We love that my ideas and Jimmy's suggestions totally transformed our backyard. We had a pool built in 2020 and after that we weren't sure what we wanted to do as far as landscaping and design. 4 years later I had the vision and Jimmy and his crew did exactly what I wanted along with some awesome idea of their own. Not a real, professional company. Just a middle man contracting the work out to unlicensed workers who are unprofessional. Tried to use the Jedi mind trick to change structure of the agreement in the middle of the contracts. Left the work unfinished and my family unsatisfied. read more

I'm overall pleased with my experience with Pablo's Palmas. I had two palm trees to be removed that were too close to the house. One was pushing up on the foundation and I was worried that there could be damage. The response to my quote request was within minutes and the quote l was given when they came out was fair and very competitively priced. On the day of service they were 30 minutes late, but the crew more than made up for the lapse with their hard work. They were able to remove the trees completely without damage to the foundation in less than 2 hours. Paying with my credit card was a piece of cake. Bravo, gentlemen! This review is long overdue. I recently purchased a home in the summerlin area and needed a landscaper/gardener to do an initial cleanup and repair along with bi-weekly maintenance service. I called a few companies for quotes, and hired this company on the spot. They had the best pricing, but more importantly, Jason and Jimmy are both extremely knowledgeable and professional and are all about providing great customer service. It was amazing that they were so knowledgeable of every plant, tree, and grass at my home and were able to provide recommendations of which to keep, remove and add to my front and backyard. In addition, they provided great recommendations my water irrigation system and were able to repair and replace my pipes, sprinkler heads, valves, etc. to ensure proper water coverage for my yard, plants and trees. I have had many landscaping/gardener in the past, and most just send employees who show up weekly and rush to get the job done and speak little to no English. Not this company. The owners show up on the job each time and are able to explain and provide recommendations. They are very detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely professional, and they work hard and efficient, and very accommodating to go above and beyond to ensure great customersatisfaction. You can tell that they take pride in their work and enjoy it. They treat your landscaping as if it were their own and the results show each time when they come for scheduled maintenance service. Pablo's Palmas used to be my gardener, they did not show up for 3 months. I did call and leave messages and no one ever returned my calls. So I hired a new gardener. In September I gave money to a worker, I was wrong, I thought to be my new gardener. In October, I found out that it was not a worker for new gardener. I saw them outside doing cleanup and asked them who they worked for. I was told Pablo's Palmas. I called James and left a message, he did call me back I told him what happened and he said that the money would be refunded in 2 weeks. I did not receive the refund, I called James again and he said he would return the money. It has been 3 months since James said he would return the money, himself, and no call or refund. I have tried numerous times to call, left messages and no return call. read more

A crew came to do the initial cleanup and they did such an amazing job. My yard looks AMAZING! I was very happy with the way that everything came out. James, the owner, is very friendly. The quote he gave me for monthly was higher than some of the others I had gotten but his initial cleanup cost was lower than the others (so I guess that balances out). read more

I have an HOA and I really need my shrubs and tree trimmed. I was going to go with this company based on the great reviews. I requested a quote and the response timing was great, I talked to James on the phone and things went well. I scheduled for them to come to my property the next week. Therefore, I sent the other companies away. The day before I sent a message to confirm my appointment day and time. I received a quick response saying it was the next day as well as the time frame. There were errands that I needed to get done though I put them on hold. Being that I work 12 hour shifts, today was my last day off to do anything. I waited and no one showed. More importantly, I waited an entire week just for a quote. I sent a message and received no response. An hour later I went back to see if they received the message and it showed "read." I truly thought that I found a company I could finally trust with responses, time, money and quality of work. Sadly, I was wrong. Now I must continue my search. read more

I'm so happy I found Pablo's Palmas. I was having some irrigation issues so I asked my neighbor who she uses and found Pablo's. They got me a quote faster than the other 3 I called AND was more affordable. They were so fast to fix the plumbing issue I also had them come back to redo my desert scaping and remove a couple trees. It looks SO GOOD. As far as the cutting of the palms, they did well. However, the workers left my pool a mess. Also, the workers broke the key off in my pool lock and now the lock is not functional, as the broken portion of the key is stuck in the lock. When I contacted James and told him about these concerns, he reported he was sorry for the pool and someone would be out to fix the lock, but that has not happened. So, the jury is out on this organization as to their real star value. read more

Pablo and two crew members came this morning to provide a quote for trimming an ever-expanding tree in my backyard. The quote was competitive and they were ready to tackle the job then and there! After the monster tree was scaled waaaay back, they also trimmed my fig tree, blew away all the debris in the yard, and carefully repositioned the furniture. My backyard looked better than ever! I had a number of leaks in both the front and back yards. One was under my sidewalk, which was why I looked for a professional. They were able to fix all of the leaks quickly, cap about 5 sprinkler heads, and charged a fair price. They explained everything, and were easy to work with. I've had bad experiences with landscaping companies in the past: over priced and shotty work. But I'd recommend Pablo's and plan on using them in the future. read more

I hired this company to trim a tree and two shrubs. When they did the job they did extra work over and above what they contracted for. They cleared all the loose debris from around the house away which added to cleanup and disposal for them. These are the kind of contractors that customers like the best. read more

I used the website Angie's list to find landscapers in my area. I needed 2 trees taken out (not the root ball...just cut to ground level), 3 live bushes, 2 dead bushes and 2 barrel cactus taken out. Of the two companies that I contacted, James from Pablo's was the only one to respond and he did so within 15 minutes of my Angie's list request. He was here that day and gave me an excellent and very fair price for all the work I needed done. James and Jason were here at the end of the week and did an absolutely marvelous and fantastic job removing all of the landscape.
