My fiance and I went here for a romantic date night on Friday. We spent a total of $130 and ended the night vomiting because we got food poisoning. Absolutely miserable! Everyone I know loves this place but I'm just at not a fan. It's good but not great and the prices are high but not astronomical. I give it a 3 for personal taste and the service is medium and the food is medium to high. If everyone didn't rave about it so much, it might score a 4. Oh how this chain has fallen Inattentive service. And I was the only person at the bar Calamari appetizer was pathetic. And I do mean bad. Regretfully so Ordered the Singapore firecracker chicken. It was one of the most uninspired Chinese dishes I have ever eaten Ordered wine..11 dollars. Charged for a 6 ounce pour but it looked like a 4 ounce. The worst part of the meal... a busser or other employee comes up to the bar and orders his Togo food at a discount. Not sure what he ordered but BOTH bartenders look at him and tell him to order something else... they said it comes in frozen and is warmed up on site. They look at me and say. This is a great place to have a special meal. I love everything I've tried on their menu even when experimenting with new dishes. The lettuce wraps have become cliche but for good reason; they rock! I prefer the atmosphere of their Tulsa location in Utica Square over this smaller version of PF Chang's, but this one still gets 4 stars. read more

Really good. Went here for my son's 7th birthday and they treated him really special. I ordered the kung pao chicken, cooked with stock velvet. Really brightens up the flavor and I like that there is less fat and fewer calories. Wish we had Pei Wei in town because it's more my speed but PF Changs is nice for special occasions. read more

The food here has always been pretty decent. My favorite dish is probably the won ton lettuce wrap appetizers. I havent tried any other foods that are memorable, but the food is alright. It's a little costly. read more

You just can't go wrong at PF Changs. Cookie Cutter format that is managed the same across the country. Always great service, food is consistently great. You will pay a little more but this is an upscale resturant and is not a get it and go kind of place. You won't be disappointed. read more

Great food, and great customer service. I enjoy coming to this location. One of the best places to dine in the Rogers Promenade area. The Bert's G&T is great! The staff in the bar is always very courteous and efficient, especially Lauren. As for the food, what to order, the beef á la Sichuan, spicy green beans, spring rolls. Been here many times, and while sometimes I wonder if there is any value in rating a chain there is wide divergence from one location to another. The Rogers AR location is on the ball. We had a much longer wait than advertised, and although we were with my handicapped son, who is in a wheelchair, and can be difficult sometimes to go out to eat with, we didnt complain. When we were sat the manager came and apologized for the extra wait and comped us some appetizers. The squeaky wheel always gets the grease, so it was nice to not be the squeaky wheel and still get some extra attention. The appetizers and food were delicious and I wish I could remember our servers name because she was fabulous. I have been too numerous pf changs in many different states and while this one is far from the most glamorous looking one, I have found it to always have great service. read more

I have always been happy after eating at P.F.Chang's and today wasn't any different. Ordered the chicken and lettuce wraps, ordered a sushi roll and ordered entrees. It was really crowded so we were just going to wait in the bar, buy decided to stay. Great tables by the windows and away from the noisy lunch crowd. David was our waiter and did a great job. Many issues with this restaurant. I will say the food is excellent! Many others issues though. We ate at the bar and service was sub par. We had to ask for the area to get cleaned, which took far too long, and service over all was quite slow. 2 different instances of picking up curbside take out was a disaster. The first trip my husband sat curbside for 15 min until finally calling and then they brought the food out 10 min later. The 2nd time he again sat for 10-15 min before calling, then they said they never received the online order. They ordered and he had to wait another 20-30 min in which they took at least 10 min after giving him the food to swipe his card, then FINALLY asked if there was anything they could do to make the situation better. There was no way he was going to sit for even longer to wait for them to figure out how to make it better, they should have done that while the food was being made! They gave us 0 discount nor certificates or ANYTHING for the ridiculous wait. Very poor service and management here. read more

Ate here when we were visiting town for work. Fantastic gluten free food. The staff was very knowledgable and considerate about our food allergy and they went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience for us. There were so many GF options for us to choose from, and we had no cross contamination issues either. We'll be back! read more

