Haven't been to PF Chang's in a while! Came in during lunch time so there weren't many people. Decent options for the lunch menu, opted for one of their lunch deals where you can pair a side and smaller sized entree. Drink had a visible chip on the glass. Thankfully we noticed so no one got cut. The food was an oily soggy mess. Which was unfortunate because the food had good flavor. Waitress was nice and went out of her way to be helpful. My family and I came in here mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. Had the place to ourselves, but the service was exemplary! The decor is beautiful. Serviceware is unique - soup came in a really cool inverted cup. We all lunch specials. My wife and son ordered the peach Boba breeze, they loved them and the big chewy tapiocas. I had the Strawberry Cucumber limeade, which was delicious. We also ordered the spring rolls. The dipping sauce for these was so delicious I scooped in the fried vermicelli what served as a 'bed' and ate it with that sauce, lol. For entree, I ordered the firecracker shrimp with lo mein and xtra shrimp. While it was delicious, the shrimp were very small (i'd guess 50-60 size). My wife had the mongolian beef and my son the chicken bowl. We all enjoyed our meals. Our server Edgar helped me spice things up with a bit of chile paste, mmmm. Before tip, we were at $75. Our service was excellent. The food, though... yeesh. Ok, the sweet & sour soup was pretty good. The Mongolian beef was good but bc I ordered the "chef's feast" it was a tiny size. The Lo Mein had probably 4 to 5 small pieces of chicken in it. The egg flower soup was just straight terrible. The dumplings tasted like the cheapest frozen dumplings I've ever bought at the grocery store. With tip the "chef's feast" came to around $70 for two people. I seriously wonder if we had ordered à la cart... would it have cost less? And would the entrees have been full sized? Never again. Biggest waste of $70 ever. read more

Holy hot mess on Christmas Eve. Could sense sh*t show vibes as I was parking but I remained optimistic. I mean what could go wrong--I was texted like 3 different times confirming my reservation, multiple voicemails also confirming, & I spoke with staff a few days prior just confirming my party of 6 reservation at 6:15pm. My initial thought-Whoa they are organized obviously knowing it is going to be busy in Christmas Eve. Turns out it was a hoootttt mess. Wall to Wall people. The hostess check in line resembled something out of Disneyland. It seemed like they had lost control of the situation but were doing nothing to improve it. When I checked in at 6pm for my 6:15 reservation they acted as if we were next. Only after going back up at 6:30 did I learn they were running at least 1.5 hours behind!!! How does this happen? Simple solution & many restaurants do this, you put a time limit cap on each reservation vs letting a family chill for 4 hours which causes a huge trickle down effect. Just disappointing. read more

Have been there before and the food is good. Went there this afternoon with relative. The service was quick when ordering and then getting our food but after that, they came back to our table a few times trying to take any plates or wanting to box up left overs. This is fine but more than 5 times one feels like they're wanting us to leave when the restaurant is half full and they have plenty of staff. Will not go back again. Food was delicious! Always is, and it's brought out quickly after ordering. We ate and completely forgot to take photos first... We got the potstickers, lettuce wraps, calamari and crispy green beans. All so good, and well priced. My mom's mocktail was insanely good, better than my cocktail! The gentleman who was our waiter was friendly, attentive and definitely having a good time. He was walking around singing in between tables and making jokes with employees and other guests. He's worked there for a long time, I see him every time I go. It's a bit dark in the restaurant if you're not sat around the perimeter. But otherwise it's clean, music is played low, they have (fake) candles on the tables and they keep guests seated far apart when they aren't busy which I appreciate! read more

Our favorites are the Kung Pao Chicken, Singapore Street Noodles, and Chicken Lettuce wraps. The wraps came with four lettuce pieces, you can ask for more lettuce. We made reservations on open table and got a reminder text closer to our time.  Through out the year, they'll have food specials. Lots of options. Something for everyone Full bar and desserts. Edgar was our server and he is the best! We have had him multiple times but then got a card saying his name for a review so now I know! He's super friendly and efficient and had so many tables but we never went without and never felt that we didn't have a server. He was great, our food was great and even the manager stopped by to see how the service was and I only had good things to say! read more

