Always a winner. Tonight- Feb15th. They were packed. We were told an hour, 10 minutes. We had no reservations. I believe the gentleman behind the reservation counter name is Ryan. So very nice. Great food and service. We had 12 in our party got there at 4:30 for our reservation. We visited and ordered drinks they came out quickly then we ordered several appetizers and they didn't let us down even when we added another when they started to deliver what was ordered. All were delivered quickly hot and fresh. We visited and ate them placed our orders for several kids and then the adults and wow our server was on the ball let me just say she had several tables going and not letting any of them down as I was watching her. Always like PF Chang's even if it's a chain restaurant. This was the first time I tried the Northern Style ribs with dry rub and they were really good. I ended up ordering a combo fried rice as well to complete my dinner. I sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome ensuring my food came out good and checking on the tables around the bar as well. I was glad it was open on Christmas Eve as my flight cancelled and ended up leaving until Christmas Day to see my family. read more

They have done a great job making accommodations during these COVID times. You can order online (through the yelp app) or use a different 3rd party delivery service to order and have food delivered to your door. You can also order online from their website. To ensure that your food arrives to the door the way they prepared it at the restaurant, they send the food in sealed bags, which I think is a great touch. This gives the guarantee that the food has not been tampered with during delivery. The menu is large with many options. Sesame chicken was good, but sweeter than I like. The Great Wall chocolate cake is a must order- must share sweet end to the meal. read more

Sure, everyone loves PF Changs, this one has problems. Friday Night, 7:30pm I get it, it's the busiest time. We were seated and we were asked: 1) Can I get you two something to drink? My wife and I ordered drinks from the drink menu 2) Can I get you a water? We said yes When the waters were brought, we were asked if we wanted an appetizer, of course the lettuce wraps! We were finished with our lettuce wraps AND our entrees were delivered to the table and then our original order for the drinks came, 25 min after ordering the drinks. Look, if your going to make patrons wait 25 min for their initial drinks, have them finish the appetizer before your customers get their drink order and deliver their entrees, my suggestion is serve them water without asking because if we didn't answer "yes" to if we wanted water...that would be ridiculous. They rush everything from the kitchen. Our entrees landed on the table just before we finished our lettuce wraps. I'm not blaming, per se, our server. I'm not sure where the lag was. Management, should I refrain from an adequate tip for the server next time? Pull it together and consider your customers experience. read more

I have not eaten at a P.F. Chang's in a long time, even though I pass by it often. I thought I'd try it again after seeing a video on it. Ordered the new Mongolian potstickers which are described as "hand folded" & are filled with a tasty beef. They're like dumplings, but also crispy & come with a savory/sweet dipping sauce. For my main, ordered the Chiang Mai Noodle Bowl which is chicken, egg noodles, coconut curry broth, grape tomatoes & wonton crisps. Asked for no tomatoes & extra spicy. Couldn't really taste the spice & the noodles were a little mushy- but I did order takeout. Had a good coconut curry flavor though. For $2-3 more, they'll thrown in some crab wontons. These are not like crab rangoon. There's more crab (although not that flavorful) & no cream cheese. The chili dipping sauce was on point. So this isn't authentic Chinese obviously but there's a pretty good variety: sea bass, miso salmon, udon noodles, Korean Bibimbap, sushi & I heard the Chang's Chinese chicken noodle soup is excellent. read more

Ate dinner here on a Wednesday evening. Seated quickly and service overall was very good. I got the Changs chicken with white rice. The menu says spicy but really a sweet and spicy, well at least for me. Everything served hot and was very good. For more of a kick get a side of hot mustard. read more