My friend and i just went and had THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE tonight at dinner! We've only been to the restaurant 1 other time and the food and atmosphere where good BUT tonight was our most memorable! We had THE BEST, MOST KIND and CHARISMATIC waitress(Darian) SHE MADE OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE 1000%. She was so sweet and from the time she greeted us till the moment we walked out she made us feel so comfortable, like being around a true friend. She went above and beyond and made sure she checked on us regularly and didnt make us feel rushed. The food of course was EXCELLENT, but it could have been mediocre and we still would have had a good time!! There was even another server that from time to time that would walk by and make small talk and engage with us and he had a great attitude as well! Over all P.F Changs is the place to go for great food and OUTSTANDING customer service (ask for Darian) we will be back REGULARLY just because of the wonderful experience we had tonight...if i could rate MORE THAN 5 stars I WOULD! read more

Enjoyed our dinner here very much tonight. The food(beef with broccoli,spring rolls, pepper steak, calamari) was good but the atmosphere was only so-so. Very loud, LOTS of kids all around us, and too much food squished on a small table. If you spend $100 for dinner and drinks please give me a table large enough to hold everything! The constant shuffling and balancing of plates and glasses along with the noise of everyone elses' kids took away from the whole experience. Ask for a booth ahead of time or eat in the bar. SO DISAPPOINTING! I was in Arkansas for a family wedding, and we spent some time at the Promenade and had made reservations for 5pm for 10 people. We got there early and only waited a few minuted for them to get our table ready. They decided that they couldn't put all 10 of us together, so decided they would put us at a 8-top round table and 2 others were to sit at a 4-top table. HUH? they weren't overly busy and it seemed really pointless and unorganized that take us that much room when they could have easily pushed 2 table together. On to the food, which usually is rather good! Again so disappointing, it was bland. You would also think that the would execute the food at the same time. Instead 3 of us got our food then 5 minutes later another 4 plates then another 5 minutes the remaining 3 plates. All of the servers seemed to be in high-schools and not under good direction/management. Overall, it was not a good experience at this location. I still have faith in the other locations I've been to, but this one needs some help! read more

Not open on Thanksgiving day for anyone looking at this, I just called to confirm & was told they Will Be CLOSED. This is not the best example of this chain, been to others that were off the hook tasty, while this one is satisfactory, last meal friend ordered salt & pepper prawns- one of the house specialties, it was shrimp, Not prawns which is what we were charged for! Had lunch here the other day. Frankly, I'm usually disappointed with the food but wasn't today. My wife got the Chilean Sea Bass. She always likes it. Me-okay. I got the Chicken Noodle Soup which was very good in its subtly. Service is always great. Have always enjoyed their cocktails also. Previously have had Singapore Street noodles and it was beyond disappointing. Singapore and Malaysia have some of the best food in the world and the best is often found on the street in hawker stands or open air restaurants. This dish does a great disservice to that tradition and standard. Several other dishes in the past have been similarly disappointing. This visit and the soup. Very good and liked the udong noodles in it. read more

Appetizers and drinks were exactly what we were craving. After informing our server of a tree nut allergy with our party, the chef came out. He spent time to provide a special menu with extra information on the ingredients and explained their process to prevent cross-contamination. Will definitely be back! read more

Ben was our server tonight for dinner. He was outstanding! Request him if you go. Call ahead for reservations and ask to be seated in Ben's section. Perfect amount of speed, attentiveness, advice, situational awareness, and skill. He went above and beyond for us and made sure we were satisfied and happy. I left my phone in the booth and as soon as I realized it in my car in the parking lot, I got out to go inside and he was coming out with the phone - nice. We've been to this PF Chang's many times and will keep coming back. The gin and tonic is unbelievable as well - I've had it the last four times I've been there. The best in NWA. read more

First time getting food from here and I will NOT be back. Had to wait 35 minutes for a single takeout order that I was not very impressed with and cost $20. The "takeout server" sits the little black guest check presenter book in front of me expecting a tip which I ignore (because it's takeout and they didn't do anything.) Her attitude changes and she most likely deliberately forgot any kind of eating utensil, napkin or anything. The foods are average for a Chinese American franchise. It's not my first choice but my sister from out of town insisted me to try this place again. Our family (party of 8) headed to PF Chang. I have been to PF Chang couple times and did get good services. The reason I gave 3 stars today because our waitress (Tess) had a cold look toward me. She never smiled to me and ignored when I looked at her face. Im not sure why. She pretended to be friendly but I think she did not like our party because we are Asians. My advice to management, train your servers to have a friendly attitude and smile to customers. Don't expect big tips when you aren't being friendly. I have been to multiple high end restaurants to a hole in the wall places in many cities and people were very nice. read more
