I'm used to visiting this restaurant for over 10 yrs and I have always enjoyed it, the service, the food and ambiance. I'm fully aware that Restaurants have been facing a hard time with COVID being understaff and having to close for a while but I think now they need to prove to people that they maintain there high standards. I placed an order on Saturday the 8th it was supposed to be ready at 12:19, I arrived at 12:10 called and told the lady that I was there waiting so she can take order to me when ready. At 12:30 no one had come out, I waited 5 more minutes and then went in, I asked the girl can you see if my order is ready and she replied ohh yes it's here I didn't know I had to take to you. Ok no worries I went to the house I was having lunch at and I always brag about how good the food here is, we'll no one ate except the kids I ended up throwing everything out, the rice seemed old, the honey chicken very soggy with no taste, I was very disappointed and ended up having to order from somewhere else. The worse service ever! First the hostess made us wait to be seated in an empty restaurant. There were literally about 10 different spots that she could've sat us at. Then our waitress could not my order right. All I asked for is that my meat be rare and both times it came out more cooked until another waiter helped out. Then I asked for sweet chili but instead got some flaming hot chili and ruined my taste buds. Afterwards, I asked for to go boxes and the kids didn't match the bowls. It was as if she didn't care. At one moment I asked my kids if I was being punked but unfortunately that was just the service we got today. The manager knew what was going on but never once came to our table. I love P.F. Chang's, I've loved it since the only one was the one located at the Falls. With this new (not so new) location it gave people more options of which one to go to. The lettuce wraps are the reason why this place even earned a place in my heart. They never fail with the lettuce wraps. My second favorite item is the Mongolian beef which is delicious too. I've tried getting it with a side of noodles instead of rice but you do have to order that separate. P.F. Chang's offers many vegan options. They have a full bar, so when they are busy in the front you can always go and sit yourself at the bar first come first serve. Try the new sake with Prosecco it will not disappoint. They also have a new Mongolian appetizer which are somewhat like potstickers. Pro tip: if you sign up and become a member you can get the "Chang's for two" which includes an appetizer, two plates, two soups, and two mini desserts for $49.50. All you have to do is give your phone number. They will not tell you about this special if you don't ask for it and if you're not a member. It's a special menus they have. Thank me later. Good place for groups, though it gets packed but you can always make a reservation. This place is also on Uber and post mates BUT they have their own in restaurant delivery! I love this restaurant. This was my first time at this location but the quality of food and service was great like always. I was meeting up with an old friend and her new adorable baby girl so she suggested this atmosphere would be more pleasant for her baby(it's not as loud as other restaurants). Upon arrival I was greeted by the nicest hostess who let me know about the Breast cancer promotion they were having. I thought it was a wonderful idea. You had a choice of 3 different tacos to choose from or taking a selfie with the big statue of the horse (who had a big pink ribbon on) outside and posting it on social media and they make a donation each time someone does that. There were also pins that you could write names of people who had suffered, survived, or passed from breast cancer and put it on their warrior statue. I have an aunt who is a survivor so I was happy to do so. Once seated we began to talk so much we forgot we were there, poor waitress came by so many times but each time she always said it wasn't a problem to take our time and she did this all with a smile. We ordered the spare ribs with the dry rub and asked for the bbq sauce on the side. OMG!!! How could I have not known about these ribs, they were delicious plain, dry rubbed, and with the bbq sauce. You just can't go wrong and for an appetizer it was huge. For our main course I ordered the lettuce wraps, I just cant get enough of them and my friend had the sesame chicken with quinoa, also delish. Just the whole atmosphere, service, food was great. Will definitely come back to this location. Only thing I really didn't like is that it took me forever to find a parking and when the lettuce wraps came they had the sauce prepared already. OF course I'm Asian and so I'm going to be a little stringent on places that are not that authentic and this, for their price definitely takes the cake for being borderline rip off! I mean I get that if you're gonna do Chinese food as chain it's gonna be Americanized, but for a higher price than Panda express at least have some culinary skill... and not pour in the sauce and toss the beef til