The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

We actually called another place before D&B and they told us they do not work on LG refrigerators!! Our call was answered with a friendly voice and we were able to schedule at a work-friendly time! They actually have 4-7pm appointments!! And he called me when he was on his way. He did a thorough once over and told me what was wrong. He didn't judge me when I told him it had been making a funny sound, but since it was working I didn't think anything about it until I found a bunch of water. He had to order a part and said it was uncertain when it would arrive but he would call. It took about 10 days, but he called and was able to return the next day and all is well! A great experience!

I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update.
