It was a most 4pm on a Monday and there was only one couple there. Our server made the experience good, she was very nice. I ordered a drink which took a very long time on a day when no one was there. They have a nice menu with veggie options and good deals. We opted for a $18 dinner menu with a small appetizer and entree. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. The spring roll was pretty good. I ordered miso salmon with white rice for entree. The rice was parboiled and the salmon was not good. I'm glad I didn't order the regular entree. read more

We enjoyed this PF. Changs went out and had a really nice dinner ;every time me and my wife we go to the bar. We get great service. Food is very good. I mean this is oriental food Asian food but everything has a special flavor to it every dish is different. My goodness we tried the new dumplings with the cheese and the yam sauce. Oh my goodness gracious that's good. I had a beef teriyaki. It was very good and my wife had the chicken teriyaki great fried rice also feels very natural steamed. I Love the presentation on everything. They also have very good sales on Wine's very good happy hours. We went Wednesday and a half a bottles half of any wine. My husband and I came to PF Chang on Friday night for a happy hour. We hadnt been here for a long time. We were able to get seating at the bar, it wasn't overly busy. Service was good. They have some nice happy hour drink options, but we decided to do the Japanese Old Fashioned which was not on Happy Hour. Our bartender did a great job preparing them. Food-wise, I had forgotten how much I LOVE the Egg Drop soup. My husband and I shared a bowl of that, and I also had the Thai Lettuce wraps with chicken. Both were delicious. Description P.F. Chang's is an Asian restaurant located where dolphin mall is but in its stand alone building. I went during the week so it was not busy and there was ample parking and the restaurant was fairly empty. When it came to ordering they only have 2 sushi rolls on the menu and that's all there is to order. The only reason i also didn't rate lower is because the waiter was great but the food....not too great. What I ordered I ordered the crab wontons which comes with some spicy sauce which was really good. I also got the pomegranate lemonade that has unlimited refills which was also fairly good. I order a combo fried rice so that means it had chicken shrimp and steak which didn't have much flavor but was okay to eat once it had a sauce added in my husband tried it and agreed as well. My husband ordered lo-main which was very similar and bland as well. The last item ordered was a kids teriyaki chicken which was first ordered wrong but the waiter had the order fixed before even setting the plate down but when we tried it, it wasn't the best either. We didn't really take the leftover home except the rice to see if we were maybe able to salvage it at home. Value The value was a little on the pricier side for what they had to offer and for the flavor of the food. Add an additional pomegranate lemonade for my husband and a tip and the total was 95$ Ambiance/Crowd The ambiance is nice it was empty when we were there so I wasn't really able to see what kind of crowd comes in but it's a place where you can go dressed down. Service The service was great I have no complaints and he's the reason why i rated higher. Parking The parking is shared with the mall and there is also valet parking. The mall does get busy on the weekend making it harder to park but during the week there hasn't been and issues finding parking that's not far from where you need to go. 5 year olds thought corner He always eats teriyaki chicken when we go places but he was not too fond of this one he took a few bites and didn't want anymore. read more

Strolled in here with my wife on a Friday night. We were looking for something old and new in the Dolphin Mall Area, we hadn't been to PF Chang's in a long long time and we are glad we came. We were able to get quick seating at the bar, and perusing the Happy Hour Menu there are some interesting selections, but I went for my tried and true favorite - the Old Fashioned. They have a Japanese version which I found bold and really good...pleased with the service and bartending skill here. Ambiance was very low-key , relaxing, which I like! For food, my wife and I shared an egg drop soup which was excellent, and I had the Mongolian Trio which is good if you want a variety of meat with rice. Overall very good, maybe I'll explore some other menu options next time :) read more

