I had a wonderful experience with Heaven's Best. I have new LVP flooring that had "stuff" in the grooves from the remodel. I originally thought it was paint, but probably the dust from when they prepped and sanded the walls prior to painting. Then they mopped and just pushed that dust into the grooves. I added a project here on yelp and got a number of replies. After I sent pictures for quotes, most replied with they couldn't remove the stuff or no quote. Raymond at Heaven's Best offered to come and see it person to properly quote. After some trials with different techniques, he provided a quote. I appreciated that he took the time to come out and see it in person and try different things to get it to come out. Since it was the whole house and we had to move all the furniture out of the way, he was able to work with us and do it over two weekends.
