I was in need of a last minute custom made t-shirt for my 10 years old birthday. Came here and was assisted right away as there were no customers. I explained to the staff (possibly owner) what I wanted and he worked on it right in front of me. I was able to view the design from the screen above the wall. He showed me the shirt sizes so I can compare a YXL to an adult XS. The shirt quality is good as it's thick. He asked me to come back in 15 mins and it was ready when I returned. I made my way over to Eastridge after a complete waste of time and gas due to my initial decision to visit the Great Mall. My TWO go-to options were either permanently or temporarily closed and that made me panic! I was happy to find Custom Made and once I entered, I suddenly came across this feeling of deja vu. I ask the employee if they had a store at the Great Mall and he confirmed that the store had previously closed. SCORE!! This place was exactly what I was looking for|needed! Dante was the only employee working the entire shop and was busy tending to an order. I let him know I was in need of customizing an outfit that I brought and briefly went over the idea I had. The employee requested for me to email the image I wanted to use and immediately went to work. I was able to oversee and customize the sizing of the image, the font of the letterings, and positioning of every detail. I appreciated the forewarning about potential shadowing around the heat pressed image- this just reinforces the fact that this young gentleman knows exactly what he was doing. 5/5 stars!! When we first arrived, Sherif assisted us with our order. He was multi-tasking because he was by himself assisting customers and answering phones. Sadly, we were there to custom make memorial T-shirts for a beloved friend that recently left us for heaven. He granted me extremely good pricing and was able to produce a couple from our order that same evening so we can take home to share with our friends and family. He advised that our order would be completed the next day. When we returned the following day, Sherif wasn't there but the owner and a couple of other staff assisted us. I felt horrible because they had orders stacked neck high and were all working so hard. The owner told us that our order was not ready but would be by 9:30pm. I thought to myself -- "I thought the mall closed at 9:00pm" but he shared because they were so busy, they were going to stay late that evening. We accepted their explanation and returned at 9:00pm. Although they were still taking orders from other customers, they all worked so hard to complete our order as agreed on. We were there until almost 10:00pm so I'm incredibly grateful that they delivered as promised. We were so happy with the end product that we put in one more large order. They made over $800 from us and I would not hesitate to say that I would definitely return should I need other items to be custom made -- hopefully, it won't be for another funeral. I'm the President, as well as the representative of the Class of 2024 from Silver Creek High School. We worked with Custom Made back in March and ordered around 90-100 shirts for our biggest school event of the year and were disappointed when the shirts that came were all ripped, peeled, and colors bleeding all over the shirt after one wash. They also revised the design by cutting off half of the sky on the front and back design and deleted the ombre of our original design without telling us. When coming back with a complaint that the shirts were received wasn't the same quality under our impression, Custom Made admitted to forgetting to put over the safety wax over our design on all of our shirts and admitted that it was their own fault for forgetting to tell us that they revised our design. After arguing with them for a while, the only discount we managed to get was $1 off of all of our tshirts and a "lifetime warranty" on the shirts, meaning that we could bring back our shirts to get it fixed over and over again. Even with all these promises though, our shirts still got destroyed after one wash and at some point we just got the same shirts back as the ones we returned. I've also wanted to point out that we've worked with other heat press companies in the past and that this has never happened with other shirts from the other companies that we worked with. We also wanted to put out there that the shirts that my team and I washed was inside out and put under the standard protocol that a heated press shirt would need in order to be washed. In my opinion, if you are looking for something custom, just go to Shirtique (the store right across Custom Made) in order to make sure you don't ever make the same mistake I've made. Custom made have been very uncommunicative when it comes to me trying to reach out to them and even ghosted me at one point, making me come to their store multiple times in order to find some kind of compensation but the only thing that I got was an employee telling me their manager wasn't here at the moment. This review would've been a 0 stars if it was possible on yelp but since it's not the lowest I can go is a 1. I hope someone will be able to learn from my mistake and to never go here because as you can see in the picture I provided, this was a problem that was came across all the shirts not just one. ALSO this was the same problem I encountered at their valleyfair location after they made me drive all the way there to pick up the shirts.