This was my first visit to PF Chang's, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. While the food was delicious - I especially recommend the spicy chicken with noodles instead of rice - the service left much to be desired. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, but we were still made to wait for 10 minutes before being seated. The hostess prioritized phone calls over seating us which is fine but after being seated, our waiter was slow to take our order, and when they did, they only took one person's order and left, forcing us to ask them to come back. One person in our party didn't receive their meal until 15 minutes after the rest of us had started eating, and that only happened after we requested the waiter check on it. Throughout the meal, the waitstaff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to the few guests present. It felt like we were an afterthought. While the food was good, the lackluster service made the overall experience disappointing and not worth the drive. Personally I will not be back to this location. read more

On a major holiday like Christmas it's important as a restaurant to do your best in assuring that customer orders are not only done correctly, but on time. Juggling the multitude of customers coming in the door and who has pre ordered can be challenging. However, you should be able to plan things accordingly knowing what Christmas rush looks like year after year. I waited one hour for an order that was ordered online and paid the day before with an exact time of when I would be there. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home all but one item was cold, the Mongolian beef which I asked for double the meat and paid for that was not only a normal amount, but it was burnt. The meat was cold and burnt. All of it. And the Singapore noodles weren't cooked long enough so they were hard. The manager did give me some of my money back for waiting so long, but honestly I should get a full refund for what they served me. I will never eat here again. Management should get some lessons in project planning and utilize those skills to better organize your business - you may make more money by doing so. read more

Wow. Have not been to PF Changs in a little while. We used to go 3-4 times a month. Went last night. Prices were considerably higher and the food quality wasn't what it used to be either. We walked in at 6:30 on a Saturday night and the place was pretty empty. Could not understand why it wasn't busy until we sat down and looked at the menu prices. Then the food arrived and it was pretty obvious why the once busy restaurant was empty. Not sure how much longer they will stay open at this pace. We wont be back. I hadn't been to PF Changs in almost 5 years after moving to the PDX area only because the one close by was quite a distance away. My family and I came to this location by chance over lunch only because our initial lunch restaurant choice close by was packed. Overall, we had a good experience. Ample parking, not so crowded, clean bathrooms and restaurant, great ambiance. Frank the server was attentive, and food and drinks were good. The service was the best service we have had from any restaurant in a long time. They were on the spot with drink refills and met our picky accommodations. For drinks: - Try the refreshing $13 Lucky Lotus ( Rumhaven Coconut Rum, Hakutsuru Shauri Nigori Sake, lemon, pure cane sugar, cream) For lunch menu food: - the calamari was a great starter - kids loved the $5.50 kids lomein - Orange Chicken Bowl was tasty - Kungpao Shrimp Bowl had just the right kick to it. Family of four. To start out, the young girl waiting on us didn't look very happy, and when I softly asked, "where's your smile" (with a smile), she said "What?", so I asked again, she flashed an immediate stretched out smile, as if being sarcastic, then just as quickly, back to a straight faced frown. She continued to take our order, however, was replaced by another waitress, who presented herself more hospitably, although, noticeably patronizing and impersonal, was asked to repeat our dinner order. Not to let this spoil our dinner, we just overlooked this behavior, and accepted this as better than the one girl before. Next problem. The appetizers were not served until after we finished our meal, with me dumbfoundedly asking my wife, "weren't we supposed to get served the appetizers first?". My wife made the decision to accept the late order anyway, as not to cause any problems. After one bite, my wife said the appetizers tasted rancid and old, not like the last time she had ordered on a previous visit. So she politely asked that it be returned. No problem. I still gave a gratuitous $25.00 tip (provably written on our receipt), on a $133.00 bill, and even purchased two 25.00 discount gift cards, totaling $200.00 on our bill. We left in good spirits. Here's where it turned into an unimaginable nightmare. Being that my Wife, and Son both have B-Days in the same month of Feb, we all agreed we would give P.F. Chang's another chance, but this time with a request for a remarkably kind waitress we knew by name from a previous visit. Here's what happened! The details: I offered my business card in person, with our home phone number, and asked Brian (one of the managers) to please pass it on to Ariana, the waitress we were trying to request, but strangely kept getting the same redundant response, "We don't give out information about our employees, not once, but 3 times in a row. I felt like I had to keep reminding him, "I'm only asking that you give my business card to Arriana, as to whether she would be available on the day of our party, and having to continue reminding him, I wasn't asking personal information from anyone. He finally said, "even if I accepted the card, I couldn't guarantee I would remember to give it to her". After that response, I knew then this manager was either not paying attention, or just being stubborn, which I then questioned him, "you're the manager correct?". He said yes, and I immediately turned around and left without another word, as I knew then, there was no way of getting through to this guy. Later on that same evening, I then contacted P.F. Chang's Corporate office to see it they would allow this particular request for Ariana to be our waitress, thinking they would be able to pass on the info, but was told another person in their corporate office would soon contact me within the next couple of days with an answer. No problem! Three days later, I received a personal phone call from Erica, a 2nd manager from the same Hillsboro branch I was having problems with. Not the corporate office person that would get back to us as first told. I was immediately instructed how to receive a refund on my 50.00 worth of gift cards, and not to come in person as it could easily be handled over the phone by taking a picture of the back of the two cards, to include our credit card name and number. I found this surprisingly highly irregular, and told Erica, I didn't want a return on the gift card, and never asked for one, but finally just said I would leave it up to my wife (who wasn't present at the time) to make the final decision, as she had the gift cards anyway. I eventually took this as a vindictive gesture due to my calling corporate and going over their heads. 3 days later, my wife finally found time to show up in person at this particular P.F. Chang's to get our gift card refund, as she doesn't like giving out personal credit card info over the phone. Upon arriving, my wife simply told Erica she was there to receive the refund. Erica's immediate response was angrily abrupt and demanding. and said: "I told your husband we would handle this over the phone, you're not supposed to be here, you're trespassing, NOW LEAVE!!!", My wife quietly said, "No, I'm here now, and I don't like giving my credit card number over the phone, so can you please just give my my refund, now that I'm here". Erica kept arguing back, "YOU HAVE TO LEAVE!!!". My wife said, just give me my refund and I'll have no problem leaving. Erica then threatened to call the police if she didn't leave then and now. My wife then asked, what did I do to be treated this way? Erica then told my wife she was being highly disruptive to the rest of her employees, obviously being antagonistically disingenuous about the reality of the situation, as no one else was even within ear shot of their conversation. Some good advice to P.F. Chang's. Send in secret shoppers and get a true evaluation on your employees. read more