brown and goeey. You can tell the sauces were probably pre-made and came from some big bottle that the chef probably just squirted the daylights out of! Even soy sauce would have tasted better with these over gravied foods. If you're vegetarian, be disappointed since everything is pre made so it's like impossible to remove meats or certain ingredients if you have dietary restrictions. :( my buddy had to eat curry vegetables and rice in the end. it wasn't bad! Just took us forever to find what would be good for him! oh and curry doesn't really exist in Chinese cuisine if you were trying to go for stereotypical Chinese.... Everything was over sauced and poorly flavored. Imagine someone taking frozen veggies and warm it up and then dousing with sauce and then serving it. That's what this was. Dessert menu: not gonna lie Great Wall of Chocolate is pretty funny. That's what it is. A Huge wall of chocolate cake. I think their desserts beat their Chinese food! Meats were over cooked and the veggies were like I said either just warmed up and dumped sauce on or if they are with meats, too long bathed in sauce and are now brown. After our very negative experience at the PF Chang's in Brickell, I haven't been back for 2 years. So naturally, when they opened the Dolphin Mall location, I was ready to give them a try. Anyone that has gone to one of these knows that they get pretty busy, so I wonder, if they knew, and expected that they would be busy, as they are....why did they place the tables literally inches from one another ? It makes it for a very uncomfortable experience, as the waiters cannot even get around the tables to serve us appropriately and we are really crowded in there. So after a 2 year hiatus from this chain of restaurants, what changes did I notice ? The portions got considerably smaller and the prices went up. In conclusion, it seems like I will be away from the Changs restaurants for a while, unless someone else picks up the tab. It is just not worth the wait. read more

I can't lie...I really like PF Chang's. I especially love this location because of its spectacular service. We ordered our usual - crab wonton appetizer, Mongolian chicken, Kung pao shrimp, and fried rice. Everything was delicious. Unfortunately last time, there was a mix-up in the kitchen, so we got our chicken and shrimp and waited, waited, waited for the fried rice until we were informed there was an error in the kitchen. Our server brought us some lemonades to make it for it even though we didn't really want them (they were delicious though). However we really appreciated the effort to make up for it for and the server was very apologetic - we felt very valued as customers. You have to recognize Chang's for what it is. Its Asian Fusion, American chain upscale food. For those who want to bash it, move on. That way the waits will be shorter because it does take an hour to an hour and a half to get a table at ANY Chang's. For the rest of us who enjoy this kind of food without the pretense of being an elite foodie this particular Chang's will give you a great experience. We came for a birthday dinner and had reservations for 8:30. With reservations we still had to wait an extra 1/2 hour. The restaurant is definitely too small because the tables are uncomfortably close together. Make sure you make reservations and request a booth. It really was ridiculous that we were 2 inches away from other people at other tables, and people with strollers made it impossible for anyone to be comfortable. The food is delicious but it is sad to see that through the years the portions keep shrinking. The Mongolian Beef looks like Beef with Green Beans they are using SO MANY onions to fill it up. I almost tried to send it back because I thought it was the wrong dish. The service was wonderful as opposed to the consistently atrocious service at the one in Brickell. Here everyone seemed to be tripping over themselves to smile, be helpful, nice. It was great. (The only con about the service is that our wonderful yet overenthusiastic server came to us while we were still eating and mid-conversation to push our platters aside and place the desserts on the table to explain what they were. He even started with "I know you are still eating but let me tell you what the desserts are..." I understand trying to turn tables but try not to make the patrons uncomfortably aware of it. Have been going to P.F. Changs in Aventura & Pinecrest for decades and have had great experiences, but this one at Dolphin Mall has always been bad; and last night was no exception. Probably my last time eating at this P.F. Changs. After waiting almost an hour I asked the host how much longer it would take. He said he had texted me earlier. He never asked me for my phone number when he took down my name so how could he have texted me? The carpet at the entrance and at our booth was dirty... crayons and trash in between the seat cushions. The kitchen took forever to bring out our food. The server forgot to place our second round of drinks. The menu selection for the main entrees seems to continue to get shorter. The food was just