Ambiance is great but the restaurant was mostly empty and the service was very slow (20 min for a beer and bottle of water). The interior could use a little love. The wallpaper is literally coming off the wall and the banquettes are weirdly lumpy. A dirty table with water all over the floor next to us sat uncleaned for the entirety of our meal. If I could do halves I would do a 3.5 instead of 3. I want to start off by praising the service. Our server was great. He managed the table effortlessly and was very helpful and nice. They also sat our large party in a pretty good time frame. The food was ok. They were hit or miss dishes. The short ribs and pineapple fried rice sounded amazing, but was so bland. It was one of the worst dishes. Everything else was ok. My actual favorite was the pepper steak. It was flavorful and tender. The kids all disliked their meals and they were left untouched. To be honest, we always have a very good experience eating here. We typically order the same plates because they are so good. They took my favorite candied walnut shrimp off the menu so we tried the salt and pepper shrimp but it was so salty and spicy for my taste. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. Our server recommended ordering our entrees cause the food was taking long. We wanted to wait till at least the appetizers came. Get this!: Our appetizers came before our cocktails. Lol. Food wasn't taking long at all. At that point, I felt he was trying to rush us to turn the table. They beed to replace the chef, he is going to run this place to the ground. It's turned into another tourist trap, the suggested tip started at 20%. I saw an ad for the lunch special online for roughly anywhere from 15-25$ depending if you decide to upgrade and add other sides. I came in and was already turned off by the hostess barely even being friendly or greeting I had to speak to her first. I was then asked if Bar or table and I choose table. I then was sat almost reluctantly at a table after realizing they wanted me to sit a bar but whatever I understand. I was then attended by a waitress that didn't even know what I could and couldn't upgrade from the lunch special! I decided to replace the appetizer for the pork dumplings got fried rice with teriyaki chicken and added an extra side of 3$ protein which was orange chicken. This is where it starts going really down hill. I was served the dumplings 20 minutes later which were good maybe a tad under steamed. As other tables were getting prioritized i kept waiting. Then another 10-15 minutes I was served the lunch special! I noticed the lady had mistaken my wanting of a side of extra orange chicken as me wanting a full plate of it but I didn't mind I thought to myself Ill just take the rest home. The main dish was half fried rice and the other half pineapples with teriyaki chicken mixed in. The fried rice tasted great actually and the pineapple with chicken not so bad. However, I made my way to the orange chicken and it is by far the worst part. I dont know how you can manage to make chicken taste like cheap fruity cereal but it did! Absolutely atrocious but fine I asked for my check and was treated to a 50$ charge for the "lunch special". Somehow I got charged for the full lunch special, full price for the dumplings and almost 19$ for another side of chicken! By the time I paid and left I had wasted 50 minutes of time here. I understand charging me fully for the chicken as it was a communication error but if it was so terrible to the point by the the time I was getting to the car I decided to just throw it in to the trash bin I wouldnt of minded. What really gets me is charging me full price for the dumpling when im already paying for full price lunch meal atleast give me another side then! I didnt bother asking for a manager or help as I had already wasted to much time here and didnt want to waste more of my midday here! Food was good but service needs some improvement. It was not the same experience I enjoyed several years ago. The payment portion now is done via an app. When asked for help we were directed to the system but I was with an older group that was trying to split the bill but it was giving us trouble. After a few minutes of trying to pay through the app the waiter finally gave us the option to pay traditionally, which was accomplished so much quicker. One of our favorites to go to in the dolphin mall in Miami. we always get the spicy miso soup and it is probably what got us hooked on Ramen instantly. One day we had the trio for the appetizer and it was to die for as well I highly recommend it for a family it fills up quickly. This place is always very busy so make sure to make a reservation or come ahead of time and reserve your spot in line. We had the California rolls as a little appetizer as well and it was delicious. It was always a waiting time, bit when you get in; you will enjoy a clean nice environment, service and food... well all that is gone. There is no host to take of you at the entrance; when you finally get in there is nothing wrong with your shoes; it is the floor that is old and really dirty that gives you that sticky feeling when you walk. Our server took our order(party of 5); and they brought the wrong appetizers..... which is rare but could happen, in our case they took the wrong one and then brought another wrong order.....!! We spent 1,5 hours waiting for the main course, that we need to ask to give it to us to go; because we had to leave... you will think that they will say sorry or do something to remedy this... but no... nothing. This is not a low priced place; so you will spect something with value in return when you pay a big ticket... well not here. Ok, so this P. F. Chang is the epitome of disgusting. Let me start by how my order was handled. I called to place an order to pick up and the lady of the other side could not hear me because, according to her, it was too noisy on her end. When I went to pick up my food, everything seemed fine--- but when I opened the order of Spring Rolls was a disaster. Burned, black, maybe even refried... who knows? The rice had a whole entire block of broccoli, leaving space for very little fried rice, maybe a scoop and a half. Why does a restaurant like this FAIL?
