I also became a loyal customer. I have not felt the need to move along because of some perceived attitude or hidden price hikes. It's been a while since I have been to Pacific Auto, but that is because I don't travel far or often, just work. I have to say that my car should have never gone here as it took 15 months for them to rebuild my engine,replace the clutch and transmission. I got the car back 3 times with a total of one week out of 15 months. Then at the end with over heating issues and electrical issues then fried my fuel pump. Also vacuum leaks and upper gasket leak. So I removed it from there business and that was the end over $7900 wasted because they did not care about customer service and time. Huge arguments and better business bureau involved. i herd from a couple customers that they had problems and ruined there vehicles. I never had mechanic issues ever until I went here. I can second one of the reviews about Jessie getting back to you in a timely manner. I was quoted a same day turnaround time on a repair, so left the car early in the morning. I called in the afternoon to request an update, I was told it takes time and he sounded like he was in a hurry and Dias he'd call me back. I was called the next day at closing time with excuses saying it was ready and he'd stick around for another 30 minutes. I had to wait around for 30 minutes the next day to pick it up because he forgot his lunch at home and had to go back and get it. Extremely unprofessional and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I was charged almost $800 for a part that cost $150 and only few hours worth of labor. Avoid this place, I will never be going back! The owner of this place Jesse Cruz is just a nasty human being with no consciousness of how to treat customers and keep a business running with good customer service. I recently had my car here for electric repairs. He got the job done. But he has a disgusting aggressive arrogant personality that feels entitled and superior. He berated me on the phone and traumatized me because I was having trouble sending a digital payment through zelle to him for the repairs he'd done on my vehicle. He wanted it sent quick and got very angry and disrespectful when I was having a hard time getting it sent. I've never been spoken to that way by a business in my life. In my opinion, if you want to keep your business running, you provide good kind service in order to get customers coming back. Not treat them like trash. He also had the audacity to raise his set price on his repairs just because he got upset that I couldn't pay him on time. He jumped the gun thinking I wasn't going to be able to pay him and charged me $171 dollars extra on top of what I was supposed to pay. This guy is an idiot and absolutely ridiculous. His work is fine. But, what business owner thinks it's ok to treat customers like trash? Does he not have kids, a wife, or a mother that he wouldn't want people speaking like that to? I'm a young woman. But, he shouldn't talk to anyone like that. What a joke. I'll never return. read more

I was recently going to give up on my car after three mechanics could not fix my overheating issue with my Dodge Journey. I was told about Jesse and how sharp he and his crew are and that I should take my car to " Pacific" so I did. Jesse was so thorough when performing his initial diagnosis. Then he explained everything so that I could fully understand what was wrong with my car. And it was clear, my head gaskets were blown.Not to mention several other problems. When he saw the look in my eyes he gave me two options. It was going to be costly regardless of my choice. He said you can take the cost of the repairs and go buy a simple car real quick to replace this one, or you can give me the cost of the repair and know that I WILL FIX YOUR CAR AND WHEN IM DONE, I WILL HAND YOU BACK A BRAND NEW CAR!! Jesse understood what my car meant to me. And so he put in the time to help someone he did not know, simply because he loves to help. Sure enough, after a couple of weeks ( because the job became more than what we initially spoke about) Jesse not only fixed my motor but showed me what problems were in my future. Jesse called me to give me an update but it wasn't so much an update as it was him informing me that it's time to pick up my car. Jesse ( a righteous mechanic) kept his word. When I showed up he handed me my car keys to my brand new car. This car was about to hit the junkyard. Today, because of Jesse and his crew, I'm cruising around town in a car that runs so smoothly it amazing. I needed headlights and fog lamps replaced on my Toyota Tacoma truck, I had purchased them after market and wanting to have them replace the old yellowed ones, I checked around other like businesses and found this place to be right within the price range I wanted to pay. I spoke with the Manager-Jesse and he was able to book me for the next day. I was made to feel quite comfortable in my surroundings and he made sure to advise his team of what I wanted and needed done. I was within walking distance of a restaurant which had decent, tasty food, and upon my return, the truck was almost completed. I saw the amount of cars in this business and that to me was a good indicator of people bringing their vehicles in for work they could trust. I'm very happy to have found this place for my lighting needs, however, they offer many more services, I recommend giving Jesse a call (see photo attached) and check with him first before considering other options, I think you will be happy you did, for not only did they do the job right for me, but also completed it in a very timely manner. Instead of trying to swindle me into buying a new starter or alternator, they correctly checked my battery and only charged me for the battery. No up-charge pay for what you need. Pacific was the only shop that was willing to help me and quickly. The service my daughter and I recieved was better than I have ever had from an auto mechanic. He made sure that there weren't any recalls and repaired the body control module for a dodge dart within 1 day when most shops were telling me 3 days. We had our work van towed in. They had the van for 7 1/2 hours. They never called us to tell us what was wrong with it. They called to tell us it was fixed. They never got our permission to repair it. We were told they would call us to let us know what was wrong with it first. Instead, they just fixed it and then called us.