mediocre. This is a tough one because I have never had such an experience since eating at restaurants...my rating of 3 stars is due to the following: Firstly I was hungry and feeling rushed all day with appointments...I had an hour to eat and leave which I feel is ample time to have a good and chill lunch. My husband joined me we waited for about 5 minutes to be seated. We asked for the booth which was in front and appeared available. She said no problem so we sat and waited...and waited...and waited. Of course when you're hungry a minute seems like a lifetime. Finally, after 10 minutes or so the server came and presented menus and asked if we wanted a drink. Water is fine sir.. We ordered 2 meals as there was an ongoing special when you buy an entrees you get to try a new entree free of which 2 meals can be chosen from. The server recommended and we agreed. We had the chicken fried rice and the lifelong noddles and prawns. I also ordered the tower of chocolate cake to go . My husband and I done very frequently at PF Changs in Brickell as we work and live in the area and it is understood that we are not leaving without having the chocolate cake. Our food came about 15 minutes later, and instead of chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice was brought...not a problem the waiter said he accidentally brought someone else's food...that's ok we are all human and make errors sometimes. My hubby and I ate a little and asked for to go boxes and the check as the time for my next appointment was nearing. I looked forward to eating the reminder after my appointment, in peace when I got home. By the time I got home it was late so I opted for a light dinner and decided to have the remainder for lunch the next day. So for lunch all excited to eat when halfway through I noticed greasy pieces of paper with some writing that looked like it was from some ingredients used to make the food. It was pretty large in size too...whats even more upsetting that the chef didn't see it! Yuck! What the hell is that in my food? The most nauseating and upsetting thing is to experience some object other than the food in your food when you have already consumed a potion of the food. Very careless, very unsanitary in my opinion. All sorts of negative thoughts passed through my mind! After seeing the paper, I got up from the lunch table and contacted the restaurant. If there was "paper" in the food what else could be in there probably all cooked in and melted . I spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and told me she would look into it and reiterate that the incident was unacceptable and she assured me it was an isolated event! I took photos and sent it to her as well. The manager was very nice and offered to refund my purchase or give me a gift card...my choice...that was a nice gesture after the incident however I prefer to never have such an experience with a food establishment. I am a huge fan of P.F. Changs. I came to the restaurant with two girl friends for lunch on Sunday. We walked in easily with no problems getting a table. We ordered drinks and the meal for two special. It came with two soups, an appetizer, two entrees and dessert. It ended up being SO MUCH FOOD! We also ordered edamame. I think someone made a mistake and brought out three soups, so we each got to enjoy it. The appetizer was the chicken lettuce wraps, and I thought the ingredients were fresh and crunchy. So good! We ordered Mongolian beef and Pad Thai. Both dishes were filling and delicious. The dessert was a chocolate raspberry wonton, and that wasn't anything incredible, because it was a wonton with not much flavor or filling inside. This place slanders the great name of P.F. Chang's. What a pity. While yeah, they serve the same kind of food as other P.F. Chang's, the quality here is really lacking, but don't worry! Good food is replaced by spectacular crappy service. Food: While the flavor of their Mongolian beef was good, it was chewy when I had it here. Just cause you put some tasty sauce on an old rubber shoe doesn't mean it's gonna taste good. The spicy tuna roll was really skimpy and tiiiiny, way smaller than at other P.F. Chang's. Lastly, they overcooked the calamari tempura because it was very rubber-y. Service: Even if the food was bad, the service was way worse. I waited 10 minutes at the front for someone to seat me, but the restaurant was only half full. When the hostess decided to finally come, I asked for a booth, because I legit saw 5 of them open but she was like, "No, it's a 15 minute wait." What? Are you blind? After pointing them out, she says "oooooh yeah those booths, you're still going to have to wait." LOL okay, I waited for 15 more minutes, and got seated, at the booth I pointed out. But wait! It get's better! My waitress was so SLOW and rude. She didn't greet me, but showed up the table with a pen staring at me. Uhhhh, okay, I mean I'm pretty good looking, but staring without even introducing yourself (or without asking for my number? sheesh, esp since I want those rewards lol) is kinda weird. But after getting the orders, she left, and came