We ended up finding brand new Craftsman ratcheting heads. Brand spanking new and for $20 for each set (metric and English), I was super excited. Because they were priced so nicely, they wouldn't budge on pricing. When we inquired about a military discount for my boyfriend, they offered to not charge us tax. Well, that was a $3.44 discount. I took excellent customer service for granted, back in the 70's and 80's... because it was always there. This business was established over 60 years ago, and has weathered the storm of the economies since then. Both the afore mentioned things are why they still exist. You'll find items priced competitively. Darrin assisted me with coins on my recent visit. He knows his stuff when it comes to precious metals. If you haven't bought used stuff, try this store. Especially on tools. If tools aren't being used on a daily basis then why pay new prices at the big box stores.

He replaced with metal that had a 10k gold stamp on it. .when I took to him he was , short , rude and stated he wss not going to discuss it I asked him to test it with a magnetic to, he stated under his breath to Javier of course it would attract to magnetic because gold is metal, ha not true or the whole chain that is 31.2 grams 14 k gold would attract. That was about 3 weeks ago he said it would be fixed the next day. Called today he was just as rude as before but I limited interaction he asked when I would be in I said 90 minutes. I got there and he asked if a could leave and come back. The city was there and told them they needed to be closed in 1 hour or get a summons, so yep I am waiting. He fixed they clasp. Was still a jerk blamed the city. I brought a magnetic to test it myself knowing with his attitude he would not. He placed my chain on the counter walked away as he stated i hope you are happy this is a 200.00 clasp. First, it's not even enough gold in weight to be worth 200.00 so not true. I am disappointed that they were friendly and great until this point, if I was not allergic to metal I would have never discovered he replaced my real 14k gold clasps with metal marked as gold. The replacement is not marked and is scratched but hopefully when shops open I can get verified to be gold. Beware deceptive practices

No pressure to buy and patient enough to pull 10+ different guns for me to hold and look at. They were extremely knowledgeable about firearms, and not snooty about it which is also very rare. Bought a Samsung 75 inch tv from this store and was told it was brand new and taken out of the box…read moreto display it. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all.

The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase.
