Went for a girls day with my daughter and sister on Saturday. We both got no chips, it's Wednesday and hers have completely peeled off and mine are chipping....talked to my sister and their nails are just about as chipped and worn already. They don't paint the bottom tip of the nail in order to really seal a no-chip. I have come here regularly for a paint change and don't often do the no chip. I only like this place as they are always able to accommodate me and guests immediately without much wait. Yet, the service is clearly lacking for that benefit. For one my nails usually weren't what I asked for so I had to ask several times for them to be fixed. Just moved to the area and went here for a gel no chip manicure and made an appt which was really helpful seeing how busy they always are. I tried Pacific about 6 times and each time they were rushed and did a half ass job. They have way too many clients in at one time and the technicians have to rush through your nails to move on to the next client which I think is ridiculous since I always make an appointment! My nails ended up chipping after 6 or 7 days when I go elsewhere my no chip lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Yes this place is cheap but you get what you pay for. I now go to Bellagio Nail Spa and see TJ. They are much nicer over there and they don't overbook clients. read more

If you care about cleanliness of tools and hygiene practices, do not come to this location. Came for a pedicure with my boyfriend. It was a Thursday at 1:00. After walking in, I noticed there was only 1 other customer in the whole place. After being led to a chair, my boyfriend was asked if the water was okay. Without sticking his feet in yet, he noticed pieces of dead skin floating at the top of the water. The lady doing his nails tried to scoop the skin out of the water, but he asked that it be drained and refilled. She drained the water, did not clean the tub, and filled it again with water. There was no plastic liner in the tub. We should have left right away, but continued with the pedicures. The nails techs both set timers for 15 minutes before beginning the pedicures. When it came time to removing the cuticles, tools were pulled from a bucket that looked used and dirty. There was no kind of individual packaging whatsoever unlike other salons I have been to. The pedicure was painful and uncomfortable. The techs did not talk but only stared. When it came time to putting the toe dividers and disposable flip flops on, the nail tech pulled them from a drawer and dusted them off as they were dirty, and proceeded to put them on my feet. I decided not to stay for the acrylic fill. Although the pedicure was only $22, it wasn't worth the risk of infection and unsanitary practices. I hope that this place gets a visit from the health department. Will never be returning. read more

I have gone here for three years and I don't know what happened but I had just gotten the worst nails of my life. She didn't care. I asked her to cut my nails shorter 6 times. I had to ask her to do the set again because it was so bad. Then she proceeded to do it even worse. I was so mad, after the appointment I asked for my money back and to remove these horrible nails. It was a simple gel French manicure. They were nice about the refund but she did not apologize and she looked at me like my nails were perfectly fine. My nails are rough and I could have painted them better myself. Was the worst experience I've ever had at Pacific nails all they did was talk to each other and not focus on what they were doing. After my pedicure was done went to get my no chip and the technician I had kept getting up and helping other clients , was answering her cell phone, texted on her phone ignoring my nails for over five minutes while I just sat there like an idiot . WORST no chip I've EVER had. Nails chipped within 24hrs of having them done! Went back to have them fixed, lady said my nails were too thin...that's why they chipped?! I've had my nails done for the last 10yrs, never had a problem! They became thin AFTER she grinded the polish off of them rather than properly taking the previous no chip off (which lasted 3 weeks). After having them fixed, they chipped and peeled AGAIN within days.. I will never go back... waste of $60 AND 3 HOURS of my life for unsatisfactory work. read more

When we got there they escorted my daughters to the nails colors and NEVER MENTIONED that those were an extra 13$$$$ per person!!!! So instead of 25$ it was 38$ per person. Went in for a pedicure, they were busy so they told me to come back in an hour. No problem, I had other errands to run so I left and come back and they make me wait another 30 minutes before getting me into a pedicure chair and I sit another 30 minutes with my feet in the tub before someone comes to do my pedicure. If they would have told me from the beginning it would be this long I would have left. I've been going here for a few years and am disappointed to say that I'll probably have to find a new place to get a pedicure. My last two visits were very disappointing...the quality of the pedicure has gone down and so have some standards which are concerning. Why are the small foot towels crusty? Isn't every customer given a fresh towel? Ewww! I had a very surly technician two times ago who actually scowled at me and didn't bother with the post-pedi massage. This last time (and I do mean LAST TIME!) the technician screwed up the nail polish on my big toes (re-applied too quickly, it blistered), didn't clean up the polish on the skin and didn't even get the baby toe nail at all...just dabbed polish on the skin. For that I paid $22? They also used to provide quick dry spray at the drying station, that's gone. I'm not sure what happened to their business but now children are "cleaning" the basins and running the basins for customers...is that even legal? Just such a shame, I can't trust the service or the cleanliness so I'll have to find someplace else. :-( read more

Came for a girls trip with my friend, she was getting a fill for acrylics and i was getting a complete new set of acrylics no chip. i had set up an appointment for the both of us at 1pm. when we came in they didn't tell us there would be a wait and hardly said hi and almost an hour had passed before they brought me to the chair to start on my set. i would have left by then but my friend had already gotten started on. when i finally got sat down i was expecting an apology for the wait but didn't even get that. it took about two hours and didn't end up leaving until about 3pm. i was disappointed in not only the customer service but the quality of the nails. they were very bumpy and the acrylic went over my cuticles and onto my actual finger. after having them for not even a week and a half, three nails have already broken. seeing as how they hold up and the actual service i will not be coming back and wish i could have my money back because other places do so much better‍ read more

I went there to get a no chip manicure and it still looks great 2 weeks later. The lady took her time regardless the fact I was there past close (my fault for not allowing enough time). I even got a mini back massage while waiting for my nails to cure. The place has been revamped since I lasted visited years ago and it is very welcoming and clean. I will go back again! read more

This place is awesome, but I think it's time to replace the pedicure chairs. The jets don't even work on most of them.
