They should have someone that understand and speaks fluent English to take orders if there's going to be mishaps every time someone's enters this establishment after years of supporting the small business. And for the sake of the customers listen to their order so you don't have to blame your lack of attention to detail on your customers. This is crappy management, and even insist on not making it right even though I order two cups I got one but the other is on a cob.
