I visited Midland during my trip to Big Bend National Park and had a craving for BBQ. I'm so glad I found this place--the food was beyond excellent! The brisket was perfectly cooked, with a great texture and flavor. I also tried the pulled pork, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area!
