Zig and his team were great. Someone sideswiped my fender, and they requested to not go through insurance and just pay for things. I went to a few of the body shops the dealer and insurance company recommended, and all the quotes felt way too high. Tons of questionable charges like $100 to disconnect the battery, $400 to recalibrate the sensors (none of which were on the part that was damaged). Zig's quote was literally half the price, and what's better is he talked me thought what they'd be doing and how they'd do it. Made me feel more comfortable about the process. Had an excellent experience with Zig and Ron at PCC. Someone had backed into my 2023 BMW 3 series and left the front bumper and grille with small dents and paint damage. I was nervous about getting paint work done as my car is an "individual" paint color that can be very hard to match. The grille was also a special factory option that can be hard to source. Picked up the car a week later and was blown away. Impossible to tell the damage was ever there. And using PCC was considerably more affordable than BMW's recommended body shop. Got a few scratches on one side of my bumper from grazing against a parking lot post and on the other side when someone slightly grazed my car from the other side of the bumper. I tried my best with touch-up paint but the color was off. I made an appointment to get an estimate to fix this. Zig was super cool throughout the process and explained the costs and printed out the estimate for me. My car was in the shop for about 2 days and the job was done. I've had my car for over a few weeks already and washed it also. You'll never know there were a few scratches that went past the clearcoat. Zig told me they mix their own paint, in house, and they got the color correct. A great job for the price I was quoted. Zig is an incredible professional in the field where professionalism is rare. I highly recommend getting your car fixed at Pacific Collision Care. My story in detail. Someone scratched up my bumper (which is just a function of time in the city) and initially went to Alioto's garage. The situation is clear - a couple of scratch marks (two of them pretty deep), but obviously this was not a high speed collision and living in San Francisco you can bet on another scratch in the next 6 months. Alioto's told me that they will order the parts (including the sensor), look for internal damage, replace my bumper, and hold the car for 8-10 business days. I called Zig. Zig offered to take a look at it right away. Offered me options between touch up and repaint with no pressure to pick the more expensive one. When I decided to start with a touch up Zig mentioned that they had another pearl white Tesla in the shop and they had some paint left over, so he wouldn't change me for the paint. I have been in a small accident that broke my HondaSensing sensors, bumper, and put a large crack in my windshield but Zig and his crew did the best job for my car. What I like most about him is that he personally will literally assess and look at the car to look for damages and what stuff could be done unlike other shops that will have somebody else(someone who will not work on the car) barely look at the car. In addition, he constantly communicated with me through emails, text, and calls. He also even let me visit the shop so that he can show and explain the process him and his crew are doing. I scraped the side of my car and needed it repaired. Zig was so helpful and so nice throughout the whole process. My insurance took 2 weeks to get the claim approved, and I was under a pretty strict deadline because I was moving. Zig was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire insurance process AND preordered some of the parts so he could get started on the work right when the claim was approved. He and the team worked quickly to get the car done as fast as they could. Dealing with car issues like this and with insurance is incredibly annoying but Zig made the process as good as it possibly could have been. Went with this place despite the low number of reviews and boy, did they go ABOVE & BEYOND. They didn't fix my issue 100%, however they stopped the problem (leaky after-market sunroof) FREE OF CHARGE. Customer service on the phone, in person, and then on the follow up was all ON. POINT. I dealt with Joe, who answered all my questions. Joe was quick to set expectations that they couldn't do much with an after-market sun roof (turns out this is a tough one for most body shops) on our '06 Toyota Corolla. He insisted we bring it in anyway so we did. He and another guy had a look, fired compressed air through the sun roof drains, and tested it to make sure water wasn't pooling inside the car. Problem solved (mostly). They also spotted a larger problem that we hadn't, which was causing an imperfect seal. The amazing gesture came the next day, when Joe called me just to follow up and see if we were happy with service and see if we'd had luck finding a shop that would deal with our unique situation (we had). All in all, they treated us great, built trust and did the best they could. I'll definitely be going back the next time I need detailing services. read more

1 month ago my new 3 months old wrx got rear ended. and through a friend i found this place for repairing my car. this man named Zig he took really really good care of me and my car, so one day i decided to get him and the mechanics some starbucks. 1 month later my car was well fixed and basically looks like factory to me i was so damn happy and even i asked him to get me a STI wing for me while the old trunk needed to be replaced too HE DID IT! and also i said i wanted to add a rear fog light to my car. and he happened to have one and he intalled for me! cant tell how greatful and happy i am . here are some pictures before and after thank you very much Zig. ur my man . absolutely killed it bro! highly recommand this place read more
