I purchased an off the shelve product that needed to be exchangd.. First they never call back and once i finally did reach them on the phone they were nasty and rude. They wanted higher cost for shipment than any competitior and a 25% restocking fee. Unbelieveable for a simple excahnge for an off the shelve product. Most places on the web offer a 30 days return policy and many places offer free shipping. They are not customer friendly and I would not recommend anyone to purchase any product from cook's direct.. There is no reason to buy from them when you can purchase the same product on other reputable sites with competitive pricing and much better customer service and exchange policy. Safe yourself the headach and search the web for sites that have good customer relations and policies.

From the quality of work, to the prices, to the reliability and timeliness of each interaction, Anla was top notch. We also trusted Andrew and team completely and frequently left them alone in our house while they worked on updating both of our upstairs bathrooms. When we had a miscommunication on paint colors, Andrew and team never questioned the outcome, they immediately came back over and repainted the bathroom. To top it off, I also asked Andrew if he could help me to notch out a portion of my basement ceiling to so I could fit something downstairs. This had nothing to do with my bathroom remodel, however Andrew immediately came over with his crew and helped do it at no cost. If you're looking for a remodel, I highly recommend Anla.

This place looks like a "brick and mortar" yard sale. Whomever their merchandising buyer is, they need some advice: Stick to bedding, bath, tabletop, and housewares and forget all of the "as seen of tv" junk that's clogging up your isles. This store is way too small to have this much merchandise and all of the strange odds and ends are... well, odd. If you can manage to get your cart past the "yard sale" in front, the store does have a great selection of household necessities and the employees are helpful, but my ADD brain wants to run kicking and screaming.
