It's one of the longest tunnels as I've been to 3-4 locations and some tunnels are half the size. Odd cuz the shorter ones must have less equipment operating yet my car always seems to be just as clean no matter what location I hit. But Oceanside at the 76 and Foussat is my local spot. Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. The large horizontal brush started just above the hood, about 1/3 of the way up the windshield so, it didn't even get the hood. The second horizontal brush sat there above never came down, Nothing, the side brushes on the left work but the first vertical brush in the right didn't make contact. The the second layer of suds. That stuff just sits there. Nothing touches it until the water which doesn't wash if off thoroughly it sort of slides down the middle and holds. Next you get the air blowing soap residue and when you come out, the windshield isn't even close to being dry. The next time all worked well and this last time through it was back to bad, I took a video of the whole process. WHAT HAPPENED ??? 2 out of 6 ain't good

Even though they were about to close, the team was still kind, patient, and willing to help us without hesitation. My car needed to be washed ASAP. I had to wait a while because there were 3 cars in front of me waiting to get their car washed at their Touch-less Car Wash. Then it was my turn, I drove up to the car wash payment machine . I typed in the 6 digit code I used that Jennifer this cashier at Chevron Gas Station gave to me yesterday after I paid for this car wash. Then when the car wash area was open I drove up slowly to the entrance and I saw the water spraying onto the front bumper on my car. Then I continued to drive slowly towards this car wash machine until the directions told me to Stop and place my brake on the Park position. And to shut off my engine. I did these things as it was required. Then I walked for the different colored Foam to cover my entire body on my car. After this foam was sprayed on my whole car than the second step was for this car wash machine to use its rubber scrubbers to wash my entire car. It took about 10 minutes to get this thing done.
