Our waitress Kaitlin is very pleasant and always goes above and beyond taking care of us. The cozy interior with lots of TVs ensures you can watch your favorite team. While a full bar, outdoor seating, and plenty of parking makes this place super to host a larger group.

I know they inflated the tip bc the precharge coming in on my account was $67. Yes, I keep a close eye on my account. I called the following week to inquire and spoke to a Frank who said he was very sorry and would look into it. Then I heard nothing. Would love to give them the benefit of the doubt and they miss typed a number in. Fair warning to anyone going here. Pay with cash or keep a close eye on your credit card statement. Second time going there and I want to like it, but will never be going back for fear of getting my pocket picked again.

It's fairly small with 7-8 tables and a dozen or so bar stools inside, but they have an outdoor seating area as well as a table out front. This table is the one without a TV in site. There were 7-8 inside, and 3-4 in the outdoor area. Every seats got a view making it a great place to catch a game. We sat at the bar and the other patrons were all friendly, as well as the staff. The bartenders were well versed in soccer, and many of the patrons were tuned into the game too, but some just came for drinks and food. They have a nice selection of beers handy and the menu had a surprising number of good options. I finally went with the burger and am so glad I did! It was absolutely gorgeous and cooked a perfect medium. My first bite and I knew it was a fresh patty. I asked if they made them in house but they actually get them from Wells, a Philly staple for good meats. Came with an ample portion of shoestring fries which were hot and crisp. Can't wait to head back and try some more of the menu options. If I can tear myself away from the burger anyway...

You can order pizza and eat it at the bar or pub tables in the bar area, very convenient. At the bar I ordered a beer and immediately left a 55% tip. I walked next door with my beer to order my pizza. The young male was pleasant when he took my order. I told him I would be at the bar. 15 minutes later he was nice to deliver it. Back to the bar staff. I sat for another 30 minutes eating two slices of the pizza never once did she ask if I wanted another drink. While she poured several drink refills for the couple directly next to me. I don't know about you but I really need beer to wash down my pizza well maybe not need. LOL. The bar was dark with heavy wood throughout, the walls were decorated with local memorabilia. It appears to be two floors maybe the upper is for special events? I'll never know I'm sure! As for the pizza it was very good. When hot it was off the hook delicious no bitter sauces but a nice balance of cheese and toppings. As it got colder is was good but hot it's GREAT!!! I guess JD's is not for me but I can see returning to Sam's for pizza. I will right a separate review for them as they have a page.

I had to water it down so much to take out any liquor taste to drink it because the bartender clearly did something wrong when making it. Despite this Bartender was good as he was friendly and attentive. This bar seems to have a decent following and i just don't understand why. There is nothing truly endearing about it. No food either just a microwave sitting randomly on their bar.
