I can't give any P.F. Chang's a better rating because they are just so inconsistent. I've had both good service and bad. I've had decent food, but I've also sent food back because it was inedible. It's impossible to know if you're going to be miserable or happy in any of their locations, and that's pretty frustrating. This particular location is right next to the AMC theater, so it's perfect for dinner and a movie. They can also handle big groups (including separate checks), which is a bonus. And most people like the food. It's usually salty, though. But I think most people like salty food whether they know it or not. I think it's what most people are used to, sadly enough. They have all of the usual entrees as well as some creative ones with some interesting (and salty) sauces. You can usually find something on the menu that isn't boring. The servers are usually friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is dark and cozy with high ceilings. It's a good place to stay warm on a cold, winter night. They also have a good wine selection, keeping you warmer still. Their food is a bit expensive for what you get, but not too bad. They take good care of you, too, boxing up your extra food for you. Though the food is often no better than a standard Chinese restaurant's, it has better surroundings so it's usually worth the trip. I guess I'd say that P.F. Chang's is just fine. read more

She was personable and made dining at a chain restaurant top-notch. Food was middle of the road. Not the best, but not the worst. Typical fusion. I highly recommend the Coconut Lemon Sour.... I really do like PF's, and I don't care it's a chain. I have always found something new I like here with each visit. During the work week I visit the downtown location often for business meals. Went shopping at Flatirons and gave this location a try. Service WAS FANTASTIC! I tried the crab fried rice, wow is that good, with just enough spice. Takeout lunch bowls are the best thing ever, seriously. A huge bowl of brown rice and beef and broccoli, a bowl of the best egg drop soup ever, and a fortune cookie is just 10 bucks. That's a helluva deal. I've eaten here on my lunch hour once, and although it's packed, the wait staff is aware that each table has just about an hour to get in and out, and acts accordingly. That being said, for fusion food, it was ok... catering to the unhealthy side of the world in that things are deep fried, very saucy, or very over spiced or salted. Oh, I remember the PF Changs of old. The dry scallops. The spices. The efficient waitstaff. None of this was in view last night at their chain outlet in Broomfield. From the waiter rushing a drink order, to awkward presentation of the food, to a lack of dipping or condiments for the dumplings, this was a miss. My kung pao scallops (at $20 an order) were OK, if not as dry as I like. For that price a few more scallops could have been included. It has been many years since I'd been to a PF Changs. The location in downtown Denver always met with my approval. Maybe this location was having a bad (Monday) night and they were training new waiters. PF Changs is asian food for non-asians. Reliable chain for vegan options. Wow, nice photos of this place yelp! PF Chang's is sort of a vegans dream come true in eating out at a reliable chain with good vegan options. I am just happy when there is one thing on the menu i can order so this place is really fun to be able to have a couple options. I have enjoyed the vegetarian dumplings, Buddha's feast and curry coconut veggies....i especially like the curry and dumplings. I have heard great things about the Ma Po tofu so that is on my list to try next. read more

I am only giving this review two stars because of the horrible service we received. Our waiter was either clueless, high or had a major hangover. He was constantly reaching across our faces while we were talking, slopping the dipping sauces he half attempted to mix at our table and left most of our dirty dishes in front of us while more food was being brought. The food in itself was pretty good. We had the spring rolls and lettuce wraps. Once again, not sure about the sauce because of our waiter not making it properly so it tasted disgusting. I have eaten at P.F. Chang's exactly 3 times. The first two were years ago when it was all the rage while the most recent time was about a month ago. I have always felt, and continue to feel that it's overpriced for what you get. The food this last time was excellent! We ordered the pan fried pork dumplings and the Mongolian Beef. The restaurant was busy as we arrived around 4:45pm on a Saturday. We were seated immediately. Our waiter took our drink order and our dinner order promptly. The appetizers arrived shortly there after. We really enjoyed our meal and the opportunity to people watch which, I must admit, is one of my guilty pleasures. The waiter was unremarkable - neither great nor noticeably bad. The restrooms looked as though they had been very nice at one time but, through a couple of years of use and neglect, had become somewhat broken and overused. Still, they were clean enough. 3.5 stars rounded to 4. The price is too high for the quality of food and service and, the bathrooms need updating. read more

