Few dishes are good but not all. Crispy honey chicken is dry and they server with plain rice, either make it with some sauce or serve with fried rice. This was not worth the money. Also ordered Thai Harvest curry which is suppose to have tofu as its protein part. There was minimum of tofu like you literally have to search in the curry, i will not consider it as good protein dish , just a veggie curry. Service was great, the ambient is very pleasant. There was a great special 2 for $39.99 and was the perfect amount for two! Tried the hot saki drink and it was pretty good. Plates was well organized, nothing dirty and host was friendly Waiting time was about 5 min and recommend to make reservation as sometimes it can get pretty hectic Appetizers are amazing, got the chocolate Wong tongs with berries and it was amazing. We came to have dinner, the wait was 25 min which was normal, until I realized that they had lots of empty tables on the floor. Still it took 30 minutes to get seated. Once seated the, waiters were very nice but the appetizer, took more than half and hour to get to the table and then another 15 minutes for the main course. My husband asked to speak to the manager and he never came to the table, very disappointing. One of the plates we order was the Mongolian beef, the meat was very hard. We also order 2 orders of ribs and a sea bass which was good. Half of the restaurant was empty during the the almost 2 hours we stayed, lots of people waiting and complaining to the hostess. I've gone to other locations like The Falls, Sawgrass Mall and Aventura, by far the worst organization restaurant and extremely under staffed. read more

We came here to celebrate Valentine's. We've been at many PF's before. It was before 6pm. Just 5 tables including our own. The server came and he didn't introduce himself. We ordered drinks, app and entree at the same time. After 10min someone else brought the drinks. Coconut mojito that tastes amazing at all PF's tasted like cuff medicine. We asked for the appetizer and they took a long time to bring it. Then after all that time they brought the water lol. The food took long to come out but thank goodness there was nothing to complain about in that department. Our server was nice but he needs a little bit more of speed. I had a bad experience at PF Chang in Doral Florida. Made a 915 reservation I waited a half hour to get in. 45 minutes before anyone came by and almost an hour before we got a glass of water.Never got a waiter but was assisted from whoever was walking by. I ordered take out last night & was really disappointed. The chicken fried rice barely had chicken and lacked flavor. There were clumps of bland white rice mixed in it, which means they didn't mix it thoroughly to ensure seasoning & soy sauce was spread throughout. The garlic cumber noodles were absolutely gross! They were oily & discolored. Tasted like the wok wasn't washed & had a fishy taste. I dined in there not too long ago & they really ought to lift the carpet & hire a professional kitchen cleaning company. There's a stench in the restaurant and it's off putting. 2 weeks ago I ordered takeout from their Clearwater location & what a stark contrast to the Dolphin Mall location. Food was piping hot; smelled & tasted fresh; & packed with flavor. I gave 2 stars because the food was ready on time and the Kung Pao Chicken wasn't so bad. The shrimp tempura sushi roll was great, the new tonkotsu ramen was just okay. Not as good as a Japanese restaurant, but the noodles texture wise was good. I wish it had more noodles. I added in the pork, which is a must. The veggies in the soup were cut up cherry tomatoes, carrot strips and green onions. We tried the wonton soup, flavor was really nice with bits of chicken and shrimp included. The won tons themselves tasted a little older. Due to unfortunate circumstances yesterday, 11/6/2022, I was shocked by my experience. Food was good. I was in the restaurant when the a crowd of people came charging into the restaurant out of fear. Guests dining in were held in the restaurant due to an active shooter in the mall. My fiancé overheard the manager radio to the staff to calm everyone down and make sure everyone pays their bills. That is pathetic to hear those words come out of a managers mouth during a terrifying time. My party was disgusted to hear about this and will never return due to that comment. My mother-in-law ran into the kitchen due to fear. She came out saying that the kitchen was filthy and slippery. Absolutely disgusting how these closed kitchens are behind walls. I had the luck to live in NYC and I have a compadre who is 100% Chinese. This place is no better than Panda Express at 4 times the price. My server was excellent but it appears that the kitchen is in total disarray. They can take my picture at the door, first time and the last time as they will never see me again. Horrible experience. Food was blah, everything was cold. But the worst part was that my 2 dishes, a roll and an app never got to the table. The rest of the table had finished eating and my order was still being prepared. Then after about another15 minutes I'm told someone must have talen my order inadvertently and I was now at the end of the line. I am usually not in the habit of writing reviews for chains, but I will write one for PF Chang's. I moved to South Florida about 6 years ago, and while I really like the food scene here, I can not seem to find Chinese food to appeal to my North East tastes. For me at least, PF Chang's is an oasis in a desert of sub par Chinese food in South Florida. This location is at the Dolphin Mall and it is always busy. The other night I was in here after a successful shopping trip with my girlfriend. We ate at the bar so we could be seated right away. As usual PF Chang's delivered the goods. We had the usual Lettuce Wraps and I had the Spicy Chicken, both were great. I have never had a bad Chinese chicken meal here. The Kung Pao is always spot on too. PF Chang's may not be remarkable, but it is reliable. I need to start going more and give up on the locals down here when I get a Chinese food urge! read more

Food is disgusting, the dumplings are old and hard. Service is very slow, we got a cup of water but the cup was used, so disgusting! If you want a drink to be served you have to wait for 30 mins. Boy oh boy. Had a bittersweet experience here with my partner. So I will break this down part by part. First I'll start off with the food. We ordered the crab wontons to start. The sweet and sour sauce that accompanied the wontons was amazing! Really nice to dip the wontons in it as much as possible. Our only complain was that the wontons were over-fried, to the point that the crunch was extremely hard when we'd bite into them. Besides that we had the pork signature lo mein and the hokkien street noodles. The Hokkien noodles were amazing the noodles themselves and a nice blend of chicken and shrimp with egg. Unfortunately the light curry sauce really is too light as we couldn't taste any sense of curry at all. But besides that it's a delightful dish. Our favorite was the pork signature Lo mein. Great noodle texture meat was tender thanks to the sweet sauce and overall amazing dish! Lastly, the service. The service was not bad per-say as our waiter did accommodate all of our needs. Was quick on refills and informative of their upcoming menu change. Unfortunately it would have been better had he not proceeded to hit on my partner while we were eating. Given that the dinner day took an awkward turn as my partner did not want the server coming back to the table for the sake of comfort. So I will say this, when people are going to dinner especially a couple I would think they aren't going in order to find a date. Or fix someone's single status. We were patient with both the hit ons and straightforward I'm single remark but we were at dinner, not a bar. Please keep it professional for the future. read more

Mother's Day disaster and unorganized. Cars are lined up throughout Dolphin mall waiting on curbside pick up. People are gathered in front of the restaurant. Management should of anticipated and organized better. I have done curbside pick up at other places this one is by far the worst and unorganized. I waited 45 minutes, never got my order called and no answer once call was picked up they would hang up. Absolute disaster. Thanks for ruining the day. read more

I have been coming to this PF Chang's force every month for the past 8 years. Over my last couple of visits I've noticed the food quality getting worse. Today I ordered the Miso Salmon with white rice as I have done in the past. The salmon arrived on a bed of half cooked spinach in soy sauce and the white rice appeared to be yesterdays that was microwaved. Sorry, but this is my last visit to a PF Chang's. read more
