Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. I'm not going to put something in your vehicle that I wouldn't put in my own." That told me everything I needed to know. When it was my turn, I explained what had happened with the other shops. Sean wasn't intimidated by the installation for one second. No BS. No sales pitch. No scratching his head.