Really nice guy that is local to the community, great with conversation, and is excellent in service. He hooked us up with the Chang's Spicey chicken and the Mongolian Beef. Oddly enough, I generally don't review chains or even go to them very often. However, I do enjoy PF Changs and I thought it was worth giving them a good shout. The Northern Style Dry Rubbed ribs are the best thing on the menu. An order plus edamame are about all you need for a hearty dinner. Service at this location ranges from overly attentive to perfect. I have not yet experienced bad service there in my four times eating in. Rajesh was our server and he was so amazing! His intuitiveness at our needs is truely a lost art. First we were just on the tail end of happy hour and he was kind enough to let us know so we could enjoy. Second he made sure our child liked the sauce that accompanied his chicken. My fiancé and I went on a Thursday night I believe. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile and the waitress took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. My fiancé was sick so we got the wonton soup which was super delicious and I got the combination fried rice (wish there was more shrimp) overall service was great, food was yummy, everything on our check got charged accordingly. 5stars for you P.F. Passable, but not great by any measure. It's been years since we have done P.F. Chang's and I actually have fond memories. This location is clean and has a great atmosphere. Service was fine, but we were informed there are no substitutions. Ie I wanted rice noodles subd for rice and the answer was a definitive and clear no. The calamari was insanely greasy and was just a huge glob. No sauce was included. I would give the calamari a 0/10. Overall we will prolly go another long stretch before trying again. When we arrived we asked the front door staff if they had options for us as we are gluten, dairy and soy free. The answer was an enthusiastic "yes, we have lots of options". So naturally we sat down. We were pleasantly surprised when the wait staff came to the table with a special menu showing all of the available choices based on our preferences. Unfortunately, the surprise turned into shock when our ONLY choice was egg drop soup, rice and plain veggies. (3 veggie choices only). That's it!! So, we ordered rice and veggies- it took literally 30 plus minutes to get the food to us. The food was so plain and unseasoned and the veggies were undercooked and old. I could barely eat the meal. We walked out swearing to never return. I'm sure all of their "regular" food is delicious- but please consider those of us with food restrictions in the future. read more

The crispy chicken was good but I asked for fried rice and it came with brown rice. The beef lo mein was also not very good. My daughter was in town and I suggested this place because I know it's one of her favorite and I had never been. Can see why she likes it so much. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps. They were very good. I had the lemon chicken which was delicious and quite lemony. My daughter has a severe gluten intolerance and it was really nice that they bring the food out on different plates. Our waiter also brought out gluten free sauces for our lettuce wraps. The waiter was great. Really like this place and can see why my daughter does. Can't wait for the next visit:) read more

I don't know what happened to this place, but, the food quality during our last outing reviled that of a chain buffet. Awful, extremely salty, and the taste of other dishes being prepared in the same wok or pan. Northern ribs- were always a favorite. This time, something You would expect from wing stop. Our egg drop soup tasted like fish, main course greasy and common. By the time we made it home, it was a mad dash for the restroom. You really need to chat with your head chef (or in this case, basic cook) and see what's not happening in your kitchen. For those unsuspecting Christmas shoppers looking to enjoy a meal, turn around and head over to Fat Daddy's for a tasty burger. read more

It's awful I'm not sure if we ordered wrong or what but my god it was terrible I got the eggplant which you use to be able to chose the spice level for but not anymore i guess on the new menu it had no or really taste......so tasteless in fact I didn't really even taste anything when I got sick and threw it up 2 hrs after leaving the restaurant ... I guess the impressive part was that I've never had food poisoning with such a quick turnaround I had a stomach ache for 3 hrs puked and ta -da! Like i never ate 98 bucks down the drain. My boyfriend ordered the Surf and Turf and omg what a joke ! Honestly the waiter had come out and said o sorry it's taking so long (which it wasn't at all they rushed our whole meal) web wanted to make sure it's cooked all the way nthrough (so we were thinking o yay it will be a nice size steak ) what came out was steak cubes with potato cut up and mixed into it ? It was like if you had half a steak and were trying to get creative with leftovers on top of that it was mostly potato I don't even think there were 2 oz of steak in the turf ... what was even more pathetic was the Surf 1/4 of a lobster tail cut in two slivers and fried with fried shrimp. The shrimp was light colored and fried it looked like it came out of a long John silver's take home frozen meal ... if they have those I am pretty sure it was fried and then frozen which is gross AF ....when they asked us what kind of rice we want my boyfriend went for fried rice it was a 5 dollar up charge I joked damn that must be some good fried rice with all sorts of stuff in it like eggs and onions etc . We were quite mistaken not only was it disgusting it had something wierd like peppers or green onion i dont remember now but i do remember it was gross and had no egg or flavor seriously the cauliflower rice i make at home is better and that should never be my order of brown rice also tasteless not as shocking but terrible consistancy .I have to assume anyone who gives this place more than 2 stars must have indulged in the resturants extensive cocktail menu . It was downright awful After such an awful meal except the lettuce wraps which werr still kind of a bummer because they don't make the special lettuce wrap spicy sauce in front of you anymore but instead bring out a tiny bit of preassembled sauce for the wraps. which is kind of a bummer because it was always great to make extra sauce or use the spicy additive for the sauce on your entree . Anyway after the meal I hardly felt I could trust trying of their new desserts but I knew my tried and true great wall of chocolate was still on the menu . This thing is huge and rich it's like a pound of chocolate so i usually get it and eat it over the next week. It was still as good as I remember and the waiter brought out a scoop of their coconut and something like peach ice cream which was bomb like amazing and the cake perfect as I remember but you have to like really like chocolate the only thing that sucks is they must be changed the raspberry glaze definetly ask for it on the side as the new glaze is more liquidity artificial and could easily have ruined the dish. After a bad experience at their Loveland location and a bad experience in Salt Lake City, I decided to give PFChangs another shot. Only the server was good... but he was all over the place as they appeared understaffed for a Friday night. Long wait for food, appetizer came put 40 minutes later with food, kids drinks at the same time. My food wasnt cooked, had to send it back so I didn't get to eat with my family. Finally got a replacement after everyone was gone eating. I expected them to comp my meal as any other place on gods green earth would have at this point, even mcdonalds. However what I got instead was a super long wait for the check (like 20 minutes no joke) where the manager told our server not to comp anything... unbelievable... I'm shocked and now firm in my resolve to never go to another pf changs again. Again unbelieveable, the place reminds me of MTVs boiling point show read more

