Good BBQ spot in downtown midland. A little pricey but worth a try. The sausage was very tasty and had a great snap. I would not pass up the hatch mac and cheese. Brisket mac and brisket were ok. Would go back and try something else from the menu if I'm in the area. The banana pudding was the "speical" desert that was tasty and was a good way to end the meal. The recommendations from the friendly staff were on point with the interior having a funky vibe that fit perfectly.

I heard a lot about this restaurant and since I'm a barbecue fanatic, I decided I needed to try it. Just an FYI they're only open till three most days except Friday and Saturday. They're open to eight. Service was amazing. Sherry and May made the experience of dining here for the first time super enjoyable. As for the food amazing I would place this barbecue restaurant in my top 10 if not top five that I've tried. The pork was amazing without any sauce. The sausage was good, but the star of the plate was the hatch macaroni just the right amount of spice just the right amount of seasoning so good. Their barbecue sauce was so flavorful and complemented everything perfectly. Nice quick dining experience with a great little atmosphere of just a local heritage one of the highlights is the sauce bar with multiple sauces, peppers, pickles and so many other choices for sure 100% have to try this if you're in Midland. The menu has many things besides barbecue and I plan on going back to try multiple items more to follow.

Wow. That's the first time I have eaten ribs with a plastic fork. Right off the bone. No knife. No picking up the ribs. The burnt ends were amazing The staff was super helpful. We talked about bbq and burnt ends. It was truly amazing food. The restaurant was great. Small but well Laid out. Plenty of pickled onions. Jalapeños and more. ----. It's a must try! ------

The brisket, in-house made sausage, pork pozole were all delicious. With great customer service and the exact environment for BBQ, I hope to come through again one day.

Came to this little spot and was blown away with their menu options! There's something here for everyone. The PB&J burger was absolutely phenomenal, it hit all the notes- flavor, meat quality to toasted buttery buns. Tried the brisket out because there were lots of good reviews for the bbq. The brisket was dry and I wish they toasted the buns like they did for the burger. The Mac and cheese was ok. Fries are home style and were really good!

Now I'm a huge fan of the prior establishment that used to be here so with that out of the way, we had to give Pachuco's a shot. The inside was awesome. The art, tables, lights, everything was perfect. The Extensive menu was easy to navigate and the front of the house was more than happy to explain any questions we had. We decided on the brisket and Turkey plates. Each plate comes with 1/2 pound of meat, a generous side, and a piece of Texas toast all for $10 a plate. The brisket was the best I've had in Midland/Odessa. And the Pachuco BBQ sauce? I want to brush my teeth with it. The Turkey was seasoned and tender, and the potato salad was very unique. Like a cream cheese base maybe? We also had the Bao pork belly bun which was tasty, but the Bao was dry in itself. The Korean Taco was unreal. Big and flavorful. Had a great heat kick to it. Can't wait to go back to try the poutine, ribs and the many other offers they have!
