Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

We started looking for a solid local print shop to help with production and assembly. Our request involved a lot of the standard stuff (bar menus, welcome signage, seat cards, etc.), but also a few out-of-the-ordinary items, like an invitation 'zine and tri-fold dinner menu. We reached out to a few different shops for a quote, but most were kinda confused by the 'zine and dinner menu request, asking us to come in and go over the specifics. Omega (Tony S.) replied quickly, basically said "Yep, we've got this!" and started recommending paper weights the same day. He mentioned that hitting our early May deadline for a rather large suite of deliverables would be no problem at all. We worked with Omega closely over the next few months, mostly through Jesselyn, and received each batch of new deliverables quickly, and everything looked incredible. The thing that most impressed us was just how little "back and forth" happened with Omega -- they are experienced printers and they just get what you're trying to do. They put us at ease during a busy time, and we had full confidence in them. Total professionals! Our wedding went smoothly, and we got SO many compliments on our invitation 'zine, menus, and some of the other signage. As a hobbyist photographer and 'zine maker, I cherish a good print shop when I find it, and I'm really glad to have found Omega.
