This N. County imaging center is part of RadNet Imaging. Normally I would have gone to an affiliate in Temecula. This facility is convenient and provides all the professional services I need. I found their staff to be very helpful, friendly, and professional. The technician staff were incredible - well trained, efficient, knowledgeable. Their instructions and explanations were excellent. While MDs read and document the results, I had one occasion when my results were provided immediately after a MD analysis. Normally, results are messaged to your doctor within a couple days. I couldn't be happier having found this imaging facility. Hint- as a patient, go there with all your paperwork and Doctor orders ready. The staff is amazing when the patient is 100% ready. Within a couple days, I had a copy of my results, as did my Doctor. The office waiting area was quiet and comfortable. Parking is off street, but a bit tight. read more

I drove an hour to get here because I live in Ramona. And I made sure I made my appointment for the morning. I walk in 15 minutes early, and they're 30-60 minutes behind. And they did not let anybody know beforehand. The front desk employee was nice, but she did let me know that they take walk-ins before scheduled appointments. What's the point of scheduling something if they don't honor that? She even thought that System is Ludacris. I called my insurance to go to a different company to get my x-rays done. Crazy. I took the time off of work and more than drove two total hours just for nothing. read more

Receptionist are inept and rude. Machines break down and appointment cancelled. Someone should be maintaining these machines. I have called to have films sent to new doctor's office, nothing. They call, I've called several times. No one answers the phone. No films. Now I have to undergo a biopsy that could be unnecessary. You don't want to use this office. read more

Terrible place, i showed up to my appointment and then they tell me i can't get my imagine done bc the machine was down and they've been waiting on a part, yet no call no text but you've BEEN waiting on a part? I didn't even have the worst of it because thankfully I have a vehicle but an elderly woman who also showed up and wasn't told, had to uber here and back home so she wasted money on an uber when these people have full capability on letting everyone know that their machine has been down. Then i come back 5 days later to when they could get me in again and i'm standing at the front desk for 5 mins before i even get acknowledged and then as soon they look at me and i start saying hi i'm here for an xray i just get a finger held up to me telling me to wait. No words just a finger. This place honestly is a joke read more

Loved going here. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The facility was clean and nicely furnished. Looked new to me. I especially liked Jeffrey! He was a kick and made my day! I'm choosing this location from now on. read more

Avoid !!! This place has changed its name 3 times in one year! That says a lot! My Dr office and I discovered this place is now outsourced its calls to the Philippines and is not secure. Who allowed this? or how it was ever approved? The company's official statement is 'the phone numbers are in the US' when asked if their agents are overseas. What a way to sidestep a question. I asked the agent directly. He said Hes in the Philippines. He has full access to my medical information. My address. My phone number. The number of mammograms I've had, and my referring Dr info and their notes! He had it all! Avoid ANY office using RadNet services. This one location it not the only one. Read reviews on Yelp under RadNet! People have called and while with an agent asked the front desk and they acted like that was normal. To have all our medical files available to an outsourced company in the Philippines where an agent there in the Philippines has complete access to your medical and personal info!! The customer service is hit n miss. One gentleman spoke perfect English but didn't verify who I was and just with a name gave me all my personal info. I asked for my number and he gave it to me! How dangerous is that. He offered my address too! How is this allowed. Anyone can call and get just about anyone's information. So negligent! read more

i went in with a referral and active insurance about 3pm on a friday, they told me they did not have someone to take my xray (they closed at 5pm) then they proceeded to tell me they would not give me service with no good reason. no thank you. your business will not survive with this type of services. read more

The check in front desk people are very rude and abrupt with you. There are a few exceptions but most are very curt especially the curly haired young guy at check in on the left side. The black lady on the right side is as well....no one smiles wishes you a pleasant day it's sad especially when most people coming in are there not feeling well to begin with. Those 2 people should find different employment away from hurting or unwell patients. read more

service was great, but was (is) hard to find if my insurance, Health Sharp Plan is acceptable by NCR. Obviously not, because coverage of my Screening Mammogram was denied . Sharp isn't that helpful either, when they told prior exam,that my mammogram will be covered. Is hard to get info of accepted insurance by NCR either. read more

