as long as they continue to serve their tiny entree portions for premium prices. Then to add insult to injury, they actually tried to charge us for it TWICE.. This after speaking to the so called "manager". Come to find out he actually was a manager. The newly renovated PF Chiang's looks great. Bar area beautifully done. The bar servers are re awesome and greets with a smile and comes by asking if you need anything. Very attentive. We sat in the restaurant and a nice young lady, Q, served us with a smile and brought the food out as it was plated, so it is hot! Favorites are Hot and Sour soup, and we are adding the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and The Wild caught tea infused sea bass was moist and delicious on a bed of spinach. Trying the Poppers next! Walked in at 4:30 in the afternoon. The girl at the door asked if we had a reservation. Reservation? At 4:30? At a PF Changs? Asked for a booth and she said okay. We were seated at a high top. The food is nothing more than pre-packaged, overpriced, and a bland attempt at Asian fare. The waiter brings the receipt and all that was on it was the total. No breakdown of what I ordered or the tax. Just a single number. I asked the waiter about it and he said "That's the way the do it here". We picked up our order. Nothing was as I remembered it from about a year ago. The wonton's were not cooked evenly. The top was really brown and the bottoms were under cooked. My egg rolls were over cooked almost burnt. The fried rice was mush. I also ordered piece of keylime pie it was like a scoop not a pie. I can say it was really good. Had I been in the restaurant I would've sent it all back. So disappointed, we won't be going back for sit down or takeout. I feel like I didn't get my money's worth for sure. read more

Our first appetizer choice was not available and two (2) out of (4) of our table's entree's were not available.
