Overall very good. I'll start with the positives..Doug is super friendly and personable. He worked on my car for close to three hours so, easy to say he's thorough. My headlight restoration is fantastic. The job to my seats and exterior also really great. The less positive---he left a lot to be desired with the vacuuming of my car--this struck me a little strange bc you would think this would be the component of a detail that gets the most attention. But the next day I was pulling out full pieces of granola bar, lollipop stick etc from under my seat. I had to re vacuum my car. Not thrilled on that. read more

Had a distasteful experience with Doug last week. It is quite a long story, but I'll do my best to summarize. I have NEVER gotten my car detailed. I usually clean my own car, but had recently gone camping and to the beach and I kept putting off a deep clean. I'm an avid yelper and searched for mobile detailers in my area. Doug had a bunch of great reviews, so I contacted him and set an appt for last Tuesday. Communication was good from Doug and he kept me updated on when he would arrive. He moved my car to an open area at my office and let me know it'd be about 3-4 hrs. I got my car in the afternoon and everything was pretty shiny at first glance. I got inside my car and noticed everything was super shiny and greasy. Again, I had never gotten my car detailed, so I figured this was the norm. My seats and my floor mats had a slippery coating which made me slip a little when I stepped out of my car since it was on the bottom of my shoes. I started noticing that there was this greasy substance all over and it had pooled in certain places. Photos attached. When I started driving my car, my phone automatically connected via bluetooth, but my infotainment screen started acting weird. It would randomly call my most recent contact, and then would randomly pop up a voice command screen and when I tried to go to my settings on my screen, my screen would glitch and not do what I was selecting on my screen. My buttons no longer work properly and I now have a glitchy infotainment. I reached out to Doug to ask him about it and he admitted that it might've gotten wet...I'm guessing it most definitely got wet because I wasn't having issues before. He told me to put a fan on it and that it would go away. I did what he said and hoped it would go away the next day. It didn't. Ok this is getting really long...so to wrap this review up...I basically got multiple opinions and quotes from different auto shops and told Doug how much it would cost me to fix the problem. He said he would take care of it and he would pay. But then he went back on his word and hasn't agreed to pay what I had already discussed with him. Photos are attached of my communication with him and evidence that he sprayed some type of solution all over my interior. When I clean my dash and infotainment, I spray my cloth and then wipe...seems like common sense to me... I don't like dishonest people and people who go back on their word. I DO NOT recommend this business as I am now left with a greasy car and broken infotainment system and an owner who admitted to causing the problem, but now will not resolve the issue. I had been cordial and nice throughout my entire exchange with him, even tipped him well, AND brought him a cold water and snacks after he was done with my car. read more

DFD made my car look like it just came off the assembly line with a fresh new coat of paint. My car is a 2019 so it's pretty new but it hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Dougie did a GREAT job on my Toyota Sequoia. Looks almost brand new now (even though my car is a 2004 model). He even painted my rims a black matte color and my rims look brand new and hip. He works super hard and is very meticulous in his work to make everything look wonderful. read more