I called and asked if the staff could burn my imaging images onto a CD for me to take to another doctor's appt. It was last minute and I was sending my husband to pick it up while I was working. The person said it would be ready the next day. My other doctor's appt needed the CD prior to that. So, I called back and asked if they had a portal the doctor could access since I couldn't get the CD in time. To my surprise, the person said "yes, but the CD is ready for you to pick up at any time." I sent my husband to pick it up and it's not ready. Meanwhile, my daughter missed her violin practice. This inconvenience threw a wrench in everything and now my husband is irritated and my daughter is upset she missed her session. And I'm sitting at work and can't do anything about it. Ridiculous. This is so not ok. It's not like I sent my husband there and demanded them burn it immediately. I was told it was ready. If I could give zero stars I would. Besides this incident, the doctors and technicians are very friendly. The front staff need to get it together! read more

Very poor customer service. I had to call them back multiple times after they said they would call back. My wife had an ultrasound on her leg done there last month and when we tried to schedule another procedure, they said they didn't have a contract with our insurance carrier. They could not explain the ultrasound they had done before. Had to go to another imaging facility after 3 days of a run around. Don't waste your time with these people like I did. read more

I had an MRI on my ankle done at this pristine facility on Friday, the 20th. I was greeted by Jeffrey, who was cheerful, kind, and helpful. The hero of the visit was Gerald, the MRI technician. Gerald watched the screen through the MRI and realized due to plates and screws in my lower foot, it was distorting the films in the area around my ankle. It sounded like the machine was finished; Gerald calmly announced there were just four more minutes, and I would be done. That did not sound like a big deal, but when I brought the CD to my Orthopedic appointment that afternoon, the doctor mentioned all the bright distortions and that it was not a good MRI. However, the end of the MRI film was the best!! Those last four minutes captured perfectly what they needed to see. Cheers to Gerald for taking pride in his work and making whatever adjustments you made to help see my broken ankle and the other issues surrounding it. Thank you, Gerald. A shout-out to the young lady who made a copy for me so quickly. Also, hugs to Jeffrey, who brought the completed CD out to my car as I waited. This facility is 5-star. The Oceanside location has very little parking. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist obviously needs more help. Not a friendly care experience. The reception seats are in need of replacement, the seat cushions collaps in when you sit down. The table where my ultrasound took place was hard with very little padding. The tech was polite but messy with the gel. I did not get my results for 2 weeks and that was after calling twice to have them faxed. read more

I received a MRI at the Oceanside office. While the appointment was difficult to arrange, I finally had my MRI. The results were sent over to my doctor and he found an additional problem that needed to be addressed by a different doctor. I have been trying for two weeks to have the imaging sent to me so I can have my primary care doctor take a look. When you call you don't get to talk to a person, and you have to leave a message. I have now left three messages over a week and half time. No response to date not even a simple call back. read more

Great facility, never had a problem with services onsite. However, North County Radiology changed billing services this year and are now seemingly incapable of filing a claim with BCBS despite being a contracted provider with them. They are billing me for services rendered in February that my insurance has never received a claim for. I have been dealing with this for months. I have spoken with Kim at the office that handles billing as well as four different reps at the billing company itself. Each time providing them with my insurance information. Turns out the company that handles their billing - Zotek Partners out of Carmel, IN is involved in multiple lawsuits regarding their billing practices. It's a shame because it's a great office with nice staff and they have weekend appointments. But you'll probably find yourself contesting a bill for the rest of your days. read more

They have changed their name from San Diego Imaging. They no longer accept our insurance which we did not know. They erroneously billed our insurance under SD Imaging, got paid as SD Imaging, but now are billing us for the full amount under North County Radiology and they've changed the company that does their billing so they can't figure this out and keep calling/texting us. BEWARE, as this has been a nightmare. read more