We are pretty frequent visitors to the PF Chang's in Broomfield. We get take out once every couple of weeks and have been in for dinner over a dozen times. Tonight I went in at around 5:30 with my two children. We were seated quickly, discussed what we'd like to eat... then sat for almost what seemed like a long time. After 15 minutes, we began counting how many waiters, waitresses and hostesses walked by our table without talking to us. It was funny at first, but after counting 35, we decided it was time to leave. 25 minutes without so much as a drink order is unacceptable. Had a 2:30 lunch with friends and we are familiar with this chain and didn't take long to get the order in. The place was not very busy at this time. We had an appetizer of Crispy Beans that came out with soup as requested. As everyone started to eat the beans, it was evident they were deep fat fried in huge clumps, not more individual as we have always gotten them in the past. They were doughy in the big clumps and undercooked. They were sent back and asked not to reorder. We asked for straws for our drinks, everyone prefers a straw. Had to ask twice just for the straws. Upon completing our lunch, one person had the lettuce wrap and hadn't eaten most of the iceberg lettuce that was given and instead of having it thrown away, she asked if she could have a container to take it home. The server gave a strange expression look and said "That's the weirdest request I've ever had". We all felt this to be the rudest comment we have ever heard. The server did bring a bag with a 1/2 head of lettuce for her to take home. We were not asked anytime during the meal while eating nor when finished whether everything was OK or not. The check was promptly put on the table before we were finished with the meal but we had been asked if we would like a dessert. Felt like the server was in a hurry. Honestly even though this is the closest PF Chang's to our house, we will not be returning. Second time we've been at this location but the food portions and quality in some of the dishes just is not up to standards of other Chang's we visit frequently. We'll just travel farther to get better food and most definitely service. read more

We were starved around 9 on a Saturday night. Ate at the bar because it is first come, first serve. The servers at the bar were top notch. The food was just the way we ordered it. EXCELLENT SERVICE from the server dipping our sauce to perfection to being kind and patient with my kids, she was so personal and made my husband and I feel really comfortable. We were able to meet one of the managers and he asked how was everything, he was so nice to us., Marcelo it definitely seems that you love what you do. The food was amaizing and flavored to perfection, arived promptly after we ordered, I surprised about the variety of drinks they have.!! We need to go back without the kids for happy hour lol.. Just left P. F. Changs and we were very disappointed. We sat and waited well over 20 minutes before our order was taken. We had 2 children with us, and one child's meal was brought out 20 minutes before anyone else's food. When the rest of our meal was brought out, nothing was hot and the food was very sub par. Our table ordered a mandarin crunch salad that was soggy from being drenched in dressing. The bibimbap was lukewarm and bland. The walnut shrimp was very soggy and greasy. Finally, the restrooms, specifically the toilets, were extremely dirty. By the looks of them, they had not been cleaned for several days. We have been to P.F. Chang's lots of times over the years and have never had this experience. We definitely won't be back. read more
