I've been eating Mexican food in the Bay Area for 47 years, and I never thought I'd say this... but these might be the saddest "Super Nachos" I've ever met. First off, the box looked like it went on a diet. I could've sworn it used to be bigger, but that's not even the biggest crime. I ordered the Super Steak Nachos. Somebody please explain what was "super" about them. Beans? Missing in action. Steak? About one tablespoon if we're being generous. Pico de Gallo? Apparently on vacation. Cheese? I had to conduct a search party. Guacamole? A teaspoon showed up just long enough to say hello. Chips and sour cream? Oh, don't worry... they made sure there was enough of those to hide everything else! It honestly felt like someone looked at my order and said, "Let's see how many chips we can stack before they notice there's no food underneath." The owner has always been a really nice guy, which is why this was disappointing. Another win for this place! I happened to remember it was Taco Tuesday (though I'll happily eat here any day of the week). I grabbed 2 carnitas and 2 grilled chicken tacos--both were amazing. The chicken was seasoned to perfection, and the carnitas were tender with just the right crisp from being perfectly fried. Service is always super fast, and the owner is the absolute sweetest. The crispy asada tacos are amazing. The meat is tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The first time I tried them I only had one. I wished I had order two, I thought I read a sign that said they had a crispy taco Thursday, and I planned on returning for more. I prefer crispy tacos to street tacos. When I went back that sign was gone. That did not deter me, I order two. The shell is full of meat; there is sour cream and guacamole on the side. I had the hot sauce on the side. I also had chips and salsa on my first visit. They were just okay. The taco are worthy of a stop if I am in the area or maybe even worth a special trip. This is a drive-thru restaurant: Order at the first window, drive around to the other side of the building and after s short wait they hand you the order. The tacos never made it home with me. I decided to try this place out because my coworker said it was decent and reviews were good. Idk if she meant google reviews because the Yelp reviews didn't look that yummy. However, trying to bond in my new position, I decided to give it a whirl anyway. Simply put - not my type of joint. Definitely not worth the amount of $$ they're charging either. I was charged $10 (including tax) for only rice beans and cheese. The burrito was on the below average size (smaller than Chipotle). The quality of ingredients was extremely poor. The rice was dried out and stale; hard even. The beans were the refried kind but were orange. Orange, you guys! Idk if that's because of lard or the type of pork fat they're using but it's like you had fries at a fast food joint and you can taste that they haven't changed their oil in a while. It was just all around poor quality of food being given out to the public. I understand how it might be convenient to folks that are stopping by on a long drive, or passing by in between work meetings because they have a drive thru. However, to have extreme acid reflux and just a bad sour taste in my mouth from all that extreme lard for a week....my gut says no thank you and will never come again. I stopped by Pacheco's Mexican Grill a few months ago. I had passed by it a few times and I wanted to check it out. They have a drive-thru which I think is rare for a Taqueria, I thought it was really convenient since I don't like to get out of my car if I don't have to. I ordered a shrimp burrito which tasted great. The owner was a nice guy. I'm sorry to hear that shortly after I had visited, the place got robbed. It's terrible how business owners are being treated. Awesome little drive-thru Mexican food shack. I got the California burrito carnitas and my shotgun got a shrimp taco. My burrito was huge, two meals worth and very stuffed. I might get a different type next time as I prefer more rice, but that's on me. My shotgun said their shrimp taco was amazing with fresh shrimp, and it looked amazing. The service was friendly. There's a little outdoor patio area if you don't want to eat in your car, but this isn't an option if it's raining or frigid. It is literally a little shack so there's no eat-in. Didn't see if there was a bathroom available. WIsh the prices were a bit more shack-like and almost voted 4 stars for that. But I realize I'm fighting Big Inflation with these complaints, so just be prepared for non-TacoBell prices -- but you get much much much better food. read more

Now the menus is a little out there but it clearly list the prices for cash only as for card I have no clue how much they charge but they have a wide selection. Today I was feeling hungry so I decided to order 2 tacos and a soda the tacos here says it's $3 something cash but card no clue so I just ordered 2 alpastor (marinated pork) person taking my order was very sweet I wish I could have gotten a name or a receipt but I did not get neither so I have no clue how much I paid for my two tacos and coke. So mind you I said I ordered meat tacos right? Well when I took the tin foil off I see this mountain of diced onion and the spirit of the meat was somewhere in there. I got to say a judged to quickly which was a big no in my part. When I say WOW!!!!! I mean WOW!!!! The tacos were so good the meat was delicious and juicy not dry what so ever that green sauce gave it that extra kick that it needed. The onions did give it that extra crunch so thank you so much for these amazing tacos. Am I sad that I did not go back for more yes I am but hey it's all good I got to try them. Now for the moment of truth is this place dendinger approved??? Drum roll please!!!!!! Yes this taco place is dendinger approved I will definitely be back for more of those tacos specially since on taco Tuesday tacos are 2.45 I think but it's good cuz this tacos hit different!!!! These are my favorite nachos and they're super filling. Their food is fresh, made to order and tastes delicious. My family are nacho junkies here and we get them all the time. The other food that has been tried has all been delicious too. I only wish there was consistency with our orders. When there have been different chefs the food quality has suffered....like the time I got the nachos and there was only four or five chips that had cheese on them. Our office got lunch the other day from Pacheco's. I haven't been since the new owners took over. I was interested to see if it was still good. I got the Taco Salad with Carnitas, guac and sour cream. The Carnitas was the perfect crispy/juicy texture that I love. The seasoning was very good. I loved the taco shell that the salad came in. I don't get rice or beans just salad and meat. It was the perfect lunch. I will say that much like my previous review the guacamole they serve is very viscus and too spicy. Its more like a green salsa with a hint of avocado. The only bad part of my meal. When our office is going out for lunch again I'm requesting Taco Salad from Pacheco's. That's it. read more

We just move from San Diego ca and now we leave just up street from this little drive-through Mexican food "pachecos Mexican Grill" ,we tried yesterday for the third time and we were so happy again with the quality of their food and the taste was amazing the carnitas and the chile verde pork was delicious also their rice and refried beans is really good you can tell that they make fresh food and authentic !!!!! no mention the customer service the Guy at the window was so kind !!!!