How wonderful & cognizant of evening; every with low, ambient lighting with a smattering of bright color pops amidst the mostly black & burnished white decorum.., Ordered a standard fave of "Beef & Broccoli just to get baseline vibe of the food standard. Beef & Broccoli was a hot upon arrival with visible steam wafting from the rice & the entree. Lovely nuance of flavor & perfectly lightly sweet yet, perfectly seasoned to where I only added my ritualistic two wrist pumps of soy & just devoured 3/4 of the dish without hesitation! Beef was very tender, sauce was ample & I would slurp it by the spoonful worthy, broccoli magnificently cooked to be not mushy yet sautéed perfectly to absorb the flavor hardness or of a weed root if you will... Rice, steaming, the quintessential sticky white rice that all foodies yearn for yet usually look @ the floor with distaste when three steamed grains pop upon the palate! So this evening we dropped into the bar for Happy Hour. Casey the bartender was amazing. He was patient and did not bat an eye that we stayed almost 3 hours. We enjoyed Happy hour drinks until 7pm at the bar and then moved to a table for dinner. Everything was tasty and the service was outstanding. We will return for Happy Hour. Took 40 minutes to get a table. When we were seated had to brush table and seat off of crumbs. Table had a sticky residue--needs a very deep clean or refinished. Waitress was fine, however, it took an additional 10 minutes to get a Mai Tai after my hubby had most of his beer drank. Appetizers were Spring Rolls that were greasy, and tempura green beans were crispy but lacked salt. Main courses of Kung Pao chicken, way over-salted and very dry. Honey shrimp was okay, but not a lot of flavor. Ambiance, again loud and not as enjoyable as been in the past. They have gone downhill and we won't be back, unless they change things around. This is definitely a great place for indulgent Asian food!! I have some favorites- lettuce wraps and hot/sour soup being at the top! They do the lettuce wrap very well! It's a chain restaurant, food is good and always consistent. I don't usually order take out, but I did, and it was packed! If you aren't familiar with their take out process, you might want to ask. I sat and waited at the bar, had a drink... waited some more... then found out my order had been ready for awhile... lesson learned. I usually eat at the bar, but they are always busy. This was absolutely some of the most disgusting food I have ever tasted - I couldn't eat more than two bites of my Beef and Broccoli. It literally went in the trash. The spring roll was decent, but the rest was horrible. The only other time I ordered from there, it was for other people, so I didn't eat any. When it arrived, the large order of crab meat Rangoon's were all burned. After this experience, I asked them how their's was, and they said their's was not good, either. This was first visit to a pfchangs. We liked it. The service was good. Our waitress was Rebecca. She did an awesome job. We ordered the steamed pork dumplings. Loved the sauce. I ordered the pepper steak. It wasn't supposed to be spicy, but it had a bite. The meat wasn't the best quality. Was hard to cut. I never order spicy. II would have liked the veggies cooked longer. Where are all these people coming from? Everyplace is busy, so get used to waiting. We did get lucky and found a couple seats at the bar to wait, but the drink menu (especially beer) is not robust. Only 3 beers on tap. Bartenders are great though. The 30-45 minute wait time turned out to be exactly 31 minutes. We started with the calamari, which was a decent sized portion for an appetizer with an mazing light crispy breading. Citrus mustard sauce was above par. Actual calamari was a bit too chewy, but overall above average. Mains were Pad Thai and Singapore Street noodles. Street noodles were slightly better with more flavor and slightly spicy, but missing some deeper umami kick. Tofu was pretty good, but the chicken was somewhat tough and bland. Pad Thai was good, but doesn't compete with a good Thai restaurant. Needs more sauce. Same chicken from the Street noodles, so same problem. Waitress was good, friendly and helpful, but had to split her time with a larger group, but we didn't really need much attention. Overall an OK experience would prefer to give a 3.5 rating, but only whole numbers allowed so have to go with a 3. Still good enough for a return visit. read more

We moved here from Southern California recently. P.f. Chang's has locations there, which we patronized many times. We tried the Rogers location today and very disappointed. Mongolian beef was tough and chewy...not tenderloin/tender like it should be. Lettuce wraps were "glop" of mixed components rather than individual flavors you can discern. There price structure matches the good stuff, but there quality is poor. In other words; they are charging for good...and delivering poor. One and done for us. They can sell to those that don't know the difference. Their manager should take a training trip to Socal for a lesson. read more

My friend and I did eat at the Rogers location last weekend and ordered Avocado Rolls which where way to salty, Sushi which came to our table warm. We waited for our food one hour. Normally we don't care for a longer wait but our waitress was inattentive until we complained about the food. Not even kidding, this is our FAVORITE restaurant in Rogers, AR. We have lived in several states and always loved P.F. Chang's. However, this particular location has the BEST crew and the food quality is always consistently delicious and accurate. We especially enjoy eating at the bar because of the bar staff (Leanna, Marrisa, & Austin) who always make it fun. Emily and Brian in the restaurant are also great because they're upbeat and engaging. If I had to say anything that needs improvement, it would be some of the booth seating which seems to have "caved in" in places. Otherwise, if you love Asian Fusion and Chinese fare in general, you'll love this place. read more
