Houzz recommended Pacific Landmark when I was searching for a general contractor. I had just bought a home and was looking to get some work done. This included painting the interior of the house, removing and replacing the wood floors with vinylI, expanding a closet, and a few other small improvements. I was short on time and needed the job done within a week. Abby came out right away and quoted much less than other contractors and the work was top quality. He was very knowledgeable and seemed like he had done this a thousand times before. They made me feel like the job was their number one priority. Allyson (office manager possibly? Not sure of her exact job title) kept me updated and was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating through the entire process. Everything was completed on time and looks amazing! Couldn't be happier. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend these guys. I'll be using them in the future if I ever need any more work done on the house. It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Abby Hashemi and his company Pacific Landmark. Let me first begin by saying I am a self acknowledged difficult customer. I interviewed at least 13 contractors for a large home remodel project. It isn't always easy dealing with contractors as they can be very busy, miss appointments and don't return phone calls. When I met Abby Hashemi, he professionally and knowledgeably answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He has a large building in Santa Ana where there is a showroom for carpet, tile, flooring, etc. He gave me the tour of his large compound and showed me where the cabinets where made and the countertops cut. Most of all he was very reasonably priced. It was such a relief to find a trustworthy and reliable contractor and we hired him for a large job at our house. He and his crew knocked down a wall, put in a beam, put in a header, completely redid our kitchen, replaced our flooring and painted the interior. Throughout the process he was professional and promptly addressed any concerns that arose. I would like to give a big shout out to his entire crew! They were awesome! Najeet, the designer in his office helped my wife design our kitchen! Johnny was amazing with the cabinets! Henry, Jorge, and Chato all did a great job and we're professional in all our interactions! Abby also set up a website that let us know when all parts of the project would take place. He was great at sticking to his schedule. It wasn't easy doing a major home remodel but Abby Hashemi and Pacific Landmark were wonderful and our house looks amazing! My family and I are super happy with the finished product! Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and we could not be happier with how it turned out!!!!!! My wife asked Stephan, the solar leader for Pacific Landmark Construction to come by our house in Laguna Niguel to assess adding solar to our roof. Stephan arrived outfitted with a small drone he sent over our roof edges and center of the roof. When the drone returned it downloaded information into his computer which calulated angels, dimensions and sun exposure. He then printed on his small printer in the trunk of his car multiple photos of our roof and 2-3 proposed layout for 23-25 solar panels. We provided Stephan our SDG&E electric usage for the past year. He sent photos and calculations how much solar power would be produced and the offset to our average monthly spending. My wife and I decided to intsall solar and Stephan provide the contract. In 4-6 weeks the solar materials were delivered and the Pacific Landmark installers arrived. We have a clay tile roof, about 750 square feet of roof was removed down to the plywood and a new 50 year warranty ashphalt shingle roof was installed. Then the metal roof mounts came, new wiring and then the solar panels were installed. The solar wiring went through the roof and into an external utility closet where the inverter and electrical connections took place....all wiring and equipment was internal, thus no external exposure. A third electrical sub panel and 50 amp Tesla charger was also installed. All construction and electrical work was performed by Pacific Land Mark personnel, who did a great job.........with clean up. We bought our very first home and needed a contractor for substantial renovations (tearing down walls, flooring, closet door installation, closet organizer, bench). We were overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Abby was referred to us by a friend. We met with him and also some unlicensed contractors. There was a clear difference between Abby and the unlicensed guys. Abby was professional from the first meeting and understood our needs. He knew we were first time home buyers and on a limited budget. He suggested very good ideas to update our home while staying within the budget. We started a project with Pacific Landmark, in the beginning, it was good, however, as the project proceeds it has turned into a nightmare. The contract was originally signed in March and it was planned to start the work in June, yet by today the end of May we were still going back and forth on the drawings. Most important is that the company doesn't see their issues: the measurement isn't correct and I have to catch that by myself. When the measurement isn't correct affects the refrigerator door which causes the refrigerator door to not able to open! And none of these were found out by Pacific Landmark! Me the owner, have to go through individual measuring and catch that big mistake. The designer wouldn't do her job correctly, she doesn't want to fix the drawing and I had to drive a far distance to accommodate them. After going through all the hassles, still, nothing is done, and the way Pacific Landmark handles this is to just refund me the initial deposit and void the contract. But, I have wasted almost 3 months of my time for nothing. Absolutely wasted my time and I have to deal with awful attitude from this company. I am very disappointed with seeing all the good reviews in the past, because my experience was definitely horrible. read more

We recently purchased Granite Tile from this company and found they are cheats and will overcharge you on your order. They shipped us fewer tiles than we ordered and paid for, did not believe us when we counted the sealed contents of the pallet, then charged us again for a portion of the tiles we originally ordered just so we could finish our job. We now only have a single whole tile and several cut pieces left for spares. We could have purchased what we needed locally for less money now. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Abby & Ali from Pacific Landmark did a wonderful remodel on our two bathrooms! Our home was built in 1965 and had asbestos problems as well as needing a total gut job due to poor use of space. My husband & I were received warmly and they spent a lot of time listening to our needs, wants and concerns. We had an idea of what we wanted. They took time to offer ideas and showed us how we could improve our bathrooms. Their showroom is Santa Ana is expansive. We were impressed by their experience and, eventually, with their staff. They did marvelous work on demo and installation of plumbing, fixtures and flooring! Their staff had great attention to detail and offered suggestions to improve the space.
