This was our first time visiting the new restaurant. We have been to previous locations years ago. We were very pleased with the food.! we had calamari, lettuce, wraps to start, and then four or five other dishes to share for our party of six. We had the chicken pad Thai, we will definitely have that again. The Mongolian beef was incredible... and the Asian salad was delicious! Truly, everything was very very good! They took forever to sit us at a table when the restaurant was quite empty. Our server did not listen correctly to our order and messed up had to put in a different ticket in. We waiting nearly 1hour just to get 6 dumplings. Our entrees got put in wrong and we decided to have them just cancel the order because we did not have time to wait for another order to be made. Our server let us know that the food was not charged and on our tab but didn't care to offer us anything to compensate us for our time wasted. Service was so great! Miranda was our server and was off of training for the first time and she did amazing! She took our order in a timely manner, checked on us periodically, and just made sure our table was good! Food pictures were not pictured. The interior of the place makes you feel like you're in a fancy place, without the feeling of being like a a snobby place. Does that make sense? Hahah! Anyways! Go and eat here! I had never been to a PFC before , and was excited to try after friends positively reviewed . I went for lunch and had Wonton soup ( not a lot of taste , dumpling was not fully cooked , tough ) Then a spring roll ( it was only low end of ok ) nothing special Then Kung Pao chicken , ugh It was horrible! Hard to describe, but the texture and the flavors were utterly gross. All I could smell was vinegar & it was overly MSG'ed (salty ) with a very nondescript taste. Very disappointing. Years ago, when I lived in another state, PF Chang's was one of my favorite places for dinner with friends or family. I was excited to see a location open so close to where I currently live. The Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs were always my go-to. So, that's one of the many things my fiance and I ordered. Sadly, they were overcooked, and instead of that pleasant five spice flavor profile, they just tasted like salt. My shrimp dumplings were mediocre, and our Singapore Street Noodles may have been tasty, but I couldn't tell after my mouth was assaulted by the amount of salt in everything. My fiance liked his dynamite shrimp, and I enjoyed my strawberry cucumber limeade. However, two out of 7 items is not great odds. Honestly, I could have had a more flavorful microwave dinner. Sad but true, I won't be returning any time soon. read more

Ambiance and cleanliness is a big disappointment. Chairs, floor and table in our seating area were dirty. We asked for another table and was initially turned down by the hostess. I told her we would leave if this was not cleaned. The food score of 3.5 is accurate. This location just isn't good. We ate at the PFchangs in Longbeach recently and it was an entirely different experience. The same dishes served here in Utah were bland and served lukewarm whereas at other locations they are served sizzling hot. Very disappointing and would recommend this location. Cook staff needs to be removed or retrained. read more

I've been to many locations of PF Chang's on the West Cost and I have to say this place is disgusting! A number of the tables had dirty plates, & food on the floor the whole time we were there. Tables, flat wear, glasses dirty. This is a publicly traded company, so maybe one of their higher ups will do a "drop in" visit to see how bad this location is read more

We have eaten at P.F. Chang's all over the country. Every time we alert the wait staff to my wife's extreme shellfish allergy. Well today was no different other than an amazing employee named Kimberly. Came out to our table and alerted us to the possible issue with their dark sauce. It contains oysters. I wanted to take the time to thank her for taking the time to alerting us to that. Having experienced several reactions in our 21 years of marriage. I take my wife health extremely serious. Food was not good. Most americanized attempt to cook asian food. We ordered the Hot and sour soup, Dumplings but waitress brought us wontons instead. My son ordered the curry noodles with chicken and shrimp. When you think of curry you think flavor and spice none was there. I ordered sushi roll which was the better item of all but still the smiths grocery store sushi is better. Sorry not sorry will never go back. It's partly due to we really know some small businesses that are truly authentic asian food and I made a mistake thinking it would be on that level. read more

Attitudes ruined it for us. The hostess was rude and condescending. We arrived a few minutes early for our Open Table reservation, which the system didn't eve acknowledge but they had it in the system. We were treated like we had done something wrong by showing up early. We asked if we could have a drink at the bar in the meantime and she were told we'd have to buy at minimum an appetizer. Why?? Drinks are expensive enough. When we finally sit, one of us ordered an alcoholic beverage. We're 63 and the waitress snapped that my husband should "have his ID ready before his drink arrives." The rude hostess strolled over with a scanner and said she wanted our IDs. He provided his, which they scanned, and told me to give her mine. I responded that I was drinking water and as far as I knew, Utah still didn't require an ID for that. So far we don't feel welcome here, and that's all before we got our meals. read more