back an hour later with the apps and the entrees at the same time (I was hoping for appetizers before the entrees, but okay). The experience last night was not consistent with our usual experiences and was very disappointing. No menus, still riding the QR code wave. Restaurants need to stop this, especially if reception in restaurant is not good. The lettuce wraps were completely off in taste and texture. I had some huge slimy thing in my mouth and my husband got a big chunk of chicken. Plates never cleared. She left all app plates when she brought food. Soup never brought. Dessert comes and she sees us stacking our big plates, still doesn't clear any away. No manager ever touched table, no busser either. We asked for soup to be removed from bill. It wasn't. She dropped check and disappeared. We sat for a while until we flagged another employee to go get her, and she said, "The manager was supposed to take it off." You pay on your phone. Lasr time i went service was awesome so paying on your phone was convenient. In this case, it just confirmed her aloofness and added to what felt like her doing only minimal required. After app drop she came how are app good huh?. No they weren't but the way she asked I kept it to myself. Still giving 3 stars because the mongolian beef was on point. I went to dinner here with my boyfriend, his cousin, and our roommate December 12th, on a Thursday. We were first delighted that there wasn't a wait considering how hungry we were. We were seated almost immediately. While we looked at the menu for what we wanted, we saw how busy our waitress was. She looked like she had a large section to herself. It did take her awhile to get to us and we were pretty understanding. (We all have worked in restaurants before as well.) We all decided to give her our entire order at once seeing how busy she got and we didn't know when she'd come back. We asked for waters for the table, ordered two drinks and two appetizers. We expected all of that to come first but unfortunately the timing for everything went terribly. The two drinks came first, after another 15 minutes of waiting. Then the waters followed after. One of our appetizers came out, she apologized for the wait... but then all the entrees came out not even a minute right after. The first appetizer we ordered was a sushi roll. The second was the appetizer sampler. All four of our entrees had fried rice with them -- all cold. She offered to get us new rice, but the three of us were hungry enough to say no. Only one of them asked for a new one and that came out immediately after. I've never dined in a restaurant where the appetizer came after entrees were served before. I've waitressed as well and I would've been extremely apologetic about the entire debacle. No manager visit to ask how we were doing, or assist in any way. I don't know what happened that night. We just wanted to get out at that point. She didn't even try to offer to take an appetizer off because of the delay. I really wanted dessert that night because we were all celebrating that day but we decided against it because it would've taken forever too. We've dined at PF Chang's twice; both times at the bar. The experience at the bar was tons better than the actually service from the servers. I had a great time prior that's why I was excited to give it another chance. I have been to this PF Changs a couple times, this is basically a franchise based Chinese restaurant which boasts more than 100 locations in the United States. This particular location is located in Dolphin Mall, so it has a pretty big layout which accommodates the traffic. This particular location is easy to find as it is located of 113th Avenue and NW 12th Street on the outside of the mall, but in the mall compound. As it is located in a mall there is ample free parking available, valet is also available and could be a good deal if you are actually going to shop on the mall, if you are just dining then it may be better to just get a park in the parking lot. They pride themselves with the philosophy of Farm to Wok, " made from scratch every day, clean ingredients, purposeful recipes and the power of a fiery wok." I had the Chicken Fried Rice which is wok tossed in sauce with egg, carrots, bean sprouts and green onions, it tasted pretty good, there are other options available with the fried rice however, which could come in Vegetable, Pork, Beef, Shrimp or Combo. My opinion is that the servings are pretty big and could probably serve two comfortably. I also tried the Long Life Noodles and Prawns which is new to the menu, this I would definitely recommend for anyone to try, it basically is crispy prawns, garlic egg noodles, roasted chili peppers and chopped black beans. This could also serve two people as always it all depends on how much you eat. I did not have anything to drink as I was going back to the office but they have a full bar and an extensive drinks list. I would recommend anyone to try the Strawberry Cucumber Limeade which is basically muddled strawberries and cucumbers with fresh lime juice. They could add vodka to it if that is your preference