Only option that was savory and not spicy is chicken with broccoli. No Chinese vegetables or classic dishes, such as chicken with black bean sauce. Ordered Korean fried chicken. Been coming here since It opened and has always been good. Overall as a chain they seem to be a little higher priced than other Asian Fusion restaurants but you do get what you pay for. During the pandemic we've eat here a couple of times. Let me say that today's lunch was absolutely perfect. We have not had better food at any PF Chang's ever. Had spicy chicken, spring rolls, honey lemon chicken, beef and broccoli, pork lo mein and fried rice. Across the board excellent- every item. Was good enough that I called them back and told them. From outside it feels like you are back in time,a big horse structure near the entrance then interior design is inspired with old chinese empire. I made reservations for an out of state friend and I for dinner. I ordered a cocktail. The server obviously didn't understand and brought me the "bar list" with no prices. I 'pointed' to the my selection which was Crown Royal, but ended up with Jack Daniels. He was disorganized and SLOW. When I looked at my receipt(s) It shows 2 different server names. Aspen and Antelmo. I quietly asked the hostess if he was new. She didn't know because she was new. I noticed despite the fact I gave Antelmo my rewards card, he didn't use it. I had to ask someone else to enter my account number. The service was so bad, we thought our server had gone on break That place screams 'poor management. They serve food family style here. I came here for a company lunch. The servers did not take our orders until everyone arrived. This caused the food to come out later than expected and some people had to leave early. I do not blame the staff for this occurrence. Family style service can have this drawback. The fried green beans, lettuce wraps, and crab wantons are amazing. I will definitely order them again once I come back. The Chilean Sea Bass is one of the most expensive items on the menu but it is delicious. Be sure to ask the waiters for the type of rice you want (white/brown). read more

Came with some sort of sauce which was watery and also bland. Chicken Lo Mein 6/10 Kinda greasy, flavor was ok, chicken was dry and overcooked like it had been in a pot on low for the last 10 hours.