The food was delicious. We ordered 4 entrees and shared plates between the three of us. Our appetizer of dumplings was a great beginning. Our waiter was so friendly and now I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Well, we did indulge on the 8 layer wall of chocolate cake, because who can refuse chocolate cake!! I'm not want to leave reviews, but felt like my experience today may help others. Don't bother. They don't have it together yet. We were the third party to walk out at lunch today because it was being run so poorly. We were told they had two servers and then the manager said that they really only had one to cover the lunch guests. The party in front of us walked out because they had requested a table for four even though there was only two in their party, and they were unable to accommodate that request even though the restaurant was basically empty. The hostess said it would be too far for the server. Come on. Really? After seeing so many people leave, I asked the hostess what the issues were, and when I protest it because of such lame excuses, she says "you're welcome to leave" which we did. We are frequent diner, outers, and spend quite a bit of money when we do enjoy a nice restaurant. We won't be returning to P.F. Chang's at the FashionPlace Mall. Certainly they will not miss us, but they would do well to improve their customer service, and perhaps figure out why they are unable to hire adequate servers. Somethings not right there. It's just so poorly managed that I would stay away until they can figure out why they have so many issues. I would give them absolutely no stars, but since that's not an option, I gave them a one star rating. read more

Well, we had high hopes.. but didn't even end up eating here. The manager there, beyond rude with us with having a stroller. It has never been like this, normally, they do not care, but this time it was different. We had a baby with us and he was needing to feed, so we had him drink it in the stroller (we were going to set it aside after he was done since the manager was adamant about it) - he then came back to us and said we can't have the stroller, we let him know it would be where he wanted it after the baby was finished.. at that point, we just ended up leaving and not even ordering food from here because we were treated so poorly for just having a stroller with us. I frequent here. I love the lettuce wraps and the gyoza. I've only ever done delivery and takeout and customer service has always been wonderful in that facet of the business, can't speak on actually sitting down. Would be 5 stars but when I'm continuously put on hold when I try to call in takeout, it gets really frustrating. I called for a takeout order and was put on hold to be transferred to the take out order phone line which was a 5 minute hold call just to have someone answer and put me on hold again for another 9 minutes before I just hung up and went elsewhere. A number to press for the automated call to take you straight to the takeout desk would be much more efficient. read more

First time at PF Changs, decided to do pickup so we could eat at home. The food is good quality, but the serving size of my wife and I's Orange Chicken with Lo Mein was very disheartening. For $15 a serving, our pick up bowls were barely above half filled. The slice of orange they put in was nearly 1/4 of the bowl. I can't see how to add pictures on this review, first time with yelp too. Overall a disappointing experience. What blows my mind even more is that I was given a receipt to write a tip on. The idea that they wanted a tip, on top of the $30 it cost for the food, when the bowl was under-filled is appalling. My wife told me this is not the standard, so I still hold out hope that I can come to PF Changs again one day, but literally anywhere else is a better value for your money if that serving is what you can expect. read more

I had a positive experience with this PF Changs today. I ordered online, and I guess PF Changs decided to offer healthier options on the menu. Kung Pao is my favorite, and I love it breaded as usual. I ordered online and selected Kung Pao with white rice as usual. All the customizations require you to scroll down, but I added the entree and rice and put it in my cart without scrolling further and customizing the order. When it arrived, it did not have breading. I called and found out this new option was added and PF Changs offered me a full refund. That was very nice. I'm guessing the online menu defaults to the steamed entree because I definitely did not choose that but I do see on my receipt that's what I ordered. I just never even went to that section. The meal still tasted good, but I was especially happy with the customer service. read more

I ordered take out one hour before close and I couldn't be happier, we ordered a fair bit of food a 4 person family meal, This was my first time eating at P.F. Chang's. To start off everything was there nothing missing didn't have to go back for anything which was a relief when it comes to take out. Everything was hot and fresh nothing tasted like it's been sitting for hours. It smelled so amazing on the car ride home and worth every penny I will be returning soon for that dynamite shrimp.
