I made my way over to Eastridge after a complete waste of time and gas due to my initial decision to visit the Great Mall. My TWO go-to options were either permanently or temporarily closed and that made me panic! I was happy to find Custom Made and once I entered, I suddenly came across this feeling of deja vu. I ask the employee if they had a store at the Great Mall and he confirmed that the store had previously closed. SCORE!! This place was exactly what I was looking for|needed! Dante was the only employee working the entire shop and was busy tending to an order. I let him know I was in need of customizing an outfit that I brought and briefly went over the idea I had. The employee requested for me to email the image I wanted to use and immediately went to work. I was able to oversee and customize the sizing of the image, the font of the letterings, and positioning of every detail. I appreciated the forewarning about potential shadowing around the heat pressed image- this just reinforces the fact that this young gentleman knows exactly what he was doing. 5/5 stars!! Shout out to Dante for helping me out through the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very skilled at his job. I not only customized my daughter's bday outfit but ended up making a tee for her dad as well. The process was super simple and I was able to pick up our order within an hour of so. I'm all about prompt and precision! Custom Made comes highly recommended & I most definitely will be returning.
Came into this store looking for a custom print the day before a huge concert event. Immediately could tell the quality of the work done here was where I needed to be. For the price and quality worth every bit of time and money. Friendly understanding staff. WILL BE BACK FOR MORE IN THE FURTURE!!! Thanks again!

It's hard when we lose loved ones but thankfully there are businesses like Custom Made that can help us create memoirs and dedications to our loved ones that we can wear proudly. Today I came in last minute to have a shirt printed for a friend of mine who passed away. Unfortunately I didn't have much of her but found a sticker she had hand written. Going to her celebration of life tomorrow and decided to get the sticker printed on a shirt for me and my friend. They came out so great! And now we can represent her where ever life takes us. Friendly and speedy service. Owner is a stand up guy as well. Price is always fair and they can pretty much print anything you need. ( and of course they do way more than just "RIP " shirts, they also do custom stickers and other trinkets) Thanks again Mo! I'll be back soon.
When we first arrived, Sherif assisted us with our order. He was multi-tasking because he was by himself assisting customers and answering phones. Sadly, we were there to custom make memorial T-shirts for a beloved friend that recently left us for heaven. He granted me extremely good pricing and was able to produce a couple from our order that same evening so we can take home to share with our friends and family. He advised that our order would be completed the next day. When we returned the following day, Sherif wasn't there but the owner and a couple of other staff assisted us. I felt horrible because they had orders stacked neck high and were all working so hard. The owner told us that our order was not ready but would be by 9:30pm. I thought to myself -- "I thought the mall closed at 9:00pm" but he shared because they were so busy, they were going to stay late that evening. We accepted their explanation and returned at 9:00pm. Although they were still taking orders from other customers, they all worked so hard to complete our order as agreed on. We were there until almost 10:00pm so I'm incredibly grateful that they delivered as promised. We were so happy with the end product that we put in one more large order. They made over $800 from us and I would not hesitate to say that I would definitely return should I need other items to be custom made -- hopefully, it won't be for another funeral. They also custom make hats and sweaters aside from T-shirts. Should out to these folks for going above and beyond for us during this difficult time in our lives!
I'm the President, as well as the representative of the Class of 2024 from Silver Creek High School. We worked with Custom Made back in March and ordered around 90-100 shirts for our biggest school event of the year and were disappointed when the shirts that came were all ripped, peeled, and colors bleeding all over the shirt after one wash. They also revised the design by cutting off half of the sky on the front and back design and deleted the ombre of our original design without telling us. When coming back with a complaint that the shirts were received wasn't the same quality under our impression, Custom Made admitted to forgetting to put over the safety wax over our design on all of our shirts and admitted that it was their own fault for forgetting to tell us that they revised our design. After arguing with them for a while, the only discount we managed to get was $1 off of all of our tshirts and a "lifetime warranty" on the shirts, meaning that we could bring back our shirts to get it fixed over and over again. Even with all these promises though, our shirts still got destroyed after one wash and at some point we just got the same shirts back as the ones we returned. I've also wanted to point out that we've worked with other heat press companies in the past and that this has never happened with other shirts from the other companies that we worked with. We also wanted to put out there that the shirts that my team and I washed was inside out and put under the standard protocol that a heated press shirt would need in order to be washed. In my opinion, if you are looking for something custom, just go to Shirtique (the store right across Custom Made) in order to make sure you don't ever make the same mistake I've made. Custom made have been very uncommunicative when it comes to me trying to reach out to them and even ghosted me at one point, making me come to their store multiple times in order to find some kind of compensation but the only thing that I got was an employee telling me their manager wasn't here at the moment. This review would've been a 0 stars if it was possible on yelp but since it's not the lowest I can go is a 1. I hope someone will be able to learn from my mistake and to never go here because as you can see in the picture I provided, this was a problem that was came across all the shirts not just one. ALSO this was the same problem I encountered at their valleyfair location after they made me drive all the way there to pick up the shirts. In conclusion, NEVER go here unless you want to be scammed.
I came in with my own hoodie for a specific reason...THE QUALITY! The owner let my son actually walk out the store with this cut off, peeling item. I was waiting in the car. My son didn't feel comfortable going back inside so I did. 1st the store placed another pic over the messed up one and it didnt line up. I was told that I could go buy another hoodie and pay half price for it to be redone. How can an owner( I assume) even present that? I told him he shouldn't have let the item out the store in that manner and ive not only wasted money on the hoodie but also my time. He then said he can use his own and get the job done. Well that should have been what came out his mouth 1st! We tossed the messed up one in the trash and went with the store hoodie after all. Wasn't what I was looking for but we came to an agreement. Ill never go back to custom made at Eastridge mall again.
Ethan and Sherif are my go-to. It had been a few years since I worked with them but their service and communication to me is what I appreciate most. I really appreciate these guys attention to detail and Ethan even made it a point to make sure there were no design errors in our image. Thank you guys for your quality work!
My robes came out beautiful! Ethan was so helpful & willing to work with me. I wanted to personalize mine & my girls' wedding robes by putting their names on them. That way they can rewear it & of course for the photos while we got ready for my wedding. I just love them. Thank you Ethan!

I went to Shirtique and the lady told me that the girl that makes the shirts is off on the weekends which is super inconvenient. So next I went to Custom Made and let me tell you they went above and beyond to what I was expecting. Ethan was the one who help me I had an idea and he took and made it 100 times better! I recommend this place forsure! My friend and his family went there also and made a ton of shirts and Ethan helped with a great deal! Thank u guys! RIP DROOPY
I came in and asked Mido if he could make me 16 customized shirts and I needed them in 2 hours. With out questions he said okay and we got to work he helped me customize the picture and change the lettering about 5 times he was super helpful and patient. My family and I are going threw a loss and he made this experience a little easier
Their quality is the best in town. I found this store which is about a mile from my house and decided to give it a try. I came there at 4pm and was told my jerseys would be ready after 8pm. But about 6pm I recieved a call from them and was told that my stuffs has been ready to pick up. Their services are real fast. Will come back next time
