Don't know what happenned to Changs. 2-3 yrs ago, it was much better. Now, the servings are skimpy for the price you pay. I mean, rice is still pretty cheap. I left feeling pretty hungry. Again for the price, it simply did not add up. The entree was very salty. And we were offered no tea or water refills. And we had to ask for water. NOPE. I'm gonna pass from now on. Such a great place! Food, environment and service! We sat at the bar as it was very busy on a Thursday night, plus the basketball game was on in the bar! The bartender was very nice and attentive. The crispy green beans were sooo good, hot and fresh! The salmon was also amazing, I wanted fresh veggies instead of rice and he made it happen no problem! Where we going to eat after this? $12.50 Chang Spicy Chicken (lunch) w/ fried rice (add $2.00), $12.50 Kung Pao Chicken (no rice), order of wontons (comes with 6) for $13.50. Tax $3.69. Total cost $44.19. There is literally $4 to $5 worth of food here... so about 1000% mark up for slightly above average tasting food. Picked up carry out to eat for dinner tonight at home. We plan to snack during tonight's game so we thought we'd save some money and get a lunch order. Since we are eating the food in a few hours we transferred the food to our food containers to put in fridge (better lids so as not to smell up the fridge). WOW - what an eye opener this exercise was! I skipped the rice as I don't care for it. I separated my wife's food (Spicy Chicken) from rice to keep it from being as soggy. Well... looks like the game snacks for sure won't make it to kick off. I know restaurants are trying to survive but this is crazy, these folks must really be hurting for portions this small. See picture - This is the entire order ($40.50 worth of food). Service was excellent, food tasted good... but it is such an amazingly poor value I can never go back and have to give it 1 star. No question "the game" here is to serve rice and flavor it with an equivalent portion of a McDonalds 6 piece McNugget. This is really evident when you skip the rice as I did. Chicken is a very inexpensive protein so I am not sure why the huge restriction here. I often grocery shop and even with the huge inflation the past 18 months, this is honestly about $4-$5 worth of food for $40.50 PS. Check out the size of the Crab Wanton (crab ragoon) on my spoon. They are about the size of your daily cereal spoon. $13.50 for 6 or $2.25 each. If you go foward to eat here for lunch - skip the crab ragoon and for less money go accross the street and get a couple of Double-Double cheese burgers from In-N-Out - you're going to need it! read more

I only say it like this because there is one 10 minutes from the house, this location is 30-40 minutes away. We ended up getting in right away. The service was very good. We enjoyed a casual dinner out to celebrate our 16th Anniversary. We made reservations through OpenTable and Angelo was our server who is very good at his job. He was friendly, offered suggestions, got our substitutions right and was quick with our requests. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps as we always do which were very tasty! For the main dishes we ordered the Mongolian beef (sub side of noodles for $1), the Chang's spicy chicken (brown rice) + the Kung Pao shrimp with fried rice, also for a $1 extra. Although all the dishes were great, we could have done with twice the beef and half the green onions in the Mongolian meal. Overall, dinner was delicious and filling. We had to take 1/2 our dishes home. Prices have really gone up in the last couple of years since our last visit. Total came to $86 before a tip and that was without alcohol. read more

Consistent great delivery experience! With our family's busy schedule we order delivery fairly regularly from PF Chang's. Even during prime dinner time on a Friday night, food arrives in a reasonable time and is always tasty. Plus we really appreciate the value of the combo meals offered- just wished there was more of a selection to choose from and a bit more consistency with portion size of the side salads. We ordered take out for two at around 8pm on a week night. We got the sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, and the green bean appetizer. The green beans are a favorite and are always so delicious and flavorful. The flavor of both of the chicken dishes were very pungent and a little too salty for my liking, so it was easy to get a little overwhelmed and tired of the flavor. Had a wonderful experience at PF Chang's in Peoria Friday night. We've had so many sub-par dining experiences lately, from wait times of well over an hour due to staffing issues, (not necessarily an unusually large number of people wanting to dine), to food orders that were incomplete, poorly prepared or just lacking in flavor, to servers with attitudes. So our expectations were low but soon turned around! Though we thought we'd need to go early on a Friday night to lessen the wait time to be seated, they were only a little over half full around 5:30pm. We had pan fried dumplings, crispy honey shrimp, and short ribs with pineapple rice and all were cooked nicely, had great flavor and were presented well. We shared the chocolate souffle for dessert and enjoyed their Pinot Grigio and House Beer as well. Our server Patrick was great too! Very friendly and attentive with an exceptional positive attitude that was so refreshing. He was the icing on the cake for the evening and we appreciated his excellent customer service skills. P F Chang's in Peoria has been going downhill for quite some time. Had lunch with the Mrs. today and it may just be the last time we go there. The parking lot has been in disrepair for years. It needs to be resurfaced in a really bad way. One of the lettuce leaves on our Lettuce Wrap plate was browner than a Biden Aide's nose. No excuse for this. My wife ordered on of their pricey cocktails and it tasted like there was no alcohol in it. You don't see your server until it's time to settle up on the bill, and then he becomes all buddy-buddy hoping to get a generous tip. Friendly service from hostess and waiter, typical PF Chang's ambiance - good play list and cocktail was good but I had to leave this review for the food. Wonton soup lukewarm which we can deal with but salt pepper prawns that cost $24 were small, burned, salty and sour, can't explain the taste but it was bad. Kung pao chicken breaded, chewy, hard like a frozen dinner. Chicken over breaded or coated so chicken was not really what you taste mostly like pan friend breading and peanuts. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat at the bar. The staff were excellent and fun and attentive. I came to realize that there were regular couples who congregated at the bar often for dinner so it was fun to be a part of that even though I was only there about once a month. I've been here twice in 2025 and things have completely changed. There is no comradely among the staff and no interaction with the clientele. The atmosphere is always hurried and inconsistent. They have obviously cut down on staff. There used to be 2-3!people behind the bar but there is barely one lately. They seem to be the only o e behind the bar and also deliver drinks to tables. I'm pretty sure there's new management who seems to keep a close eye on the staff and just wants things to move like machinery. They're a total fun killer. This was my favorite casual/slightly dressy restaurant in the Peoria/Glendale area, but this is likely the last time I will come here. Time to find a new restaurant. read more
