I reached out to Suitsupply to discuss the issue and was told they could not speak to me, said the customer had to reach out to them. After the customer reached out to them they offered $50 for a shirt that cost $150-$200 and was worn one time. They said it was because of the cleaning method which is NOT correct. I reached out again via email to let them know of our process, the cleaning chemicals used in our machine, and our monthly inspection on our machines by our mechanic. It took them over a week to reply: Dear (customer name)... They can't even put my name in the blank? They finally replied after I sent 3 emails as follow ups and they said they couldn't do anything else, that they gave my customer reimbursement and the case is closed. I say, find another brand. They don't stand behind their products. You can't speak to anyone and their customer service email is horrible.
