I've been a patient for many years until recently, when I sought care elsewhere due to a change in the billing process. They say you don't know what you have until it's gone, and I learned the hard way. After two attempts to find a new practice--one of which was a disaster--I listened to my gut and crawled back to PCD. Why? Because the hygienists (Rhea) are great and so are the dentists (Yee). I had been going here for years. The dentist said I didn't need invisalines for my jaw and straight teeth. So I went to get invisalines somewhere else. Within a few months my jaw was not popping any more. To top it off the new dentist said I had a root canal. I jumped up in my chair, I have never had a root canal. To begin with, the office itself is beautifully appointed, with nice views, and ample and convenient parking. The staff there (Receptionists, Hygienists) were ALL, highly capable, genuinely warm, personable, professional, and welcoming. All of these attributes would mean very little, if they were not equally true of Dr Spatakis, the esteemed head of this team.
