Unfortunately they were unsuccessful with treating the roaches in my rental. My tenants said they came and "treated" the place and were out in less than 15 mins. There were no dead roaches for over 2 weeks after they treated the unit and tenants spotted live roaches after the treatment. They didn't do anything. We called Terminix couple weeks after they throughly treated the unit and hundreds of roaches were found dead immediately after. Save your money and take it elsewhere. Their treatment didn't help one bit. Don't pay twice, go to the right people from the start. read more

In these challenging times, I feel it is more important than ever to call out extra special service. It just so happens, that the day before Robert from Pacific Exterminator came to my home, I'd had an experience with a plumbing service that was careless and unprofessional. The technician wasn't wearing a mask, I had to ask him to put one on, insisted that he had not been instructed to call with an eta, AND he behaved in a flirtatious manner while IN MY HOME. By sharp contrast, the following day Robert came to address a rodent problem, exhibiting such a high level of professionalism, that it deserves a public mention. He called with an eta, and was right on time. He was polite, wearing a mask, and courteous in an almost extreme way. His presence in my home felt safe and soothing. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, letting me know when he was exiting and reentering, and why, and what I could expect going forward. Now one might assume that as a pest control technician, there may not be a lot of finesse or pride to be had in ones job. But they'd be wrong. That day, Robert showed me what it means to take pride and ownership in the job, no matter what it is, and he earned my respect and admiration. He is a great asset to Pacific Exterminator, and should be promoted as such. Additionally, when I called the office that afternoon to share my feedback, I was treated like a VIP even before they knew if I was a satisfied or dissatisfied customer. I spoke to two different people, one of whom was Lyn, and they both went out of their way to not keep me on hold and to again be almost extreme in their courteousness. Severe communication problems. Gave them 72 hours to give me a mice infestation estimate, but they still showed up after I Cancelled them when the receptionist couldn't find the technician because he had not checked in. The RECEPTIONIST was lovely, said we'll try and get someone there by the end of the day, and I said I can wait 2 more business days, but they thought oh she's not a priority, she needs us more than I need her, so I will do my high-end lucrative accounts first. ANGIES LIST, you need to dump this company. They are dishonest, and they don't take responsibility for their missteps and I will make sure my Spanish Hills neighbors understand who they should not do business with. I was a woman, who had just lost her husband, otherwise the need would not be necessary, and your company clearly took advantage of that vulnerability. Luckily I have a forgiving heart, but, as a former candidate for city council, and a media liaison, you messed with the wrong Angie's list referral. You clearly tried to take advantage of a vulnerable situation and for that, i truly believe you will be unable to refute the word of mouth like nextdoor.com sites which values recommendations, and is impacted by unfavorable exterminators who take advantage of women who have just lost their husband of 34 years late last year of 2019 Let's hope this is a teachable moment for your company, which is and will always be mud to me. read more

Upon moving into our new place we realized we had a bed bug problem so we called Pacific Exterminators and Dodjer came out and took care of our problem. He was very pleasant and answered all of our questions and concerns in a pleasant manner. This company is the worst. I am a renter and have no choice to use then. They have been been coming out for well over a year with absolutely no control over the pest. They are totally unprofessional and most of the tech i deal with do not understand or speak English. I try to tell the tech i may have a reaction to the chemicals they were using and i did almost had to go to emergency room blood pressure shot up. I not a exterminator, but know some of the method they are using are not correct. One method they use is steam which caused moisture .There answers is this is dry heat and this is completed BS i came home after they did this and it was so humid in my apartment. Almost any one know moisture attracts bugs so i believed this method would work if it is apply correctly . Yes next day the bugs were worst When you have a landlord who wont listen to you this will never be resolve. If you look at the reviews all almost 5 stars. This is absolutely absurd. If you care for your health i would not recommend this company. This review is a absolutely true because i have live it. Cant move bottom line i had to get a note from doctor to get them to use natural products. This company needs to train they personnel customer service. When i told the tech about my health issuers he should have left by he did not listen because i not paying the bill Your experience may different. read more

I have to say that Jim and Tom were two of the most honest men who did not attempt to take advantage of my bug problem. They came out, inspected and told me they wouldn't do the treatment until we know for sure what the problem was. They could have done the treatment and taken the money but instead left glue boards so we could be sure what the bug problem was. I would refer them to anyone, very nice men. We called Pacific Exterminators to deal with a problem with rodents. Tom came out and closed the holes allowing the rodents access and set traps. After one week the noises from the rodents had stopped and the rodents appear to be gone! Tom and Pacific Exterminators are the best! read more

Pacific exterminators do a wonderful job. I am SO happy we chose them! Not an exaggeration at all when I say we were killing on average 5 spiders and almost ten silverfish A DAY inside the house we just moved into. First we tried bug spray and taking care of it ourselves. Then we decided to clear out all the bushes and plants from our yard. All did nothing at all to put a dent in it. They were everywhere!!! We have young children and after finding the biggest spider I've ever seen indoors in our son's bed one weekend we knew something needed to be done. This was our last resort and if it didn't work, I was so fed up that I told my husband we were flat out moving! I spoke with Tom on the phone and he set something up for the following week. He was friendly, professional, and the price he quoted us was reasonable and exactly the price they ended up charging us every month. No coming out and giving us a different price afterward. Very upfront and honest. Travis has been to our house every month for about five months now, he does a GREAT job and never do we see any kind of bug in the house anymore! Dan and Eric did an excellent job of dealing with my rat problem. They set traps and most of all, sealed up every possible access point to my house, and cleaned up all the poop from two ceiling locations. They are very conscientious about doing a thorough job which I greatly appreciate. The traps are still in place and they will come if I think they've been triggered or will make an appt to come by and check them. They are very professional and determined to do everything right. Sad to say, this is an industry filled with dishonest people who try to charge you thousands for what can be done professionally for hundreds. I consider myself so fortunate to have found this company after getting several other bids. I had a rodent problem in my crawl space for year and would hear them running around at night.