which makes for a great alcoholic drink. It was so hot so this drink was refreshing, smooth and definitely tasty. For desert I would definitely recommend the The Great Wall of Chocolate, which is basically six layers of frosted chocolate cake with chocolate chips garnished with sliced Strawberries and Blueberries. I must say I do not have a sweet tooth, but I tried this cake once and every time I go back I get it, again my opinion is this is one of the best chocolate cakes that I have ever had, just note what I said earlier it is six layers so this is a generous serving which could probably serve more than two people. The service was not that great as I had to wait a little while before I was served, about 10 - 15 minutes to be exact. The place was not that busy which made it even worse to be waiting that long, however the server did a good job in getting everything in a timely manner after I complained of the length of time I had to wait, also they messed up my order and they fixed it in a timely manner, this is the reason I gave them three stars, was not to happy with the service I had been given. Other than that hiccup with the service I would definitely recommend PF Changs if its just to try it out, there is no where else that is close to me that I could get good Chinese food so this is my normal go to place. read more

We all took advantage of the 2 for $39.99 deal and ordered appetizers as well. Our drink orders were taken quickly by the waiters and our food was out in no time. The entrees were so-so. The food quality and some recipes has changed. It was confirmed with our waitress. I have been to this restaurant in the past and I enjoy their Bulgogi Steak, wonton soup and Banana tempura dessert. This time around was different. I went for dine in and ordered the Bulgogi steak, wonton soup, fried rice, honey chicken and banana tempura dessert. The Bulgogi steak was different and tasted weird. When I asked the waitress she said that they continously changed the recipe. I was wondering! That's weird! Why changed something that tasted good from the beginning. It's not only the sauce that's different, but the veggies that used to come with it too. The sauce used to be a nice gravy (as per their menu "a savory bulgogi gravy"), but when my steak came the sauce was nonexistent. I had to ask for the gravy on the side. Which the waitress confused and brought me the trio sauce to pour on top and it ruined my steak. The company should warn customers if recipes has changed so they don't expect their usual. The fried rice was bland. The honey chicken tasted different and in a bad way. The table next to us was also complaining about their pad thai and I clearly heard the manager say their pad thai recipe changed (she said now they blend peanuts into the gravy and.....). I didn't call the manager or ask for a refund because I understand that it is not the staff fault when they are following administration orders. I'm disappointed with my experience. read more

Ordered before 5pm for delivery at 6pm. 5.4 miles away! My order was directed to doordash by PFC. Called restaurant at 6:21 about order. Told driver just left! Was waiting for another order. Order arrived at 656pm Order arrived COLD. You can't properly reheat crispy green beans! Main courses reheated - ugh ..UPDATE.... Corp PFC followed up with me. I'm back to only pick-up and only at 'The Falls' location. Raised from 1 to 3 stars for the Miami location experience. (DON'T use DoorDash. While waiting for order at the Falls, observed DD driver accept order, place in car illegally parked at curb with flashers and wait for another order. I rarely eat at chain restaurants, actually I can't remember the last time I ate at one. I was gifted a PF Changs gift card so my husband and I went for dinner on a Saturday night and boy were we impressed! We sat at the bar and the service was amazing, the sangria was spot on and the food was really great. The lobster dumplings were impressive! We can't wait to come back! read more

This is the second time at PF in Dolphin Mall and 4th overall. Every time we go there is because we are craving Candied Walnut Shrimp and for us this is by far the best thing in the menu. On our last visit we had the Crab Wanton as an appetizer, it was really good. For entrée I had the shrimp with lobster sauce, which was good choices if you do not like the rice they give. Since I do not like the plain rice that comes with the entrées shrimp with lobster sauce was perfect to mix with the rice. My fiancée got the shrimp with candied walnuts, they were a bit dry this time. We all also had 2 margaritas, standard taste wise. Overall, PF Chang is only good for us when we have that craving for Shrimp with candied walnut. Other than that, we do not visit. read more

The service was mediocre, the waitress seem bothered or upset. The food was very greasy, we ordered the calamari with tempura vegetables as appetizer and it had a lot of fried tempura but little vegetables and calamari. We also ordered the signature lo main, it was really really greasy as well. I will not be coming back. read more
