That evening no phone call, but a form email saying another tenant was signing a lease and I'd be notified if it falls through. I'm very certain I was the first to apply to this property, but they did not follow protocol of screening applications in the order of receipt. Then the lack of follow up and sounding completely clueless about the status of applications was extremely frustrating. I suppose I dodged a bullet not renting from Good Life. I feel bad for the property owner of the home as they would have gotten more in rent from me, and I was ready to sign the lease immediately. Good Life needs to learn better customer service support.
