My baby got carsick in the car, and we arrived close to closing time. As you can imagine, the smell was extremely unpleasant. Even though they were about to close, the team was still kind, patient, and willing to help us without hesitation. I truly appreciate businesses that have warm, helpful employees rather than staff who act bothered or unfriendly. Great customer service like this makes customers want to come back again and again.

Two people were waiting before I walked in and I got my car first. The pictures are of how badly my car was "cleaned". I'm taking them in the parking lot of my doctor's office. I have a lot to do today. If I didn't have a full day of appointments scheduled; I would have demanded a re-clean. I don't have the time to go back. This is ridiculous! How can they charge $50 for this. I could take so many more pictures, but I have an appointment to get to. Do not trust this place. I should have looked at the Yelp comments before going. Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. What's worst is that they have some of the worst potholes I've seen right outside of the car wash exit, and I bottomed out leaving the second time.
